I have been going to north since they have became recrational. I usually go to North in Hillsboro. Been to Pevely North hand full of times. I put my order in and raced to get there after work. 9:59. I pulled up in drive thru. The gentleman shook his head and put his hands up. I put my hands said please. Nope. Sorry but I thought that was rude and poor customer service. I'm sorry ik it was at last minute. Hillsboro would've done it. Customer service is #1. He could've at least talk to me instead of head and hand gestures.

Tried to use my reward points on something that was on sale and was told you can no longer do this. I have been coming here and doing this for a long time. I will no longer be a customer here if I cant use points that I have accumulated.

Love this place. The people here are great. They are kind, patience and very helpful. This is the best dispensary in Jefferson County if not the state. I’ve been coming here since it opened. I’ve tried most of the dispensary around from jeffco to cape to KC Northbis the best imo.

Every time I buy weed from there it is dry. It feels like a dr office going in there this is not the experience I was expecting buying bud this place and places like it only care about making money not the customer pre packed weed is not what real weed smokers are looking for. When we come in a store looking to buy weed we would like to see it weighed in front of us we like to smell it not in a pod(pods lose the smell after 2 days of being in there) then we get our weed from the back like a pharmacy not cool worst weed experience I’ve had in my life I will be telling all my friends never to come here. It’s good for your pockets bad for the weed market and customers

I did an online order the night before . This is what horror I went thru . Guy with beard charged me way more on my debit card / gave me 22 cents on a debit card purchase/ gave me a wrong receipt/ and didn’t give me everything I ordered i spoke with someone also and I didn’t find out I was way over charged till pending went thru the next day . I am still owed money

I recommend this facility for purchases of medicinal/recreational products. I bought a cart here and it was damaged inside the bag leaking everywhere I brought my concerns to them over the phone. Not only was I not asked to provide the receipt i wasn’t even asked to provide the product. This facility stands out to me in terms of customer service. They could have claimed I broke it or just not have refunded me at all and said “sorry about your luck”. Customer service, communication, and great products 5 stars.

I used to love this place and I love 1/2 a mile from it so it was perfect. I stuck with them as long as I could but with there prices going up and customer service starting to decline I started going to NBLISS for a much better experience. I was in a bind so I stopped by north for a cart and the guy was so rude I almost walked out because he was too high or dumb to scan my card that has been scanned 100 times before. Not only will I drive way out of my was to go somewhere else but I will not only not recommend going here I would and do discourage anyone from dealing with the high prices, little variety and terrible service.

My preferred despenserary in the STL area, they are always super professional, friendly, well versed in the products that they sell.They have a great by in customer special deals (one of the better ones in my research). They used to deliver, I am not sure if they still do or not - but they have a drive through if your in a hurry. I would skip the drive through and take a second to come in and check the place out - it's a slick design and cool layout.

Excellent service and knowledge! Very clean atmosphere, they stay open late and have a drive through! Joey was especially helpful and I’d recommend him and any of the others working there! Stop by and see for yourself - I’m definitely coming back!And I did come back Friday night - drove 1.5 hours just for the products and service!

I give North 5 stars. Not because of the quality of their product or the customer service. But because I've bought a defective cart here. And most recently I bought an Eighth of Chiquita which had 26 seeds in it. I can now take those seeds and start my own dope empire so i dont have to go to a weed depot and get ripped off. Thanks NORTH I'll be headed south from now on :D
