If you believe in shopping local, these nice folks are worthy of you dollars. Very friendly and welcoming to the area. Ordered online (via email), worked great and they delivered our large order. Ordering was fast, far shorter wait time than the "big box stores" and prices are competitive! Definitiely our families hardware and lumber store!

They are always ready to help on every project. The staff is knowledgeable. They are always friendly. On numerous occasions they have offered to special order items for me. They have stuff for the garden, grill, plumbing, paint, drywall, gardening (mulch, tools, gloves), plant food, weed killers, key making, and closet organization. I'm glad they are in Plattsburgh!

I stop in every month to just browse & look at the clearance bin. I tend to find good deals at hardware stores like this, especially when you can't find what you need at one of the big stores (Menards, Home Depot, Lowes). They might be more expensive, but the products are better quality in my opinion.

A lot closer then the rest of the hardware stores but because of its location some things are priced higher then at other stores and you don't carry as many items. Staff has always been super helpful and friendly!

Closes at noon on Saturdays. regardless of the size of the town its in, staying open through a normal business hour on weekends would boost revenue considerably and also raise level of customer satisfaction, increasing loyalty and profits as well. Doesn't take a degree in business management to see this!
