I went to dollar General to get a small snack and 2 drinks and when I got to the cash register I didn’t have enough money to pay for my stuff so I asked if I could do 2 payments and so I did but still didn’t have enough so I let the other person go and I was still trying to figure out if I had enough and while I was doing that the cashier handed me my stuff and said “ here’s your stuff you can go” and she said it in a very rude way. The cashier is a very skinny old lady with short brown hair.

There is a lady who works there idk her name but she was rude to my fiancé she went to get us something and thought she had enough money but someone help her out but then the employee was like here your stuff get out

Still have some items without the price clearly marked. This has been a consistent problem since this particular store first opened. However, I will give them credit for keeping the aisles clear of stock needing to be placed on the shelf. Much better lately!

This is the worst Dollar General Store I've ever been to in the state of Missoui and I've been to many throughout the state. It took me over 20 minutes to check out. First told system rebooting - waited - then told after 5 minutes of waiting I'd have to go to the other checkout which was then only open checkout and the middle checkout aisle was closed. I had to take items off of counter and replace in my cart and get turned around and let the others behind me know the checkout was not working. Store was very busy on Saturday afternoon. Asked why #2 Checkout was closed and told that they were getting draw for it and that there were only two employees working in the entire store and that was why only two checkouts open. Store is dirty - overcrowed - can barely get one cart down aisle - many aisles not accessible due to stock in aisle that needs to be put away. Could not get a receipt as that was not working either. Thank goodness my bank automatically sends notification when I make a purchase. Bad side to no receipt was I was unable to do survey online since you need a number from your receipt to complete it.

They are very busy but the managers are alot of help and employees for most part are outgoing and good customer service

Aisles were very crowded with unstocked merchandise. Items are everywhere. (A few of an item here and there, some item in 3 or 4 places in the store) Needs to organize stock! Guy who checked me out was really nice.

It's just always understaffed. The produce cooler barely works half the time. Parking lot is full of trash,employees just clock in and go outside, smoke and don't even sweep anything up. Could have more home items.

TODAY, only, that I bn in their and was presented nicely to me at the counter got me checked out w my items in hand and out the door....No problem today... except at Piedmont and Greenville DG I can't find little plain white teacup candles...oh well... later!!

High prices just like Town and Country.Discount foods has in date food and if you bring something back you will not be hassled, you get your money back. And the item will be taken off the shelves.

This particular Dollar general isn't always very well stocked. They have some things but if you plan on this being your one stop shop go down the road.

Cockroach in the Dairy freezer. I told the manager who tells me since they spray, he cant kill it because then it cant take the poison back to the nest. Im sure there are more that can do that.
