We took our sweet girl to PerSmart to get a microchip (from an event going on) and socialize her a bit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the store was so clean. I love going in there! They have a great variety of things for several different types of pets.

Was looking at the cat adoption area had the cutest cats? But one of the employees a gentleman with dark hair hollered at me and my family for playing with the cats. Super rude

Showed up about 30 minutes before closing on Oct 27th and the girls that were working were awesome. They were very awesome and more than happy to answer our questions. Adopted a beautiful ball python who is very friendly and healthy. Thanks again for all the help.

Had what I needed easily and on-hand. The staff are helpful and I had a great experience with the groomers taking care of my dog, as well as giving helpful advice on any questions I had.

My dog got groomed today, he's a Maltipoo so he had a lot of hair. A worker called in who was supposed to groom him, so Makayla I think her name was, red hair, so sweet, groomed him. She told us 3-4 hours which is typical, but had him done in 2 hours and looking so handsome. Probably the best haircut he's ever had, he feels amazing. Then my daughter got a gift card to Petco, the workers were awful to my dog and 2 daughters. Brought myself back to PetSmart to get what Petco couldn't give me, workers were happy to help me, they informed me of everything I needed to know about the fish I got, treated my dog beautifully, and were attentive and kind. I will never go to Petco in this town again, but I'll be back to PetSmart every time ☺️

The absolute neglect of your animals are being shared on social media. The state of your reptiles is disgusting particularly your bearded dragons, if you were a pet owner you would be facing neglect and abuse charges. Hopefully negative reviews and public opinion make a difference since employees don't care enough to care for the animals

Dog food was reasonably priced but other than that, I thank all the other store items are a little expensive. Such as the dog beds, dog bones, placemats for feeding bowls! Lol but their was a large selection to choose from on the bedding.

Just went to this location to buy a goldfish for my kid. The lady who was sent to get the fish for us spoke to me like I was dumb and has my 11 year old son freaked out that his fish is going to die before we even get it home. So whoever she was, long curly brown hair and glasses, I do not recommend asking her for any information with your child around. Thanks Petsmart! Customer service is always top notch! 👎🏼

What a nice place and friendly staff in Poplar Bluff, Missouri! Lou-Lee loves her time prancing about meeting other doggies within the store. We bought a few items and then headed home. This is a nice place to escape the heat with your pet and just walk around enjoying others company as you meet them.

Great store for all your pet needs. Huge variety of pet needs. You'll find what you are looking for here. And has very competitive prices with sales often. I found my dog's Sorento flea and tick collars here on sale for way less than the so-called discount pet store in town.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have a 40 gallon tank that I've had for years. I bought a bunch of new fish there and they all died along with the other fish that I've had in my take for about 3 years. Absolutely hate this store. 😭

I needed a specific food for my dog's stomach. The associate met me at the door, helped me find the food, and signed me up for a loyalty program to save me money. All within five minutes and with a smile the entire time. Would highly recommend this store!

We brought our pup in to do a little shopping. Your selection was great and Kona got to pick out some toys she loves. The clerk was very helpful and was great the way he treated our dog. He introduced us to Kona's new favorite treat.

Very friendly staff. Place is clean, stock was depleted so I had to by an alternative item. Because of that purchase I will be required to by a larger more suitable unit. I don't have any regrets about my purchase, because I needed a solution for my issue. I will return to this place,because of the kind staff working for this store.
