I came in to the store literally less then 10 minutes before closing time to get my daughter added back to our plan. Brittany and Quinn were amazing. They were so patient. They never complained about having to stay late. They were very helpful when it came to having to called straight talks customer service to get the information we need to transfer my daughters phone so that she could keep her phone number. They made our whole transaction go smoothly. I know I thanked you both in the store. I hope you both see this and know how much I appreciate your great customer service.

I'm very pleased with Kelli Deen she is a sales advocate there at the Cricket store in Poplar Bluff Mo.63901 This young lady saved me several thousand dollars on my phones and tablets. I would highly recommend for everyone to go see her, this girl knows what she doing when it comes to saving you money.

Normally my experience has been excellent but upon trying to cancel a line and pay my bill today, which didn't get accomplished, things were different. I was met with a rude ignorant child of a girl with strawberry blonde hair who lied to me and became the reason I walked out of the store. Children who look like the only thing they have experience at is eating often should not have a job dealing with adults. It's time to screen for employees without immature bad attitudes before it costs the company customers.

I went in today to switch over from AT&T and my experience was honestly amazing! Josh was the sales associate I dealt with and the service he provided was beyond satisfactory! He helped me get everything squared away as fast as possible while still providing great service to others who were in the store as well! Highly recommend going to him!

We have been to the Cricket store multiple times in the last few months. It has been a great experience every time. The first time we were helped by Kelli. She did a great job! The last two times we were helped by Kelondre. He did an amazing job both times! He definitely made it an enjoyable experience. He is very knowledgable, helpful, and super fast! I definitely recommend him if you need to go in the store for anything!

Visited the Poplar Bluff,Missouri store.Always a great experience. Employees hold door open for you,answer any and all questions and don't try to force a sale.Very knowledgeable staff. Will def shop there again.

Unlike Metro, they don't require a mask. Haven't worn one this whole phony pandemic. Dropped Metro the minute they refused service and went to Cricket. No complaints. Employees are wonderful and much more helpful than the other place. Service good, even in the boondocks.

Love Cricket. I have 4 lines for $100. Can't be the price. Unlimited data, texts, and calls which comes in handy when you have teenagers. Have never had a problem with our service and customer service always goes out of their way to make sure I get a good deal and help save me money.

DO NOT...EVER...try to add a line through the online app! I was so frustrated after weeks of calls, and emails and waiting. Kelli Dean was amazing. I walked put of the store worry free, with a working phone! The customer service at the Poplar Bluff store is spot on! Thank you!

Bought phone out right. Did not transfer service. They say no contract but in the fine print in order to use phone some where else you have to keep service for 6 months at 30 dollars per month. In order to unlock phone. You are not told this by anyone at the time of sign up.

When I first got on Cricket it seemed to work good. In the last year is has gone down hill. I used to have coverage at home and all of a sudden it stopped. Called to talk to someone in the local office and the mail box of the office was full. When I walked into the office, the guy there said "oops the phone is dead and it needs to be charged. It went down hill from there. I changed carriers and I am much happier with Verizon.

Horrendous service from the very beginning. I received a defective sim card from them and it took them over 7days to resolve the issue. All this time I was unable to recieve any calls or texts from anyone, basically I had nothing coming into my line, everything was going straight to voicemail, but not mine! When the house was finally identified, I had received a faulty sim card, I was told that I had to pay 11$ for a new one!!! When I informed him that I would not be paying for anything that I had had no service since day one... what eventually happened? I was informed that if I continued to be or conduct myself in the same manner that he would have me put out of the store. I wasn't even being disruptive, he kept saying he couldn't wave the fee for the sim, and I told him he could get someone who could and he just completely became more aggressive toward me. I refused to be down and finally a store manager came to his aid, because he was going to eat that phone before it was all over it. I DON'T RECCOMEND. I WISH I HAD THE JERKS NAME HE HAS NO CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
