Got a text the script was ready. Go to drive thru to pick up & it's NOT ready. Told to drive around & get back in line. Waited another 20 minutes, get back to the window and they only filled 1 script & it wasn't even the one the text said was ready. Told AGAIN to get back in line. So 45 minutes and no medication. Don't waste your time on this pharmacy, they are incompetent!

Ever since I switched to CVS it's been a mess. Never get the medicine on time. You can stand there in front of them and they see you but won't say a word for 20 min. If you call to talk to the pharmacy they never answer their phone. If the hospital calls you in medicine they won't even fill it till you go to pick it up and be like we didn't see that. It will be an hour wait that turns out to be a 5 hour wait before they fill the thing. Not happend once but every dang time. Don't use them!!

we switched due to our insurance requirements and its been a nightmare, they are supposed to be open til 8-9 pm and u can go to get meds at 6 and they're closed, this happens very frequently with them just in the last few weeks, due to staffing issues they say.

I've used CVS for many years now. Recently, they gave my daughter the wrong amount of medication. The medication was prescribed for 28 days they gave her 21 days.When I called to notify them and correct this mistake, I was met with nothing but a rude lady on the other end of the phone.She talked down to me like I didn't know how to read the packet of medication. (My daughter has been taking this same medication for 3 years now) Not only did she make me read the packaging to her three times, but she questioned me rudely each time.She then told me to send my daughter up there and ask for Jamie, then hung up on me.When my daughter went up there, she was also met rudely by Jamie. They did fix it for her, but when she turned to walk away, she overheard the lady say that the person who filled it would be fired.It was my understanding that the tech fills the medication, and then the pharmacist okays it. Am I wrong?My family and I will find somewhere else to fill our prescriptions from now on.

Worst pharmacy ever. Got message that my prescription was filled 3 minutes before close. Go in the next day and they said they haven’t started it.

Will never come here again. Pharmacy staff is very rude a disrespectful. Put our prescription in at 4:45p.m and was told an hour an in half. Only to come back @ 7 p.m. and was told that one wasn't ready. When ask why I given attitude from a blonde and guy with glass closed window while trying to give date of birth. This unacceptable customer services. Had to wait for meds until 7:55....

Normally CVS is a good experience and the employees usually are great. Today was ridiculous. I understood that their system was down but it caused my husband go go without medication he can't afford to miss. I was trying to explain that he was already having bad side affects and that this was two days of no meds. The girl today tells me it's been ready for three days why did he miss it she was smartelic and hateful. Everytime I tried to explain that for one we didn't know it was ready and that we had been trying to get it covered from insurance problems she wouldn't stop interrupting me! Over and over this girl would interrupt me rudely and accused me of interrupting her. I was trying to ask if we could go to another pharmacy again she kept interrupting me and accusing us of not picking it up earlier which didn't make sense because we didn't know it was ready and I shouldn't even have to explain it anyways. We barely had gas to get to the pharmacy last night and now were going to be driving on E because we have to go back today. No customer should be made to feel bad because they couldn't get their medicine and she should get a different job if she can't contain her temper and attitude. She is never overly friendly but this was just ridiculous!!! She hung me up in the middle of a question saying Goodbye loudly and I called right back and a guy answered he was super calm and nice . He said hold on he found my husbands medicine in two minutes after she said it would also be impossible to find and said just ask for him and he would give my husband his medicine and take care of it later I'm the system sense it turns there was no co pay. If the girl would have slowed down stopped interrupting me and cut out the attitude I wouldn't be on here leaving this review. Props to the employees there that have always treated us with dignity and respect Shame on the one that didn't!

I was checked out by Brenda. And she was amazing and so helpful with all my questions. The cash register was giving her trouble. But she was very helpful and amazing. I normally get anxiety when things go wrong like that. But she kept a smile and was just so sweet about the whole thing. I could tell she was pretty busy trying to do register and stock. So thankful she checked me out tonight.

They didn't give my grandson his medication then when I tried to go get it they said it had been filled. I over heard the manager saying it wasn't mixed and then came out to me saying it had been filled.. I will be looking for a new pharmacy..

Went through the drive thru to get myMeds. Madison took a little longer than it normally does to run my card. Rude and didn’t seem very friendly. Usually they tell you have a good day but they just walked off and didn’t say a word. I usually like cvs but he was kinda rude.

We were waiting in line for a while in the drive through and they were about to close. The drive through lady closed the shades in our face even though we were there before closing. Not only that she stared us down as she was closing the shades. Then the person inside was equally as rude. I'll be finding a new pharmacy. They could have been kind about it at least.

I'll give the 3 stars only because most of my experiences here at CVS have been pleasant. His evening, I go into the store to check the price of one item, and I purchased another. The sales associate was rude from the first words out of her mouth. The whole experience was as if I was bothering her. I don't believe she knows, or understands how to serve the public. I have been in management for many years, so I do understand how to serve my customers. This young girl needs an attitude adjustment.

Went thru line at drive thru have girl new insurance card , waited 25 mins came back as she said and given bag out window, pulled over due to bag leaking and my cough mes pouring out due to lid not secure and only one rx in bag, called pharmacy bag said my insurance showed not covered girl never put in new insurance and now I have to wait 30 more mins forsesecond med

Never has medication ready. Got a message stating medicine was ready on 23 rd. Called upon release from hospital on 24 ,yes we have it ready.... Went thru drive through on 25th no medicine ready, took an hour to count 40 pills, not the first time this has happened, I am switching to a smaller pharmacy. Avoid cvs, avoid walgreens

Wow, I've been sitting on hold to get through to the pharmacy for about 10 minutes. This hold music sounds like Liberace playing rolling scales on an endless loop and it's the same song stuck on repeat. Maybe I would feel less impatient about being on hold if you had better music.

The lady at pharmacy who's name was Jamie was extremely rude I just got out of hospital from having surgery on my ankle from breaking it and she was very rude made us wait way over a hour to get the meds I got out of hospital around 400pm and at 620 pm was finally able to get the meds picked up made complaint to supervisor and he didn't really say much but apologize and say they are short if you hate your job and can only be hateful don't work in the public this is not first time we have had someone get rude from CVS but it is the last time I'll be going there
