I purchased a carwash w my gas, and the receipt didn’t print at the pump. I went in and first asked the attendant if the car wash worked. He shrugged his shoulders and said, I don’t know.I asked him for my receipt, he handed it to me and said, the carwash is down, but you can use this receipt for 30 days at another store.Unacceptable!NOT CONVENIENT AND THE EMPLOYEE LIED TO ME when he said he didn’t know if the car wash worked. !!And if you’re the manager and you read this, it was the white guy, not the black guy that lied to me. He was decked out in Blues apparel.Find a new employee, he knew the truth and acted like he didn’t . He will lie to you as well.

Please try to comprehend what comes out of the mouths of the associates at this facility.They mean to speak clearly, but it’s so fast and incomprehensible, it may necessitate the associate repeating themselves. But don’t ask them to repeat themselves more than twice, because that will only invoke a “stink eye” from the associate.Disrespectful.

Had coffee at home but made a special trip for some delicious blueberry crunch coffee for me and the misses... One of our favorites, They were out of it but Janice rushed onto the scene and saved the day! She assured me it would only take a few minutes to make some more and told me to pour out the other coffee I was going to settle for. She proceeded to apologized and even offered the coffees for free for the wait! It was only 50 cents that day due to the cards scoring 6 the previous night but super nice gesture and attitude! Thanks Janice! I might have to make the trip to this side of the highway more often! I'll have to pass my regular gas station that is closer but people like Janice make it worth it!

I get my gas there because of their "On the Run" sweet tea. The last few times (seems like since they got rid of the Lipton tea ) they are aways out of the On the Run sweet tea. If this keeps up I'm going to Phillips 66, they always have theirs.

I've averaged my overall experience. Not only is the staff simply rude in general, but I also heard staff (Tyler) refer to me as rude (to coworkers) but could not be given an explanation as to why. All I needed was a Pepsi.

Fast in and out service. I like Mobil ⛽ keeps me coming back.. Hot grab and go snacks are ok..

I’ve lived right down the street for 6 years and have been coming here since I moved to the area and over the past year this store has gone way down hill. When I pump gas i always stand there for 5 minutes waiting for the pump to turn on and when it does it takes 10 minutes to pump, the energy drinks are never stocked, and at least two of the fountain sodas are out. I’m done with this store and will be driving out of my way to go somewhere else

In and out with zero problems. Bathrooms were tiny and urinal was broken so it was all backed up to use it.

The workers are rude. Slow and pushy. I want to get in and out fast. Not asked if I want to buy this or that.....just check me out.. priced are high ! Stick to the other gas stations in the area.

Our church was hosting a free community event on the vacant lot owned by Burger King next to On The Run in Pevely. One of our members was on the grass at On the Run and someone ran out and told them to get off the property or they would call the police. We were not approached and asked nicely....we were threatened without any consideration. We were not selling anything on their property nor were we soliciting anyone on their property. It is sad to think that a community event was not supported in spirit by a community business.

I like the car wash, so I fill up there when I need a wash, to get the fuel discount. I recently bought a new diesel truck, and discovered that there's no discount for diesel. A fill-up and a $12 wash is close to $100. I'm looking for a new car wash that I like now.

Customer service is not good.Had a car wash expired by a few days and they would not honor it. So I just gave 12 dollars away to this company.
