This place seriously lacks in customer service and product.I haven’t been in here in months, stopped in this evening and see nothing has changed.Empty shelves and a messy store.I had my hands full of small items and despite passing at least 4 employees in the floor not one offered me a basket or cart.From the gaggle of young employees at counter when walked that were more invested in talking about corsages & prom than helping customers, I could here the conversation all the way to the back of the store. Same night manager that likes to passive aggressively confront customers too. I used to spend a decent amount of money here but not anymore. This will be my last trip.

Super cute outfits at reasonable prices. I only wish the little girls selection was more plentiful. I also shopped here back in the winter and found the prettiest little girls dress for a daddy daughter dance!

For women, it's probably fantastic, but for men the selection is quite bare. They have a decent selection of well-fitting undershirts and outer shirts, but the jeans for men were all slim-fit and lacking in styles.Prices were fair on some fronts, although the belts and wallets were on sale for the same price or cheaper at JCPENNEY and Macy's (with the same brands such as Levi's). Hard to recommend as a guy, but seemingly more selection and value for women's clothing.

Employees there are more focused on talking with each other than providing real customer service. In the beauty section 2 gals carried on about their personal lives as if no one else was in the store. Neither one asked if I needed any help or if I was finding everything ok. They treated me as if I was invisible. The cashiers were in a loud huddle. I approached the register with the number lit up as is the custom to know which register is open only yo be asked to go to a different register because the one I went to was closed. Almost the worst Marshall's I've been in.

They could clean it up some bc they seem like they always put out ALOT of stuff.But employees are always nice.They have a great variety of anything you'd want all year round and prices aren't too bad for name brand stuff.Really, like this store and the atmosphere....is great for shoppers who like to, take time and be picky.

Terrific!!! Haven't been here in a while.The store was a little cluttered in some isles, as they were trying to put out new merchandise. But I loaded up on some great finds , Gifts. The cashier, was pleasant enough, especially after we spoke about one of the products I was purchasing.Great store, always something "new".

Deals were pretty good, and the place wasn’t a complete disaster for organization and things being where they should be. The cashier was able to honor a discounted price on an unstickered item that matched a similar discounted one

Always have so much that there is always something, usually more than I intended to buy. Prices are great. Place is a little cramped but it's not terrible. The employees are helpful and kind. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

LOVE A GOOD DEAL! I love all the different options here. There's got to be something to fit everyone's taste here. The deals can be ridiculous at times, in the best way possible, and I appreciate that. The staff I have seen there has only ever been super friendly. I love the atmosphere when I go here, it brings a bit if a more urban feel to the area.

I love all of the deals and new things that here evry time i come in. If you see something you like tho, don't wait too long on deciding to get it or not because there is no guarantee that it will still be there the next day. That have name brand clothes at half the price of other stores and even carry different odd and ends for your home. Things like blankets, towels, colognes and purfumes, things for your pets and even cookware!

Love this store!!! I go nearly every time I'm in Poplar Bluff! We are so happy that a Marshall's opened up in town. I love being able to get name brand discounted clothing for myself and my husband as well as a lot of great quality health and beauty products. We also love all of the seasonal items we get to look forward to each new season and holiday. Plus our favorite bedding, throws and pillows have come from there too!

I love going to this place, has great things and super nice employees. However today was not the best, lady with short dark brown almost black hair scanned my items and then threw my change in my hand while talking to me with an attitude. But over all had a good experience.

They have SOOOO much high end beauty products at such an incredible discounted price! Plus..amazing decor, clothing, toys, and even a men's section that my husband actually enjoys looking through!

Good store to shop from. But store was low on inventory & messed up all around on shelves. Overall I would have given better rating if they would somehow have an option of letting customers use their marshals credits card if customer forgot the card home by chance....

Solid variety of designer and name brand clothing at massive discounts. Large sections for men, women and children. Well stocked with Ralph Lauren, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger and more with stock changing on a regular basis so I make a point to stop in a couple times a month. Staff has always been all smiles and friendly. Building is newly remodeled and clean with ample parking.

I had no problem finding what I was looking for and the nice people working there were friendly and more than willing to help find what you are looking for also very curtious. I gave it a 4 star because they didn't have as much as I thought that they should have had.
