Had an appointment for our standard poodle.when we arrived we were told the groomer called in sick and that they couldn't get in touch with us but they had a good number for us. We drove 30 miles and the girl was very rude... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Spoke with a man first told him what cut I wanted and how much of the hair cut .. I also stated all hair short to a shave off the face and around the mouth .. everything was done cept around the mouth .. he didn’t relay my request as he should have cuz it was not done that way !
