This is such a clean, well stocked store. They staff have always been very friendly and Knowledgeable. I went in for a litter box and some brown shrimp and was happy to find out they carry both freeze dried and frozen! They also had adoptable kitties there this time. Oh boy was it hard to walk out without one of those sweet babies!

There is a lady here that works with the fish that is amazing. Her knowledge is extensive with several species of animals and if by chance she doesn't know something, she is happy to look it up for you. They do not have an abundance of items but they do have great sales.

Went there because my daughter got a $30 gift card to use with her fishtank. We asked for assistance with the fish, worker was sitting down, acted like it was an inconvenience she had to help. My 6 year old asked what fish was safe to go with her glo fish, pointing to certain ones she had her eye on, worker was rude, would not reguard her, only me, saying no. When she asked what could go with her fish since she said no to all the ones she had pointed to, worker replied not any of those in a rude tone. Acted like helping us was an impossible job. We had my dog, as he had just got groomed at PetSmart and she pushed past him almost stepping on him, was annoyed she had to do her job and made it VERY apparent. Went to PetSmart for a sucker fish, they helped me more than Petco, they were very polite, excellent service, very informative, great selection, better care for the fish, and they were happy to help. Go to PetSmart, Petco was extremely disappointing in poplar bluff.

Store was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgable, and they had a lot of stock on the shelves.Update: We had one of our dogs groomed here and now she's terrified of having her nails trimmed. She's 11 and has never had this issue before.

Well everything is a bit pricey except for when it comes to cat litter now let me tell you this cat litter story I bought a 16 lb bag of cat food $60 and a 40 lb bag $18of cat litter I wish the the cat can live on cat litter I know it would clean her teeth but back to the story the young lady assisting me says would you like me to carry that to the counter for you sir I said sure but here you can carry the cat food and I'll carry that bag of litter she said no I need the exercise she carried a 40 lb bag of cat litter all the way through the store and laid on the counter that's great help nowadays 🤔😃

We took our goldendoodle puppy to get her very first haircut and they did such a wonderful job. They worked with her to make her comfortable. Highly recommend other pet parents to go there.

My daughter adopted a cat from there and it's like a wild cat. All it does is hide. I actually need to try and catch it because I think it's sick. So vet on Monday . Let's cross our fingers. Will post more later

Stood in there looking at employees waiting to be assisted for 15 mins. The girl with clown hair was more worried about the guy employee and what was on her phone. The guy just played on his phone. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Went there today to buy fish for our new fish tank that we bought a week ago. Had to wait for an employee to come wait on us. They had a sale on fish buy 3 get 1 free signs hanging up on all the tanks. So we had all the fish we were going to buy probably about 50 dollars worth. Then the manager comes up and said she would not honor the sale because it went out 3 days ago. I told her the sign were still up and they should of been taken down if the sale was over 3 days ago. She then proceeded to tell me it was her store and she can do what she wants. So I told her to put the fish back and I would go elsewhere. She then proceeded to tell me and my family to get out of her store and she was going to call the cops as we were walking out. She then came at as yelling and cussing at us in front of my 2 nephews who 3 and 7 and pretty much followed us to the door still yelling and cussing at us. I have called corporate and filed a complaint with them. I definitely won't be going back there for anything.

I visited this store so my 16 year old could buy fish. The employees were great and friendly. Unfortunately 2 of 5 fish died within a day. Since they didn't give us a receipt, I couldn't take them back. Next time I will be sure to get a receipt with any fish I buy. However, I blame my 16 year old for not getting the receipt (I left her after giving permission to purchase). LOL. The employees were just doing their jobs.

Slow service, everytime. No one upfront today. Waited almost five minutes with another person in line. Then they suddenly showed up by this time the line was 3 persons long. Check out went fast after they showed up. Price of everything in store is a third or more higher than online.

I brought in an old Apple Mac laptop that was given to me. He had it repaired and ready for pickup that same day! His price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend him! I will be coming back for future computer needs!

Our dogs love this store. They get so excited when we get in the parking lot that it is hard to get their leashes on. We really like the groomers they listen and have done a great job with both dogs. The trainer helped us with a great tip that is working like a charm! Everyone one else in the store have always been nice and helpful.

They have a good variety however majority of the workers seem to be inconvenienced by having to help in any way. There is one female employee that has been the only kind and helpful employee that I have experienced there. I have had many encounters with this store because of my work and they (besides the girl who has always been super helpful) have wanted nothing to do with helping anyone. I do recommend the store for their products but also be prepared to wait a while to get checked out because they seem to be understaffed or care free in the cashier department.

Would have put a zero but it won't let me. Went in today to buy a new aquarium and all the equipment plus some fish. But I was told by a young employee that we couldn't get any fish until we get the aquarium set up and wait 24hours to get the fish. What happened to the new generation. I'm in my 30's and when I was a kid you bought the shock treatment and went from there. You guys lost 133 dollar sale today because of one employee. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have issues every time I come. I never had much luck getting help or getting checked out quickly when going inside, so I've started using the app to place pick up and curbside orders, but that's been just as bad. Yesterday I ordered for curbside, paid in the app, and showed up at the store after I got an email saying the order was ready. I checked in, and got an email a few minutes later that my order has been picked up. I thought it was strange, but I still kept waiting. After about 5 - 10 minutes, I finally gave up and went inside. Had to wait for someone to come to the counter to help me. Then the employee told me that they had gotten the notification that I had checked in and marked it as picked up. But no one ever brought it out, no one attempted to bring it. It was still in the cabinet up front.

Excellent grooming. The current groomer listens to you and does the cut exactly like you want it. I'd giver them a five star but my appointment for one dog took almost six hours when I was told three to four hours, she was done twenty mins and they still hadn't called me and they are a little abrupt with their customer service. Probably because they are so booked up all the time.

Don't go on a Sunday. I walked around the store 6 times looking for an employee. The one time I came across one, she was on her phone and wouldn't even acknowledge me. I even started looking sketchy and acting like I was stealing. Will never be back. When I asked the cashier the managers name.... She didn't even know it. Sad.
