I'm totally IMPRESSED! I stopped by yesterday while on my way back yo Illinois from Texas. I had a tag axle leaking I noticed at my fuel stop before. The TEAM at Tag Truck went above and beyond to get me in and out in no time. I'm so impressed with the diesel tec. I wish I was closer to have him work on my coach all the time. These guys are the best! We threw a serpentine belt while passing through town on our way to play a show last night. We called all over town and couldn’t find a replacement until someone recommended popping into TAG. We explained our time crunch and these guys were eager to help! They got us back on the road within an hour and totally saved our weekend!!! I can’t recommend them enough. Truly an awesome experience. We are so grateful.

Place is clean. I used Kyle's car wash next door. The light touch wash is the one I tried this time. I prefer the touch less. The entire time I was fearful of my Jeep antennae breaking off. It didn't!

Super friendly people. They were really busy but helped me out with a blown air bag on trailer. Didn't have the right airbag in stock and couldn't get one anywhere so there just bypassed the airbag so I would quit leaking air and I could keep rolling. Saved my day and kept me from having to reschedule delivery on my load.

These guys are awesome. I called them after calling about ten other places. I needed some sensors recalibrated to the computer on my truck. I originally talked to Mike and he made sure they could do the job before I made the deadhead of 180 miles. When I arrived Jimmy had me written up in less than ten minutes. Almost immediately after that Brian was out to my truck and was hooking up the computer. Scott came out not long after that and re torque my drive tires. (Free of charge). I was in and out in less than an hour for everything. All companies need to learn from these guy. Thanks for the great service.

Outstanding service. A/C failed on my truck. Called at 7 am on a Wednesday. Was loaded and needed truck fixed asap. Tammy got me right in the shop within 15 minutes of arrival. Great communication and service. Being able to get right in at a dealership is highly unusual. They take truck down, driver waiting very serious. Top notch dealer.

Two years ago I took my truck to tag in Poplar Bluff Mo with fuel getting in my oil. They kept misdiagnosing the problem but they still charged me for their mistakes. They had my truck for three months charges me $18000.00 and it still wasn’t fixed. Two weeks ago my clutch went out and I took my truck to Tag in Sikeston Mo they put a clutch in my truck and when I picked it up the clutch petal stuck to the floor they said it would loosen up after I drove it for a while, I had to take my truck to Asher’s in Ellsinore and they fixed it in just a few minutes. Tag billed me for over 4600.00 for a job not finished. I have been in shops all over the United States over the last 30 years but I have never experienced such poor service in my life and such high prices. I would not recommend Tag to check the air in your tires.

These guys saved our butts! Our car's serpentine belt blew and luckily this was next to the gas station we pulled over to. Even though they are a truck repair, they offered to look at it. They promptly got the parts found, picked them up, and repaired our vehicle so we could get back on the road!

Service was pretty good. Got into Express Assessment in about 1 hr. Had me partially fixed in 3-4 hrs. Other parts not in stock. Not their fault.They have shuttle service for their customers to local restaurants & motels. (They'll take U where U want to go & drop U off. But that doesn't mean they'll come back & get U.)They left me stranded in the rain @ Pizza Inn!! I had to flag down a P.B.P.D. Officer & beg for a ride back to their shop or I would've had to call a cab! Not very good on customer relations!!! My company spent over $2700 there..I'll have to go back in the the future as my company is 50% Freightliner. 😠

We were traveling in our 40' motorhome, when we started experiencing a thumping under the driver's feet when making a turn. We were fortunate to ask a truck driver parked next to us at a rest stop if he had ever had this happen. He said absolutely, I'll show you the problem. It was a loose steering box. He suggested we get it fixed in the near future since we had a long trip ahead. This was Sunday, nothing open near us, but after researching on the internet, we found Tag Truck Center in Popular Bluff, Mo which was on our way. I called the 24/7 parts and service line and were told we could park on their lot or in the gas station next door overnight and maybe get worked in for service the next morning. At 7am Monday morning, we were welcomed at the service door and within 30 minutes were pulling into a bay with Trevor, our mechanic. It took Trevor about 20 minutes to make the repair and we were on our way by 8:30am. My husband tried to tip Trevor, but he refused our offer. The whole experience cost us less than $50. Everyone was very friendly, the work bay was clean, and the overall experience left us with a great peace of mind. We thank the Popular Bluff Tag Truck Center for making our first day of our long trip less stressful.

GREG and BRIAN are two of the best mechanics in this area... If you have a problem with your truck.. No matter what make or model they will find it... I have a 1999 Kenworth and they found my wire short in 30 min... These guys are Great...

These guys came through for me. I got towed in with a badly burnt up driver side stear bearing and also had a flaky radar collision mitigation system. The bearing had been burnt up so bad it ruined the spindle and drum too. Even though the recent floods made it hard to get the spindle in, they finished the job excellently once they did receive the parts. My truck has never driven so true. Everyone was very professional and friendly in detailing to me my problem and updating me on the progress of my truck. One of their technicians was able to correct the CMS problem within 20 minutes of troubleshooting.

Waited over 2hrs for a 15 minute job, wasn't bad considering i called from the road, but really stuck it to me with a $245 bill, to tighten pinion nut on a 5500 ram. Be prepared to bend over.
