I have shopped at this Perryville store for a few years now and the service has always been good. Lately, though, new employees have come in and I have been very pleasantly surprised. A young lady in particular sees me when I come in and gets my regular order of feed and loads it on my truck. Its obvious I have medical issues, but never a word from her. She is ALWAYS smiling, always helpful, always happy. The other employees are as well. I have gone in at other times and the Manager also helps me and loads up my truck. I cannot ask for better service. The Manager always points out sale items and unadvertised specials. He frequently asks if I am being well taken care of and if there is something else he can do. THIS IS THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL STORES SHOULD ASPIRE TO. These people are kind and sincere and genuinely love their work. The store has also recently gone through a reorganization and things are easier to find. If you need farm and home supplies for living in a rural environment, this store is worth even a long trip. I cant say enough about the friendly attitude and behavior of the staff. Just to be clear- I'm not from this area, not related to any of the staff--just a very happy and satisfied customer who shops this store because these people care about making a difference.

For such a small store they are jam packed with at least one of everything. Well, it seems that way when your in there anyway. Great store with friendly down home staff that are always eager to help you find something or to answer any questions you may have.

The costumer service here is absolutely wonderful. The lady who greeted me was super helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about. Everyone in the store was very nice and tentative to the costumers needs.

were there on 12/20, bought 15 items and the kid asks do you need a bag?? Excuse me but why can't you put my $100 worth in a dang bag!!! NOT GOODCUSTOMER SERVICE... when I told him I wNted a bag he shoves them in and the bag is bulging and I had to say it needs to be double bagged. the items were heavy. my daughter purchased 2 jeans and didn't get a bag either

Went looking for dog shampoo and discovered lots of things for my pets. They have grain free pet food at reasonable prices and toys and collars. I'll be going back to take a closer look. It's appears to be a lucky find.

They are quite knowledgeable and are always ready and willing to help you. The store itself has a unique variety of items you won't find elsewhere as well as the familiar staples. Highly recommended.

Not wheelchair accessible, but the people who work here are extremely accommodating in exchange. They honestly deserve a better store and some new lights to stop the flickering, lovely people and lovely prices.

Who doesn't love orschelns....I mean they have what you need with out having to walk for 10 minutes in 1or 2direcrions to get it ..plus the staff is very helpful as well ..besides orschelns has some very good deals tucked away inside their store...go check em out

Best staff you'll ever meet. They will look for twenty minutes to find what you're looking for. If they are absolutely certain they don't have it, they will tell you where in town should have whatever it is you were looking for.

Love this place they have senior day and military discounts They really need a bigger store but that has to come from the company itself many requests have been made by the people run the store and employees as well as the public that's the only downside but by far clean and fair prices
