The staff is great theres just not enough of them. I'm in there 3-5 times a week and it takes 20 min to get out of there with one item. There's either one person working the line and 10 people waiting or the only person working is stocking shelves and doesnt know anyone is at the register. Either way they need more help.

Great place to shop!! Sort of like a mini Wally World; everything you need without all the gigantic store hassle ... convenient front door parking ... clean and organized with well stocked shelves and very helpful staff ... and the values are never ending it seems ... will be shopping here for years to come........

The manager in the store had an issue with a young lady that's told one tampon from a package. Now stealing is stealing. And the manager tried to say later she would have given it to her if she had asked.Nothing in that store belongs to the manager to give away. But what the manager did was smear the girl all over Facebook. Can you just imagine how desperate and scared that poor girl must have been to steal one tampon not the whole box. She obviously had a situation. And this woman with a daughter of her own treated her this way.This is our community store and this community let's that store exist.I say don't spend your money there unless you have to. And warn your daughters of the evils Within!

So Dollar General waits 7 months to the day of the first outbreak of Covid-19 to tell people they are required to wear masks in their store. It's very counterproductive. We went in today 20 minutes to closing time, one of the cashiers was outside visiting with customers the entire time. There was no one at the register so we finally gave up. Their refrigerated units are almost always empty. We will most likely not shop here again.

Steven Taylor perhaps get the facts straight before you talk bad about someone. I was there buying a tire plug kit when it happened, the thief wasn't a girl, she was a 45-50 year old woman. Did you ever think that the manager.... who is a woman... had a spare tampon she was willing to give the thief? Nor did said manager show any pictures or incriminating evidence as to who this thief was. Your comment is outrageous and full of ignorance! You sir should be ashamed of yourself. This guy "Steven Taylor"... ignorance at its finest ladies and gentleman.

Everyone thinks having a dollar general nearby is great, but when it takes 20 min for the employees to get to the register and when you say something he says "oh ok"every friggin time it starts to bother you. I can take 30 min (or less) to go to the city and buy everything and more at Walmart.

Some of the staff are friendly, but I have now bought milk from this store 3 times and read the date on the jug to be sure it wasn't a fairly close end date on the milk I was grabbing and it would be dated for example (for July 4th 2019 but be bad by July 27th of 2019) and when I have been in the store shopping I have had to give the employees stuff that was expired months ago from food TO drinks, I am thankful for having a store in this town but they're always out of everything, I feel.. & the shelves are never fully stocked up.. I don't want to say you're wasting your time here because they may have something you're needing, but it sure has been a headache for me everytime I have gone... 😭😢😤

Staff is not very friendly. Prices on shelves are never correct. It will always be more at the register. Fairly clean. Needs work.

This store is in my hometown, and is conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful. Glad to have this so close to home.

This store is a Godsend in our small town especially the refrigerated section with milk, cheese, butter and eggs. Even ice cream. Please get produce!
