Would have been nice to tell clients that the road hwy 92 was closed and to alit time to reroute.Also I was not told about a groomer increase in price when making appointment and then I'm told there's a 30 dollar flea treatment that legally has to be given orally to my dog upon turning her over and I clearly stated she has never had a flea in her life of 4 years and told the groomer she has already had a flea and tick treatment this month and I don't want Jackson to give my dog anything as too much treatment can be hazardous and lethal and I was directed to sign the form or leave. The groomer said she would call if she found a flea. I asked her to check now before putting her in a kennel by 7 other dogs and I was denied for she can't tell until the dog is wet. What? I'm hoping to just get a haircut and a nail trim out of this. It's likely going to be 100 dollars and I'm not sure if I will be returning. Follow up soon and if all goes well I will delete this review.

They board my friends old horse Sugar. She has seemingly stayed happy and healthy. She sure does have a hard time having to let go of her horse to them but sometimes in life we have things we can't handle or financially cover. She isn't her horse legally anymore but willingly she visitors Sugar quite often. That's very nice of them also.

Excellent experience, definitely recommend! They went above and beyond!!!I forgot my dogs records and they took it upon themself to call the other vet for records.They performed all my dogs care right in front of me. I even had my two young toddlers with me and the staff talked with them and got them coloring pages to distract them while we talked about my dog.

Dr. Reed is awesome. She took her time and listened to our concerns about our elderly horse. She gave us sound and practical advice with empathy and grace. We so appreciate this clinic, everyone works very hard.

My 9.5 year old Greyhound had Osteoscarcoma and recieved great care from Dr Parch and staff with her front leg amputation. The new testing did not show any cancer markers. Now at 10.5 years old Dali continues to do zoomies. I have Dr Parch to thank for her excellent surgical skill and the staff for their genuine care.

They got my cat in early. I was only in the clinic for about 5 minutes including paying. They were polite and caring. I Love this place. I recommend this place.

My wife's family and I have been going here for our animals since Dr. Jackson (the original owner was here). Recently, he retired, but some of his old "crew" still works here. They're great people who've stuck to his work ethic and love for animals.There's one Dr. (I can't remember her name, sorry) who treats my wife's & mother inlaws horses. And, does a phenomenal job.Since April, we've been going a lot more for our dogs. March, my best friend and support dog Cooper passed. They were EXTREMELY supportive. They have an amazing cremation box system, paw print in ink & clay. I personally went all out on this, and it was money well spent.Recently, I had to bring dog number x2 in for some potential serious issues. They named x2-3 places to take her because they didn't have the tools to provide us with the services needed. They told us which would probably be less expensive than the other, who the Dr's were and everything.HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST going to DR.Jacksons clinic!!! 100/10

My grandpup sees Dr.Partch. He's kind of a handful but she is so understanding... Diesel had all his shots and is set for awhile. Some confusion checking in but we worked that out and they got us in. I'm pretty happy with this visit and I believe his parents are too... Thank you 🐾 💙

Dr. Reed is my babies Luca and Aria's vet. They love her. She talks with them gives them love and takes care to talk with me at length what needs to be done to keep them strong and healthy. The staff is always willing to help and do what they can. Dr.Reed comes to the house to see them because Luca is scared terribly of the car and refuses to even think of getting in.

Dr. Reid was great in helping us with our health inspection for our new horse. I can tell she really cares about the animals. She was professional and I would definitely use her for all of needs if I lived in state. I wish she was in Colorado. She's awesome. Thank you Dr. Reid!

Our shop cat, Django, had a UTI of course on a Friday afternoon. Looked in the directory and found a vet clinic that was open until 6:00pm. Dr Jackson and his staff squeezed us in so Django would get some relief from his pain. They were so kind to us and our cat, they never made us feel like we were keeping them late on a Friday night, AND they were very reasonably priced! Great people, beautiful clinic and didn't break the bank! It was a win all the way around. Back at the shop and Django is feeling so much better and is sitting here purring away. Thank you sooo much!

I was extremely impressed with the quality of care both of sweet baby dogs received. I have 2 belgian malinois puppies a little over 2 years old and they are very active & a breed a little less understood. The staff was extremely nice & Dr. Partch was amazing. She was so gentle and took her time to answer our questions along with taking the time to not overwhelm either of our dogs. I highly recommend this clinic both of my dogs were very comfortable with everyone & the staff was amazing with them. Thanks so much Dr. Partch & Staff you are amazing people. Felicia

On February 5th we did the hardest thing we ever had to do and I'm only able to talk about it now.Our sweet baby 🐕 was 13 and his health was failing due to heart failure. We spent months giving him 4 different pills but after awhile he refused to take them no matter what we tried.The one thing we didn't ever want was for him to suffer and with his condition he was having so much trouble just breathing.We called Jackson's and they got us right in. We were assisted by 2 women but I was so upset that I didn't get their names.I want to make sure they know how much we appreciate their kindness & compassion to our baby in his time of need. We will never forget that!

Doc takes care of mule for years. He is the only vet that every gave a shot or drew blood without a fuss from my 1200 pound pal. I wont take him anywhere else.

Jackson Animal Clinic has been caring for my, and my family's, animals for generations. The receptionist staff are always polite and helpful. All the vets are very knowledgeable. My cats, dogs, and horse have all been treated by the vets here and I've never had a negative experience. Additionally, I would say this clinic is reasonably priced and puts a patient's best interest before finances.

I needed to get our dog in for a routine rabies vaccination, preferably same day. This clinic was awesome- we got a same day appointment, and had no wait time. Dr. Irvin was kind, calm and efficient and even looked at our girls injured paw without charging extra, something our previous vet would never have done. Thanks again! Been going to this place for years! The Bunny Ranch doesn’t hold a candle to this place! They love treating Bunnies (the furry kind) and all of your furry delights, dogs, cats, horses! Would never trust my fur baby with anyone else. They are a solid 10 out of 10 in my book!Had to board Tucker 🐻 and he loved it there and I never worried because I knew he was in good hands and a safe clean place. They are also his Vet Doctors. They are the best and they care about all fur babies.

Can’t say enough good things about them. They got me in the same day for an emergency and gave me info for a 24 hour emergency vet in case something happened while they’re closed. They’re twice as much as my vet before them back home, but they’re still cheaper than all of the other vets in the area I spoke to (plus they’re super close to me). I definitely recommend them, the vet and receptionist are so pleasant to work with!

Dr. Jackson has been my veterinarian for 25 years. He and his team have been treating my horses, dogs, cats and goats with great care and expertise. No matter when you call him he always responds, even to visit a horse with colic in the middle of the night and stay for several hours.His staff is also very knowledgeable and always friendly and polite.

We have been using Jackson Animal Clinic for a few years now and honestly, they can't be beat. We take all of our animals from the cats and dogs up to the horses to this facility and the care they receive is amazing at a very decent price. The doctors and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They treat my animals like I do. When I take one of my four legged kids to Dr. Jackson's, I know that they will be given the best care possible. It is well worth the 30+ minute drive to get there. Thanks for all that you do!Melissa
