Absolutely terrible. There's hardly any room to walk and the service is awful. Everything is in boxes on the shelves and it's an absolute mess. Probably the worst Dollar General I've ever been to. I DO NOT recommend it.

Went to the register and was on my phone. The clerk said, "Rude" I told my boss that I needed to hang up because I was being rude, I hung up the phone and apologized to the clerk. She then proceeded to tell me again that I was being rude. I apologized a second time and stated, "I am sorry, I didn't realize that I was being rude." She was upset with me at this point, and was obviously not accepting of both of my attempts to apologized. After She handed my receipt, she put a closed sign on the register and was mouthing more about my rudeness and hit herself on the chest saying that checkers are people too. Again I apologized. And she kept on complaining as she walked to the back of the store. I really didn't realize that I was being rude. I worked as a clerk for many years. I just don't believe that I should have (as the customer) apologized repeatedly. She was more than rude.

Needs to have better organization. Things are not where they need to be and items are located with other illogical items. The check out lane is a funnel system...but is ridiculous and slows thing down. But the store is clean and the employees are helpful and friendly

This is the most unorganized store. Isles are always blocked with large carts full of boxes. You can’t get a cart through half of the isles and one complete isle was lined with boxes making it impossible to see, let alone get to the products. It appears the employees are always just wandering around not doing what is needed.

Dollar Store in Pilot Knob is great very clean and always stocked up and if you can't find it they will personal are so friendly and kind so glad we have one in Pilot Knob would recommend this store 😊

I am only giving a 3 star cause of customer service the young man tonight was very curt when i asked him about stickers not friendly at all i thank i will continue to go to the one on other side of town

They had pretty much everything that I needed to purchase and things that I didn't even need to purchase I purchased I purchase the most things that I needed at that location as I needed it and I purchased it then I made a trip over there to purchase the purchases
