I set an order a little after 5 with a 5:35 pick up time I get there and it wasn’t even ready I was told it just came in the system and I had about another 15-20 min wait. You guys need to get your system in order we needed this food for a family night that we now have to push off on extra time til our pizzas get done.

Called a pizza in 45 mins early, pizza could not be picked up until 1h30m. A heads up would have been nice instead of getting there only to find him making my pizza. Bet it would have tasted fine though.

Stopped in for coffee and this has been an issue for a few weeks. The coffee lid dispensers have not been working for some time now. So I was asking why or if anyone had told them and the lady at the register just keep moving her head up and down like ya ya and then the manager popped her head up and said yes they are working and I asked where at so finally the register worker walked over there and said no they are not and the manager popped up again oh I thought you meant over there I said well I know you were busy and right out of the blue she said yea I was busy too. So clearly she has now customer appreciation. Just saying

Avoid this Casey's for hot food. Breakfast selection is worse than every other Casey's around. A few weeks ago we got an entire pizza with no cheese or bacon on it

Ordered a pizza that was really good it took about 35 minutes to get and overpriced for me . I also enjoyed my favorite mt.dew slushy. Poor girl was working by herself and she was very busy and I thought she handled it well.

Hate the parking lot. The cashiers here are some of the most non-customer service based people I have met. I go out of town to get gas, drinks, etc vs coming here. One of my least favorite gas stations around.

Waiting for a sub sandwich with 2 people looking at me. No one else in the store. Neither offered to help. Left the store, still nothing said as I walked out.

Great staff but this place needs a make over, old soda machine needs up graded the restrooms very clean,if you look at all the cameras you think you are in a jail system
