The service I received was pretty good. The room wasn't too bad, with the exception of a big pile of dirt that was by the door when I first walked in. More than likely, housekeeping probably forgot to sweep the pile up with a dustpan when they cleaned the room. There was a couple in the room next to mine that was fighting so loudly that I had to call the front desk and complain. Not long after that, everything quieted down and there weren't anymore problems for the rest of the night. Overall I am satisfied with my stay and I received an excellent rate on the room.

Rooms were great kinda small, house keeping don't even give u enough time to get to the door before walking in. The manager/owner tried kicking us out because he says we didn't have a reservation when we called and reserved it for over a month over the phone then continued to argue about it after I told him he needs to talk to his staff about communication so this wouldn't happen every week.all because I reserved with someone else not him. Apparently if ur staying longer than a week u have to reserve it every week because they will kick u out and let someone who did reserve one online see they have an open room available when they already have someone in it. He was more concerned about renting the room for the eclipse that weekend than have income coming in from someone who was going to stay longer.

Worst hotel experience ever. Chemicals in the pool were too strong and made my children's skin break out. The room was not clean when we checked in, blood spatter from a needle on the back of the door. The water that ran through the plumbing was yellow. The Habib worker at nighttime was very rude when asking for an extra pillow. And to top off the experience there was an active fire alarm and police presence the morning of checkout causing us to evacuate them return for our belongings. Do not ever go here I never post good or bad normally bit this place was so horrible I want to warn travelers the owners personally are rude disrespectful to guests need racial diversity classes regardless of what race they are. We stopped here on a regular trip to New Orleans because I was extremely tired once there we acquired the room and went in at which time I hit my ankle on something sticky out on the side of the bed we go to the front desk the person working takes our complaint and info and that's that next morning my ankle of course is swollen so my partner goes to get breakfast which they do serve great, she brings it in and I'm greatful it's waffles and sausage so I put syrup on the waffles bite into it and I'm chewing and a 13 to 14 inch black hair starts coming from my mouth . Again we talk to front desk they take our info and inform us the owner will be on in later in the day but we can't wait so we pay our bill and go. When we finally did speak to the person representing the owner he was rude, disrespectful and had no clue what customer service was and this motel may I add is not the best visually or clean wise so we were doing them a favor. Again I will never sleep here again and only gave them stars because I had to we took the same trip again a month later and stayed in a great holiday Inn not far from here I suggest going there it was lovely 🙂

My mother of 4 children had been wrongfully evicted and I payed for them for almost 2 weeks to stay at this hotel . The owner who is there had showed my mother no respect at all there where roaches all over the hotel the people who work there are disrespectful, hateful and straight out don’t do there job. My mom had no hot water one night was refused bowls or spoons for breakfast only minutes after breakfast after I’ve spent more the 1,000 at this POS hotel. I contacted state about the beds bugs and roaches hope they get shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!Safety: HorribleWalkability: Nasty stinks in the hallsFood & drinks: Disgusting no variety

Service was good 👍, cost was appropriate, the location being out a truck stop, 2 restaurants and a cannabis store does make it a sus crowd there. The rooms were "land lord specials" so keep that in mind.Rooms: When I mean "Landlord special" I really mean it. Electrical, mechanical and plumbing issues were plentiful. None directly affected our stay, but was cuase for concern if I had kiddos with me.Safety: Location: next door shop would bring in a sus crowd, so be mindful and use street smarts.

When we got into the room the toilet was gross & refrigerator was filthy, cable not working. The manager came in & did replace TV so we could watch movies on Netflix or Prime (set up). She also came in & cleaned toilet & refrigerator so service was good. Only 1 ice machine & that did not work so had to buy ice at gas station. Went down for breakfast, no fruit, just oatmeal, toast, cereal & waffles. Not my type of breakfast.

Went to visit my nephew he rented a room there which was smoking room and within 5 minutes of being there the smoke alarm went off due to him and his girlfriend smoking a cigarette the fire department came and said even though it was a smoking room the owner didn't have something installed that was needed not sure what it was call but long story short the owner charged Mt nephew $250,00 because the smoke alarm went off. He was on the 3rd floor and it stunk like sewage. Would not ever stay here and don't recommend it at all.

My family and I took a small business trip last weekend and Pevely was our intended stop for the night. We checked in without any issues and found our room. The carpet between the beds was COVERED in food crumbs. My wife and I are accustomed to traveling and routinely check out our rooms. Lifting the mattress, we discovered a live mature bedbug and decided we would not take the room. Returning the mattress to the bed, I noticed a blue candy that was melted into the carpet and garbage under the edge of the bed. Moving the mattress woke up 2 cockroaches and they raced around the headboard. We weren’t there for 5 minutes and requested a refund. 4 days later and I am still being charged for this room. No call, as promised, from the manager. The exercise room is basically open wall studs. Didn’t hang around long enough to find anything else. If you do decide to stay here, do it at your own risk. My recommendation would be to buy a cup of coffee and drive 2 hours further down the road. Absolutely disgusting!UPDATE 7/21/2023 Received correspondence from the BBB that this business was non compliant with their requests to respond to my complaint. No refund has ever been issued; no attempt has been made to contact me. Buyer beware. This motel is a disaster!

I recently stayed here on the way back from taking my son to his grandma's in Alabama. There was only 1 room left. It was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I've never stayed in such a horrible room. It didn't look clean at all. There was a giant broken picture laying out in the middle of the room. The bed was broken, the entire night I felt like I was going to fall out the bed because it was slanted soo much. I didn't get any sleep. All night people were loud, yelling, slamming doors, etc. The room smelled like mold. The bedding was stained and had holes. Literally looked like a sketchy hotel room out of a horror movie. I could go on. I said something to the guy at the front desk in the morning about the broken bed. He asked if I slept good. I looked at him like he was crazy and said no. I don't think my answer registered in his brain at all. Didn't get a refund. I called the hotel later when i got home to get a refund and was told the manager was gone for a week or two and to call back later. Still NO REFUND. There's been no attempt at contacting me either. Most pathetic hotel I've ever stayed at. I wouldn't be surprised if they had bed bugs. The place needs to be shut down immediately!

So I stayed here just cause I had driven from Colorado and needed rest. Wow so this hotel or motel wow probably one the worst super eights ever. I was scared to even sleep under the covers the shower scared me and the breakfast thing was dirty. I travel a good bit and I would never recommend staying here as the the pricing was not worth it.Rooms: Terrible seemed there were as a water leak so the covered it by putting um hard floors. The rooms were musty as well as the walk way. These were the worst rooms I have ever been and for the price omg sad and terrible.

Workers here are very awesome kind hearted people. This place saved us from sleeping on the streets in 30° weather. I will gladly come back here and plan to very soonRooms: Rooms were clean and looked very nice. They have free breakfast in the morning, a swimming pool. There's a McDonald's and a gas station right next door and a few stores within walking distanceWalkability: McDonald's is next door, there's a gas station across the parking lot from McDonald's, dispensary next door, and a store and gas station across the bridge that's only a 5 minute walkFood & drinks: They have orange juice and apple juice, coffee, toast bagles and cream cheese, waffles, and cerealNoteworthy details: The people who work here are very awesome and kind hearted people who care about their job and the people who stay at this hotel. They are very devoted to making sure their guests are 100% comfortable and happy throughout their entire stay. We love the owner, he has a great sense of humor and jokes around with us and is very friendly and respectful

Ok.. gave one star because it would not let me review it with out stars. Never ever will i step foot in there again. We rented two rooms. When we got there and checked in they charged morw then what was online. We went to our first room opened the door and turned the lights on and bugs took off everywhere. The bedding had burn holes. The room was ROUGH. Went to the lobby, to see possibly getting different rooms while sitting in the loby for the lady at the desk to finish waiting on a customer we had bug crawl out the furniture in the lobby on us. Lady at the deak tried to give us different room but no way were we staying there. Asked to get a refund on our rooms. She called her boss he said refund them. She only refunded one room. When asked she said it could take a day or so. Few days later called back and asked about the second room getting refunded and she said that she already did it, and would check with her boss and call me back im a day.. still have not heard back, nor been refunded, and when i call of course there is never management there. Never never never will i step foot there again.

Well with the low rating of 2.8 stars we wasn't sure on the hotel or the staff But as I assure you we booked and was very please with the rooms and the hospitality of the clerk in front. I wish I could of remembered her name. So was awesome... we did go though a small tornado at this time and she still stayed there having to operate from her car. It was a great place wish we could of stayed the full weekend but they and others lost power. All on all awesome

I actually enjoyed my time at this Super 8. That's in spite of the fact that some of the amenities that I had paid for were not available, the price of the room was a bit unreasonably high, and the fact that the hotel was hit by a tornado during my stay which caused a 15 hour power outage.It was relatively quiet. It was convenient to be so close to the highway. The personnel on site were quite friendly despite the hotel itself being woefully understaffed.I recommend a stay here but only if the price is right. I wouldn't stay here again for what I paid. I'd spend a little more and get a much more satisfying experience.

To anyone who possibly gave anything more than one star is either a paid reviewer, friend or owner of this establishment! Everything about this hotel is horrible. It should be shut down by the health department. It’s infested with roaches, dirty and smells! I can go on and on but the bottom line is don’t waste your money and read reviews beforehand. I made the mistake by not doing that. Shame on Wyndham for allowing this under their management and name!

For a smoking room i didn't expect much but the advertised amenities such as microwave and coffee pot would have been nice. Killed 2 cockroaches so there's that. Fire alarm going off for 30 to 40 minutes was annoying and the indoor heated pool was frigid! Housekeeping needless to say was horrible. Only good thing I can say was that the staff was very nice.1

This place was absolutely horrible. We needed a place to stay one night. Elevator and hallway smelled like smoke. Go in the room the dresser was missing drawers, there were cigarette butts and other junk in the air conditioner, food on the bed, burn holes in the blankets, dirt on the sheets but the worst was the ROACHES in the toilet. We immediately went down to front desk and asked for a refund. They tried to get us to move to another room. That was not going to happen, needless to say we got our money back and left

I paid $110 for a two-bed room (they were out of single bed rooms) and checked in at 9:40 pm.The room hadn't been cleaned. There was a gross domino's box on the bed, the fridge was hot and smelled like old milk, and the towels were thrown all over. The beds were a mess and there was trash on the table and chair. It looked so bad that I was worried it was still in use by the previous people.I had work in 4 hours so I sucked it up and went to bed. I didn't have time to wait for the clerk to figure out a new room.When I got back from work, I talked to the manager about it but she told me there was nothing she could do about it.

First off...didnt get the room I originally wanted. Secondly...it gets worse from here! Room was filthy! Bugs crawling in the tub! Trash on the floor. Paint peeling in tub. One out of the 2 beds was broken! People cursing and arguing in the hallways after midnight!Don't book here! You've been warned!
