Walmart - weirdly - doesn't accept Venmo UPC purchases. It's all I could use that night to purchase dog food. A frustrating waste of time, and further evidence that Wally World's CSR support completely BLOWS. To clarify, this is NOT the store employees' fault - it's 100% on corporate. Anyway, I called Kroger from my car. Yes, they'll take my Venmo UPC payment. Bring my ID & have the app on my phone. Great! The first woman I saw upon entering Kroger was the woman I spoke to via cell. Super nice. She called out to the manager, who was already aware of my situation. Gathered my items, went to the CSR counter where the manager was waiting. She knew what she was doing for sure, but the machine was apparently in a bad mood. Somehow, though, she made it work! The Kroger employees were all WONDERFUL. Friendly, nice, knowledgeble, and accomodating. Great morale amongst them, too - sorely lacking these days at Wally's. Kroger may cost a bit more overall, but that's okay. I'll go there when I can, and suggest you do, too!

This is the 4th time I've been here and had to bring numerous out of date products to there attention. This is Unacceptable... My lawyer is telling me to file a lawsuit and contact the news. I could see if it was a few days old but a month could kill someone....

Don't know 😕 why everytime I buy milk from here it spoils in a few days 😒. It has happened twice too many times 😑 before. Maybe it 🤔 was the temperature 🌡 isn't the issue. But I love the store for kale greens and etc., thank you Kroger 😊. 😊.

My fist time going into a Kroger don’t think I’ll do it again….. The manager there was very rude.. Went into Kroger this morning and heard her yelling and being disrespectful to someone over the phone and turned around and was calling someone else. Rude to do it where customers can hear you and being disruptive. Using disrespectful language around people with children. Those people need to figure out something with their management…

Showed up right at 8:58 after driving many hours with our baby. Hours say they should be open until 10:00. We needed some baby supplies and milk. The automatic doors shut right in front of us after a customer left and were locked and employees behind the second doors were uncontrollably laughing, seeing us with a baby knowing they closed right then. Unexcuseable behavior in my opinion.😔

Bought an 8 piece chicken dinner tonight. After we got home we discovered we had a chicken with 3 wings and 1 leg. Very disappointed with Kroger. Bad way to do business.

The manager there was so rude I’ll never buy from that store again I spend hundreds of dollars in this store I’ll start shopping somewhere else never in my life have I been so disappointed in a business they need a new manager I’ve done management my whole life I’d never treat any of my customer like that customer service is the key always and this place doesn’t have that at all

I shop for groceries and fuel here frequently, spend a lot of money. When refueling, I clean out my cab. I don't leave trash on the grounds, simply place it in the can.One of your employees takes issue with that and filed trespassing order against me.If one of my employees blatantly ran a customer from my business, she would be fired. I recommend you do the same.Further, I would make special effort to regain that customer. I recommend you do the same.

Excellent selection of soy alternative and other items for vegeterians or vegans. Also best variety for kosher, gluten free and allergy sensitive diets in Poplar Bluff. Store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Produce is well stocked and fresh, solid beer, wine and liquor selection. Often very busy but now with the addition of multiple self checkout stations the wait times are much better. Full pharmacy and bank inside as well for a nice convenience.

Decent overall. Clean, has most anything a grocery store should have. A bit crammed in at the checkout and front end of store. A bit on the pricey side as far as groceries go but overall decent. Was surprised there is no ATM available here.

I love the store and sales that I get. I did however get over charged this visit and will have to go back for a refund. This was the first time I was ever overcharged. Everyone is always very helpful. I give them 5 stars for the great buys I get from there.

Great store! The building, grounds, and parking lot are well-kept. The employees are very helpful, quick, and always courteous. The Kroger brand foods we have tried have been great, better even than name brand items. I love their reward program!! You get discounted pricing on just about everything, especially if you buy Kroger brand and for every $100 you spend (not hard to do with a family) you get $0.10 off every gallon of gas (up to a certain # of gallons, not sure of the cut-off but it's more than my large SUV can take). It's quick and easy to get in & out, I truly appreciate Kroger.

We shop here 3 to 6 times weekly. They have decent prices excellent sales and awesome staff. They have great variety and excellent fruits and veggies and really good quality meats and seafood. Customer service is really great and all staff and help and assist in every way possible. I recommend any and all to go to Kroger to do they're shopping.

Don't carry meat in sale ad. Called corporate office twice and never got answer to the Sanderson farm wing issue. Store said they don't carry that brand. Rude tooTerra was her name. Then corporate office sent satisfaction survey without getting back to me.

Love this store! Lots of discounts! I'm supposed to switch to eating 100% Organic! I've checked other grocery stores & I'm lucky if they sell 1 thing that's Organic. Kroger's has LOTS of Organic food and good prices! Thanks Kroger's for helping me find the Organic food that I need!

Best selection of fresh fruit & veggies in town. Be nice if they sold more local goods. Good, fresh meat. Easy to pick up odds & ends not found in other stores. Prices are a little high.

The store was clean but not very well stocked. I only saw one cashier working, but it was not busy considering it was a Saturday afternoon.

Lots of great sales. Good selection.Maybe they should have.more cashiers at 5 pm rush.But I did use the 15 items or so lane as it was empty and 15 people at self checkout and another 10 at the one cashier unlimited items.Today's visit was slower in number of customers. But much more annoying in software issues at self checkout. Items would appear on the screen as scanned. But when bagged would trigger an unauthorized item alert. This happened for almost all 17 items. Just sit and wait was the only solution. After everything was complete the system required the attendant to sign in and verify all the items that were on the screen were in the bags. In 2000 this would have been expected. But its 2019 at one of the largest grocery retailers in the country. So NO Kroger your no cash or cash back cards only doesn't help when you also can't tell what is scanned compared to what is a foot away in the bagging area. Please upgrade your software.On a plus note the attendant has given up hope of the self checkout working and just pressed the button to let the transaction process.Also sale prices on some items were higher than most stores every day price. I am afraid Kroger is giving in to the Walmarts and Aldis and just trying to get the money they can from the loyal customers they still have.Fuel prices with the .03 off were higher than many places with no discount. Other than those items I enjoyed my visit.
