We were camping nearby and needed a couple of things from a local grocery store. Hickmans had everything we needed and then some. Large selection of canned, boxed and frozen foods. Good meat selection too. They have a delicious deli. A store with a small town feel but with a big town selection. People were very nice there.

Love this small town grocery store. The owners are very welcoming and are always eager to help. The cashier's are very sweet and have gone out of the way when I had an issue arise while doing business with them. They were able to accommodate my needs and had me on my way with all my groceries. Perry is lucky to still have a small town grocery store like this one.

I called to see if they had cilantro. The person who took my call was super obligingWhen I got to the store, I was given a nice bag of cut cilantro. So wonderful for GREAT SERVICE from a very small town grocery store. Great location for products when camping. Loved the experience!! Highly recommended.

Been coming here since I was a boy staying at my grandparents' farm in the summers. Would walk up to get bottles of soda out of the vending machine. So happy it was bought and stayed in business. I will never go to the chain establishment out at the 2 mile corner, and neither should you.

The staff was great, friendly, very helpful,and professional 👏 👌 👍 meat not so hot, some did not look very good, produce vegetables and fruit yummy, the store was very well stocked shelfs full. But prices were high, plenty of parking, easy to find. Other then the meat!? Store was clean 👌

I love this store, I hope they never go out of business. The service is always great! We used to have a little store like this where I'm from, but they closed up. I will shop here before walmart any day!

Be careful to traveling to this store the door is manual push to open now and the food is subpar so really look at what your buying for the weekend I suggest Walmart

Great local business with good food and great prices. Everything you need to hit the lake.They also always have ice in stock and have larger bags than the competing store in town.

It is not fancy. It has a good selection but not an extensive selection of goods. But what it does have, and a great reason why I go there and enjoy poppin' in there, when I do, is the people. I kid you not, the people who work there and the customers who shop there are like a fresh slice of Mayberry Pie. They are personal, friendly, helpful, and down home salt of the earth folks. Sometimes, I just want to turn around and go back into the store so I can visit with them again. Listen, the store ain't fancy, but the folks who work and shop there sure is some mighty fine people. Some of the best you'll ever meet, which is why I like poppin' in there, cuz I leave feelin' good. If you wanna bag business, make sure your people have fresh smiles and kind hearts, something they stock up on at Hickman's IGA in Perry.

Loved the place and the fact they buy fresh home grown vegetables that is so important to help the community you gust need more growner around you but you may get some help from a place called sugar Grove in Troy Missouri

The store is small. Buying household groceries can be expensive. But it does have all the basics. It is the only grocery store in Perry, which makes it very convenient for people recreating at Mark Twain Lake and for locals. There is no copy machine. I needed to make a copy once and asked.

It is a nice store but one the women at cashier at the time I was there was very rude and was not very helpful to find things in the store all she would say is that what I was looking for was in a yellow container like that's a lot of help. Also she was on register 2 and talking to me very rude as I left because I did not find what I was looking for.

Love this store ! Friendly employees . They offer a good selection of all of the things you might need along with a deli that offers fresh cut meat and a variety of lunch meats and cheeses.

For a small town store they have a very wide selection products. The deli also serves hot sandwiches and fried chicken. I would recommend this place to anyone.
