Karen King was the easiest most professional consultant I have ever dealt with in an ATT store. She made the experience very easy and simple, and for a guy like me that’s not into technology it was stress free. I came in with a iPhone that wouldn’t charge or turn on and she somehow got it to come on long enough to transfer all of my contacts, photos and apps over to the new iPhone in just a few minutes. If you want the best consultant with the most experience ask for Karen King next time you go in the store or set up an appointment ……you will thank me for it!!! The only person I’m going to deal with there from now on.

Our sales representative Joe C. couldn't have done a better job at helping us. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kind! If I managed the store, I would definitely look into giving him a raise. He's a true asset to your business. He will make a great supervisor one of these days.We waited a little bit, but the store was busy on a Friday evening. We expected a short wait at least. Everyone seemed pleasant.

Karen King was really helpful. I came in to trade in my old phone a couple weeks ago. When I asked the man helping me at that time for the headphone adapter and spen for my new phone he said they did not sell them at the store and to try Amazon or Walmart and did not bother to look for them. I then came in to drop off my old phone and Karen helped me. I asked Karen about the accessories I wanted and she found them in store within minutes and was very helpful in getting me what I wanted and how to use the accessories.

Visited the Poplar Bluff, Mo store this week and was treated so kind and the service was the best!!!!! I went to pay my bill, the associate told me she could help since the payment machine was out of order. It took less than 5 minutes! This associate never fails to ask about a mutual friend and my family. Thank you Rebecca Hillis for making my experience great!!!

Came in with my grandpa who is a farmer. He had ran over his phone by accident with his tractor. When we came in he had his work clothes on and when we walked in the store a few of the employees looked at us and then turned their back and acted like they were busy. They completely acted like they were too good to help us simply because my grandpa had his dirty work clothes on. We were about to turn around and leave but this one lady named Becky came over and immediately started talking to us and ask us to please let her take care of us. At first my grandpa just wanted to leave but she talked him into not leaving and I can honestly say it was the best experience we have had at any AT&T location. If it wasn’t for Becky we would have completely left AT&T as a whole and switched providers. When we go back we will only be dealing with Becky. That store needs to hire more staff like her. I hope that one day those employees who acted as they were too good to help us because my grandpa had his work clothes on gets treated just as they treated us.

I recently had such a great experience in AT&T. Becky took excellent care of us, I will absolutely be back to do business with her again. I’ve had trouble in the past with AT&T but Becky really changed my mind about switching. She cares about her customers.
