OMG! I was not ready for the outstanding service I received from Alex & Katie. They both did some out-of-this-world team work and got me exactly what I needed. Honestly, for a beginner like me, having two knowledgeable, funny and caring individuals like Alex & Katie made the whole experience fun for me. I give them a rating of 420.

I do not have a medical card and hardly ever use pot. Just wanted something for the occasional nights that i cant sleep. As a recreational user from arkansas, I was glad to see that the buying process was simple. Show an ID, give them cash or a DEBIT card. They run the cards through an ATM type setup and round to the nearest 5 dollars. Charge is $2.50 and then give u cash change for any difference.Example. Product is $71 after tax. Charge is $2.50 for debit cards. They run the card for $75 and give you back $1.50I ordered online at 8:50am, was told it would be ready at 930-10am via a text message. I walked I'm at 9:10am and was out the door by 9:15am. Pretty quick

First time in the shop and it was a great experience. My budtender was super helpful in filling me in on some info about birthday discounts and rewards points. I got some awesome pre-rolls (really loving the FUBAR Diamond Infused Grandpa Larry OG). Needless to say this will be my local dispensary. Thanks for all the hard work Flora Farms!

Love Flora Farms! They are always so friendly. I like that they have a variety of price points from inexpensive to premium. They also have a very nice selection no matter what you're looking for. They have a frequent buyer system, so if you sign up, you get discounts! I often order online and pick up in the drive through, which is super convenient and my dog loves, since they give him some treats every time! So glad you guys moved to this location! It's much closer for me than other options. Would definitely recommend!

Your move from Neosho to Jane may have been a good thing for business but it's inconvenient for me personally. And I hate to admit that I'm old enough that your music is too loud. I'll still be your customer, just not as often. Thank you.

Alex was an incredible budtender. My mother has a super unique name and from across the room we could see him grin before he tried to pronounce it. As we approached, he expressed his love for unique names and the challenge of pronouncing them and complimented my mom several times throughout the transaction on her name. He just made us feel super comfortable as first time customers and took his time to explain the difference in products and helped us adhere exactly to what we were looking for. Will definitely be coming back and can only hope that Alex will be there when we do.

Great establishment, excellent selection. VERT very Busy always. They definitely need a second drive thru window or open up a wile other location. My average time to get through and get my flower is anywhere from. 45 min to 2 hours. That is the only thing that doesn't jive. Excellent customer service team. Keep up the the good work.

I came here one time waited in line.My order was submitted where I could go to the drive through. They told me it wasn't so I had to come back in and wait for thirty minutes. While they do have some quality products their customer service sucks.I understand being friendly but talking about stuff that has nothing to do with the business for between 15 and 35 minutes per customer.17 minutes for a lady to get one product because filer in the back didn't see her order?.

Greatly overpriced... It's actually a rip-off.The medical shops in Arkansas are much cheaper with more selection. This place is ALWAYS busy, and ALWAYS very slow. The staff is really good here, both friendly and competent. This dispensary has a small selection of products . They either don't carry some of the best cultivators in MO or barely have any of their stuff, the selection is very limited.If prices ever drop here this could be a decent dispensary.

First time there, I wandered in during GRAND OPENING, which included 20% off everything.Great experience with Bud Tender Alaina, she moved me through quickly and offered great conversation during the wait for my order to be put together. The Buds are of very good quality, and the diamonds are even better.

Nice to have the option, bud isn’t too bad but it’s pretty expensive and sometimes the wait is super long. Don’t appreciate the women employees being so friendly to my man tho. That’s a bit wild. Y’all should practice better customer service and not try to flirt.

The entire place is beautiful. The interior is modern and well designed. Lots of employees to get you seen on time. Great costumer service with the employees. The front entrance lady was very kind. Kam was new and still managed to give us great service. If you’re looking for an honest opinion on products, ask for Kam.Loved my experience and the place is a huge upgrade from neosho.

I was a litte upset and hesitant when Flora Farms moved outta town...until I FINALLY went!! The new layout is very accommodating for getting patients/customers in and out with EXACTLY what the need or want. Our budtender, Ashley H. was super friendly and informative. Felt like I've known her for years!! Can't wait to go back!!
