Horrible inconsiderate, immature staff. I had been traveling all morning. I stopped because I had to use the restroom and clean up and change my adult brief.(#2 sorry if TMI). So I went to the bathroom to take care of my personal hygiene (br is multiple stalls so wasnt clogging only one)..and spent 30 min using facilities and changing.. the staff called the cops saying to "check" on me bc i had been in there so long.🤯 They cop then comes in as I'm washing hands and accused me of having drugs and wanted to search me!! What?!!! Bc I took too long cleaning up?! Staff, if concerned should have knocked on stall and asked.. idk what they were doing but I was embarrassed bc I had to explain my what I was doing to complete strangers. I felt degraded..Lots of people have br issues & it takes a bit longer than 3 min for some people. Completely uncalled for. If they would have checked in me first by knocking and I hadn't responded then I would have understood... But why on earth were y'all timing my bathroom breaks to begin with?! Weird and uncalled for. Completely humiliated especially when accused of being a drug addict. I mean I know I didn't have makeup on because of traveling but dang I didn't know I looked that bad . 😞 I will never use a Phillips 66/ express mart ever again. And you shouldn't either if it takes you longer than average to use the restroom. They will humiliate you and waste the police forces time. All the workers working at 1:30pm on 11/26/2023 need to be addressed with their weird bathroom timing and lack of customer courteous and bad decision making that offended a long time customer and wasted precious police time. How dare you express mart in pevely, Missouri!!!...smh

Stopped here to look at the eclipse for a minute and get some food and gas lady outside talking about we can't park in the parking lot then she called cops so went next door to McDonald's they were happy for our business

It’s a nice place and clean inside the restrooms are ok they have hot dogs and chips the truck parking lot is small room for about 15-20 trucks. Across from them is a McDonald’s and across the street is another fueling station

Need a back up plan here...At least three times now, since the expensive remodel to expand the kitchen, has there been no food choices available at the 6 am hour. This is a truck stop. Breakfast choices should be available very early, if not 24/7. This morning, myself and at least 3 others, truckers, construction workers etc. were wanting to purchase breakfast, in just the short time I was there, and the employee once again overslept. By the time he/she gets in and gets all the food prepared and in the chutes, the bulk of the breakfast rush will have been through. I applaud the employee to work instead of staying home and letting the government support them, but, a back up plan needs to be in place. When one employee doesn't show up on time, it shouldn't cripple the whole operation. Too much money was spent on this remodel to loose the revenue of no food available. I frequent Express Mart locations, multiple times each day and will continue. But, please, do yourself and your customers a favor and get a back up plan in place, so if one person doesn't show up on time, the whole kitchen isn't shut down. Do you have too many eggs in one basket?

Come in at least three times a week and every other Friday. Seems like they only have one employee that is actually working. How the going to let a 90lb girl fill 20lb bags of ice while three men are standing.

They have a food court area where I had one of the best chicken tenders ever! Compliment it with a side of green beans, mashed potatoes, or mac & cheese and you got a winner ! Highly recommend!

Station is clean and always well stocked. Some of the best diesel prices in area. About 30-40 spots but fed-ex uses spots as a relay point. And beelman day cabs drop for night to go home. Wish management knew that if they stopped this, they could bring in more revenue. McDonald's next door. Easy access to US67.

Store is nice and clean, but after all the other previous reviews, some from years ago, still nothing done about allowing day cabs, beelman mostly it seems, to park with trailers, one in particular didn't move for at least 3 days. I'm guessing beelman has something with owner to pay a little a month to be allowed to park there? And to the drivers of those trucks, you're a bunch of ungrateful a holes for doing it. I spend zero dollars there because of how this is allowed

It allows about 40 trucks to park free of course on the small end as far as truck stops. But it worked slept like a baby for my 10 hr break. Regular quick bites of food in store. But overall a good place when hrs are low.

I have been a customer at this location for many many years been trucking since 1979... They've always been good people but I do have a question. Why do Beelman trucks take up 1/3 of the parking when the road drivers need it , They are day cab's ,,, and then go home we sleep in our trucks. Beelman is a multi Million dollar company, you think they could afford their own parking lot,.Just curious.

Store and restrooms super clean, parking spots limited because drivers leave the truck and go home. Diesel is extra cheap they accept EFS card, and a vacuum cleaner is available too at the pump. I come back here for sure.

Parking was kinda slim with the beelman non sleeper construction trucks . Taking up parking of Long haul truckers. Not much for food wise in the truck stop . To get to go. Pizza wasn't too fresh . Use to be better kept up. But I still stop when I come thru.

Majority of the employees are friendly and courteous. The store itself is the problem. It's ran down and very out of date. Cold items in the cooler are only slightly chilled. Coffee tastes like old dirty mop water and comes out luke warm. Improvements desperately needed. Put some equity into this location and it would be a five star business.

I have always had good customer service here until today. The young man who waited on me today was very rude. I asked for a carton of cigarettes and he rolled his eyes at me and then slammed the carton down on the counter. This behavior is unacceptable as a retail worker. I’m very upset on how this cashier treated me. I hope it doesn’t happen again.

Super clean store and rest rooms! The management is so helpful and nice. Plenty of parking for trucks. Easy of and on from highway. A ton if snacks and drinks on shelves.

Kitchen closes early. Guess they don't think ppl eat after 6pm.Maybe they should spend the money wasted on ev charging stations to hire employees for the kitchen

Would be a lot better if the parking lot wasn’t 3/4 filled with beelman day cab trucks. Looks like management doesn’t care that they park there trucks to go home at night and leave OTR drivers with no parking here.

No parking. Lot is full of beelman trucks because they park them there and go home. Then there is the issue of Fed ex trucks using it as there own private terminal.

Basic truckstop next to McDonalds & ran down Super 8 motel. Semi parking fills up quick, mostly due to local grain haulers & dump trucks (looks like a Beelman terminal)

I went here about a week ago. There are alot of people taking up spots that could be used by truck drivers. Makes me very angry there was 6 spots taken by cars
