I am so angry and annoyed at the management here because my daughter was so excited to start a job with this company and she called the Taxi company a day ahead of her orientation and supposedly scheduled a ride in plenty of time for her first day of employment. Well patriot cab company never showed up in time and my daughter called again and they said they didn't have any ride scheduled for her. They Finally showed up but you would NOT even give her a chance and said that you was going to look for someone with reliable transportation.Are you sure you aren't just being that way because of her health condition you found out about during the interview ?Discrimination?

Finally I gave in last month and became an Inside Track Member. I haven't learned enough about the program to know what types of savings I may receive yet and most likely never will.Quality tools for a very low price at my local Harbor Tool.I needed a drill one day because mine was loaned out so gave these guys a visit and when I noticed a 12 volt cordless for only $12 or $14 dollars, I was shocked! Honestly expecting to throw it away after my project that day but it's pretty comparable to my fancy name brand drill. It was a keeper!

Long time customer. Most everything in there comes from China. Some things are worth the money, and some things are not. My local store is very polite and helpful. I'd like to see more American made products on the shelves. Let's create jobs, not poverty.

This is my husband's little heaven on earth lol.As a mobile mechanic and handyman we always find all kinds of tools and stuff we need and use on our jobs, love and appreciate the decent prices and the rain checks if they happen to be out of a sale item.Clean and well organized environment with a friendly staff.

Had a "Parking Lot Sale" but nothing in the parking lot 🤣 everything was inside. Had some great buys.Very nice helpful people, especially the woman that seem to be in charge. Asking me several times if I needed help or if I am finding everything OK.

Today is 10/21/2022 and the was supposed to have a parking lot sale i drove 52 miles one way and there is nothing on the parking lot. So I ask inside what happen to the sale they said it was over. I showed them the email I got and he said I could still get the item on sale the was on the self. So I went and got a little toll bag on sale for $5.99 it rang up $12.99 cent i showed him the coupon and he said it was the wrong one. It is the only 12" tool bag they carry. This makes 3 times they have done this to me and I will be filling a complaint with corporate

I ordered a gantry from HF poplar bluff mo on 1/2/23,I was told 3 week delivery, that time came and went,I was then told it would be another 2 weeks,which was 3/17/23,I called the PB store,still no gantry,I went to the store ,the assistant manager could not find my order, she refused to call the manager,she insisted that I stand outside of the office while trying to find my order on the computer,I got the typical old school runaround,from the incompetent assistant manager.I ask for information to talk to corporate customer service, I didn't get it.I finally left the store in disappointment that I didn't get the information I needed, or an update of when my gantry will be delivered.

Great store. Very happy to have a location in PB. It is well kept, a little small inside, but has a good selection. Coupon procedure is a little confusing. The 'free' items are hard to find. Sometimes hard to find someone to ask a question, but nearly always able to get answers when found. Check outs can be overwhelmed during busy times, and it can take awhile to get checked out if there are a lot of matching coupons. It would be better to just have a sale no coupons needed.

I recently joined the inside track club. A great investment. Has paid for itself repeatedly over and over. Decent tools. I Do buy tools from tool trucks also. Depending on what your needing harbor freight has something to help more than likely. This new icon brand reminds me of snap on. The look feel and weight of wrenches etc.. lifetime warranty also

Been shopping here for years. One reason is because I could get on my phone and pull up a 20% off coupon and save money every time. Loved being able to save. However, this past weekend my husband and I went there and had several items in our cart. Just before checking out I got my phone and begun to look up the 20% off coupon. It took me all over the place. And the site I was on took me completely off Harbor Frieght site. There was a code this time for the cashier to use and it said it was invalid. Could not use the code and no bar code to scan the 20%off. Very disappointing. Probably won’t be shopping there as much.

Love the store. I am there at least once a week sometimes more. The bad part is, there is a dark haired, kinda rough looking "supervisor" that walks around with a clip board in his hand that creeps me out and I have heard other people saying that while in the store. I was in the store today less than 15 minutes and he walked past me I know 8 times and asked me if I needed help half of those while I was just walking and looking. Need to have him lay off of the stalking customers. He makes the experience very unnerving

If you want cheap tools, this is the place for you. They have more cheap tools than you can shake a stick at. Believe me, I tried shaking a stick at all of the cheap tools and my arm went limp from exhaustion. Quality is meh, but you get what you pay for.Also I stopped up the toilet here and fled. I'm sorry.
