We always order our kiddos birthday cakes from Jane Walmart. They are always amazing but this year Kelsi went completely above and beyond. I am not creative at all so let them know my daughters theme and gave complete creative freedom. She did way better than I could have ever imagined. We are in love with it. Thank you to the whole Jane Bakery Crew you are all amazing from taking our order to making it. You are appreciated!

Poor checkout. They staff too few and shut down all but self checkout after about 7pm. Many people were angry. Want us to do your job for you? Offer a discount for using self checkout. The Jane Walmart is not indicative of all Walmart stores. This one is simply poorly run from a staffing point.

Easy to find everything I was needing. Associates were wearing smiles and helpful. No waiting at the register. Cashier was courteous and friendly. All in all a good experience for a Saturday afternoon.

Retired Walmart associate, probably going to sell my WM stock. Had an unresolved issue with an associate today at the Jane Missouri Walmart. Will make this brief. No one to check out at garden center, three associates working in the area, all saw me waiting at the register, none of them offered assistance. Asked one if he could check me out, he said "No", I asked if he could call someone, he said "No". Another guy basically told me to read the sign that said lane closed but the POS said to press the screen for assistance. Verbal exchange with second guy then as I walked away he says sarcastically "Sorry you have to walk so far to check out sir!". I turned back and asked him to repeat himself and to tell me his name. His response "I don't think so" then he turned and walked away. Found a manager, walked him back over to garden center to find the associate, who had disappeared. Asked the first guy the name of the second guy. His response "I don't have to tell you". I said "then tell him" pointing at the manager. The guy said again "I don't have to". When did Walmart unionize? The manager did NOTHING and said he would check video and "coach" the insolent associate. Sam would be spinning in his grave. Unbelievable.

Cattle call of the warehouse stores. You get low prices in exchange for closing all of the mom & Pop stores. Don't forget to buy up all of China's goods before you leave. I left again today paying over $70 for birdseed. I didn't even get any groceries.

I love to stop at this location on my long drive to/ from Arkansas and Kansas to stretch my legs. It's not too large, it's always clean, and has a really nice plant selection usually.

I shop here at this location frequently and can say most of the time it’s a painless experience. This evening was a different story, as I was accused of not scanning items at the self checkout by one of the employees who then watched over me while finishing my transaction. I was then asked by a second employee to check my receipt after being signaled to from the first employee behind my back. I told them no and asked to speak to a manger and that I didn’t appreciate being treated like a criminal while shopping. Loss prevention came over and talked with me, ensured me that that wasn’t standard procedure and would look into it. There’s not much than can be done unfortunately but it’s sad that I was treated in such a poor manner by an employee that wasn’t even doing anything but standing over me. If self checkout is that big of an issues for your company then you need to take them away instead of causing issues with your community.

We do our grocery p/u at this store. After we check-in it takes 20-30 minutes to get our groceries. Yesterday we waited 40 minutes. Why is this happening when we receive a message saying, "your order is ready for pick up"? We have never had more than a ten minute wait at other WM's.

The staff at this Walmart was incredible! The staff greeted us well, other staff asked if we needed assistance in any way, it was amazing. Very impressive!

This Walmart needs to fire the racist employees. It's 2024 and it should not be tolerated whether they're elderly or not. I only come to this Walmart for my medication once a month due to my pharmacy not being able to carry my medication, but I'm being asked for a receipt as I leave even though the pharmacy places a HUGE receipt on the bag. My husband was actually leaving the store with Walmart bags and was not questioned for a receipt. And we noticed other people leaving the store not getting questioned for a receipt. This is the only Walmart I've been to that has ever asked me for a receipt for my medication. Do better Walmart. Start actually screening your employees for racial biases.

It's Walmart, big store with alot of customers crowding up the lanes. Employees doing everything they can to avoid customers needing help finding product. Custom service has 4 employees behind the counter but you'd be lucky if one knows how to do there job fully without having to call someone with more experience . Maybe I'll f Walmart paid there store employees decent wages like they do the corporate office and vendor rep employees you'd get a team willing to put in work and do an adequate job. Sam Walton would be so disappointed in the way Walmart has become. He's turning over in his luxury grave.

I really like this store. The associates are friendly & they have just about everything that I need. Pick up p here is fairly easy in & out. There were a couple times pick up was extremely busy so there was an extended wait time. The garden center is limited which surprises me to some extent. I don't know if it's just me but with Walmart closing at 11 pm now and stocking overnight , the associates seem to rush you out of the stores. Pallets are placed for stocking & it seems a lot of items are blocked by them and associates don't appear to care. Registers are shutdown early including self checkout making it less convenient for me to check out. The parking lot at this store is always busy. Please watch for backing vehicles as they may not see you behind them. There are more older adults at this store it seems.

This is by far my favorite Walmart in the country. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you drink, check out the huge liquor department. I stop here when I am going to Arkansas.

convenient, stocked pretty well, but seems mid week that things dwindle down too much and see out of stocks on the grocery side. Their toy area doesnt really have a good variety. Neosho store has much more selection on toys and housewares.

I went to Walmart with my wife to look for a few stocking stuffers. The only thing I could not find were Swiss Army Knives. We did find a lot of neat things. My wife loves hedgehogs, and we found inexpensive hedgehog mugs. I usually go to this store because of the road at the north end. It is easy to travel north or south bound at the interstate if you catch the light.

So I was in on Sunday afternoon got to the produce department looking for onions. The binns were empty so I asked this younger lady if they had onions in the back. All she said was IDKNo sorry, I'll go look, nothing. I've worked for this company for almost 40 years . It was very obvious the produce truck had just got there... very poor customer service ....

Went there on 1-19-2024 at about 4pm, older couple had there corgi dog on a retractable leash, why would you let the dog go 25 feet away from you !! Walmart, stop letting people bring their pets into the store. Real SERVICE dogs should be allowed.

I couldn't find a size boots I needed all they had was small booth for little people I'm a big person I have a size 13 ft and then after I sat down on the bench to find after I finally found a pair of boots my nuts started itching the whole way home so I think they have crabs on their shoes sizing

Of course, they usually have what we're looking for. I guess that's why they are a "supercenter." We shop here 2 to 3 times per week. Folks are always polite & helpful. I do wish they would figure out how we can get stuff off the top shelves without climbing the shelves. They should either hide the products, make them self-serve accessible, or provide efficient product retrieval instructions.
