Warning, they lie about their policy.We purchased quite a bit from them for a wedding and we’re told by FOUR different employees that we can return what we don’t use for a full refund.Come to find this isn’t the case and they will not honor what we were told.Don’t deal with them. Go somewhere where they honor their word.

Weddings are expensive. Predicting the amount of alchohol needed for the reception is difficult. Macadoodles in Pineville, MO promised my son and DIL they’d receive a refund for any unused alcohol they purchased for their guests. Concerned with how the return would be processed they asked not one, but 4 (!) employees if it would be a cash return and was assured it would be. That wasn’t the case. My son and DIL now have several hundred dollars in Macadoodles gift cards which are useless to them since they will be living several states away in a couple of weeks. Be careful when using this business for large events!

I was the only dark skinned employee they had and my customers absolutely loved me, I worked there almost a year. Needless to say macadoodles won't be a business much longer. The owners don't care about their employees regardless if a death happens in the employees family they threaten to fire you if you don't show up the day of your relatives death you are scheduled don't allow grief time all they care about is money. The owner Roger will yell at employees in front of customers cussing at management and employees. There's so much more to this business

The staff are very knowledgeable when making suggestions for the perfect beverage(s) to serve at a variety of different events / occasions! They will help you out to your car if you have a handful. Always pleasant and clean environment. Never appear understaffed. Always someone near to help. Excellent selection and can’t beat the prices. Jess hospitable making guests feel as if they are the only person in the store giving her full attention. VERY IMPRESSED!

Went early this afternoon and bought a couple of bottles of beverage. Going through receipts in my wallet tonight, I noticed I was charged $3 for a "wine bag." What's a wine bag? Why was I charged for it?I walked out with the two bottles I purchased and nothing else. I have attached a photo of my receipt.I will be certain to look carefully at my receipt before I leave the store from now on.

Wife and I came in here a couple of weeks ago. As usual I head straight for the bourbon aisle and she goes where the wine is. As I was sitting there looking at the bourbons I noticed some older guy watching me. He worked there. I said hello, he didn't respond just watching me. So I decided to play with him a bit, I walked over to where the snacks are and he followed, then I walked over to the Vodka, and he followed. Then I walked back to the bourbon as he tailed me. It was quite amusing. When my wife walked up with 4 bottles of wine she chose she asked, "did you find anything babe?" , I told her, "Yeah, I found this 65 year old stalker who I think wants a date". We decided to put the wine back on the shelf and left. I come to this store every two weeks, driving over from Arkansas. We usually drop around $200 per trip, and if I get lucky and see some hard to find bottles I have spent over $400. I will never step foot in this store again. I don't ever brag about my income, but as a person that makes a 6 figure salary and my wife does too, why on earth would I come into a store to shoplift? But on the plus side, we found a nice store right down the street that has a much better selection than this place.

NWA is lucky to such a great store just across the border. Their retails are fair and they don’t overcharge for allocated items. They occasionally will play hide and seek with their allocated bourbons which is pretty awesome.

Doesn't have near the selection of shooters as the Joplin location and they had the sale prices on the wrong bottles. Won't be coming to this location I'll either go to Walmart across the street or I'll go to the macadoodles in Joplin Missouri this place is a joke

Love coming here. Everyone is always so helpful and whether I'm buying gas or wine I can be in and out faster than any other place. Great prices, great selection. The even have a humidor for cigars, a cheese selection for your wines, and wine tasting. One stop shop for weekend shenanigans.

I have mixed emotions over this place. On one hand, they have nearly everything you could want alcohol-wise. On the other hand they just take things a bit too far. You can't simply just slip in and out and obtain what you want. You are bothered constantly by the over helpful staff. Look, I don't want your help picking out a bottle of wine. If I did, I would ask for it. Leave me alone and let me get what I want and leave. It's late and I'm tired and want to get home and enjoy some wine.Also, where are all the high demand Bourbons? Why are they hidden in the back?

I have been there 6 times asking for a specific bottle of bourbon and they either won’t sell it or says they don’t have it.I’ll keep asking and keep posting on each disappointing visit. And let you know if the service improvesI’ve been back a dozen times in the last month, different times of the day and different days of the week. Same disappointing outcome each time.So finally today after joining the loyalty program a couple of weeks ago, I got an email about a special promotion they were having. I managed to get the bottle I have been wanting. Yes the loyalty program is worth signing up for.Thanks you Macadoodles

They have a very good selection with good prices and if there is something you are looking for that they do not have they will do their best to get it.

What can I say? Its the BEST shopping experience out there. Wine tasting, liquor tasting, events - They have everything - and if they don't they will get it for you. The staff is fantastic! We just moved from CA 2 weeks ago, and we love going to Macadoodles for all our wine, beer, and spirits - we thought we would miss a few of our old spots, but Macadoodles has 100% taken care of us and we love them!

Hard working people at the counter. The lady manger working today is not very considerate. We buy liquor here all the time. Our battery on our car does. Lady at counter offers to jump start us. She asked the manager. "No you can't leave you station. " says the manager. Employs ever where, but could not leave for 10 min. I guess it's not an auto shop.

I stop at Macadoodles in Pineville often and have always found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend stopping there to find you favorite or maybe a new favorite wine or spirit. Great place, you won’t be disappointed
