One of the worst pharmacies to go to. You have to call them days before your refill and then they call and say it is ready only to drive there and wait an hour or more waiting to fill your prescriptions. Pharmacy is very disorganized. They even called my doctor and stated I was not taking my medicine correctly. How is that possible when I have a nurse pick them up and set up my pill box. Now my doctor told me I have to find another doctor due to Walgreens called and stated I was miss using my medication. This is totally false and unprofessional. Be sure to go somewhere else. I cannot wait to see this store shut down Terrible customer service. That don't care about anyone.

This pharmacy system sucks. I go to pick up scripts that I get notifications for- it’s a script that’s been cancelled. The one I really need is stuck in a state of being prepared for 3 days. I notifications script wasn’t approved by doctor when he is the one who sent thru the order for new script. It’s never accurate. Switching to another location or competitor. You try to call and you have to go through their awful automated system. Online shows they are open, automated system says they are closed. Just overall not a great experience.

This is the most terrible place in the Northland to get your prescriptions filled. Short staffed, they don't answer the phone, odd hours, and when you do make contact with a human, they don't even try to be helpful or friendly.Auburn Pharmacy in Price Chopper over here on 45Hwy is by far the best spot to go for your prescriptions. HyVee is always slammed and CVS isn't much better. What is happening to our customer service in America? So sad!

Prescriptions that are due always require "we will contact your physician" when it's not necessary; 50% of the time the phone number doesn't ring through, just drops the call; long waits when needed to talk to a human being, I mean LONG Waits - this store is not interested in improving their one-star rating - nothing ever changes. I do not like that they don't ask for ID for controlled medication.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for years now and it has been great. The service has always been exceptional, especially so from a few people behind the counter that are very friendly and make me feel welcome! As for the pharmacists, they're knowledgeable and professional, and one in particular is the shining star of the group... Shout out to Cassidy! I'll be going here for years to come :)

I have been coming to this Walgreens Pharmacy heavily for 3 years. Sometimes they are busy and there is a wait, so there is a wait. The employees know how to do their jobs, and are often overworked. I have found them to be more often than not, more helpful and patient than anything else. I have observed some customers act out in ways that could be described as extremely difficult. So its good to be understanding. I really think they deserve a much better overall review than they have, given the longevity that I have been a consumer here. Which admittedly have not all been to my preference, but thats everyday life as far as I am concerned.

Totally understand the reviews of people being upset the pharmacy closing, but the people here are nothing but nice! I have a feeling Walgreens doesn’t staff enough pharmacists because they are greedy, so it’s not the staff’s fault. All techs have been very friendly and pharmacist Cassidy cares about her patients and their health!

I just came to pick up a script for my hisband after he had mouth surgery and Carolin went above and beyond by calling the doctor to reduce how many medications he was having to take to make it easier for him. I didn't even ask for that she took it upon herself to make it easier for my husband's recovery with what was available to him. Carolin was extremely polite, professional, caring, and understanding. She did not have to do what she did for us and I am extremely grateful she did and I know my husband will be as well. Thank you so very much Carolin and keep up the great work.

The hold time on the phone is unacceptable. I have waited longer than an hour multiple times. Sometimes it disconnects and you call back only to learn you lost your place in line.

Cashier named Gracie rung up my order wrong and refused to give me my change. She told me it was a technical error and proceeded to hold up the line while displaying a sullen and uncaring attitude. To pour salt into the wound, she purposely gave me a bag with a hole in it and smirked when my drink fell through the bag as I was turning to leave. Luckily, I was able to retrieve the correct change two hours later thanks to an amazing manager named Shirley.

The saddest part, after reading the reviews showing the negative experiences that other customers shared including the opinions that Walgreens has not done anything to make the customer experience better at this particular location. I have unfortunately had such negative experience with the Pharmacist on duty today named Cassidy, who encouraged me to call the corporate office. Secondly, the pharmacist did not attempt to prove that the medication I need had or had not been ordered or when it will be most likely delivered. This type of cultured behavior towards customers is really sad! I am fed up and contemplating never filling my prescriptions with Walgreens ever again! Walgreens has not made any effort to change the behaviors of this rude Pharmacy staff. I have never had to experience such behavior in the past and consider it unacceptable at any location! The light at the end of the tunnel is that I have options to move my prescriptions to other companies where I will be treated better!

This is my go-to Walgreens! The staff are so patient and kind and friendly. I especially like to use this pharmacy because of the staff. They prioritize patient needs and are so kind.

Worst pharmacy ever they have 6 people working and no one able to answer phones they will anwser but just place you on hold till you hang up they don't pick and say please hold they just put you on hold talked to the lady it was because they where busy. 6 people working is not an excuse to anwser a phone

I did the drive up pickup option from my online order. I used the link in the text Walgreens sent me to let them know I was there. A polite lady brought out my purchase in a few minutes.

I really dislike this place, I usually avoid it and drive the extra miles past it to go to CVS. Wednesday, 12/28/22 I just spent 34 minutes on hold to speak to someone to see if they could fill my script since CVS is on backorder. Finally got ringing tone and someone picked up and immediately put me on hold, I do mean IMMEDIATELY. Waited a few minutes and got ringing again for them to do the exact same thing. 3rd time they let it ring and ring and they decided to just hang up. Shut this location down, worthless company.

1.9 is way too high. The pharmacy staff is terrible at their jobs. They are extremely rude and extremely slow every time I've been there. They all need replaced. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Never have anything ready in a timely and get annoyed when you ask any questions. Avoid this Walgreens pharmacy at all costs.

Appointments for vaccination apparently don’t have to be honored here. Had to wait through the first of three appointments (myself plus two kids) behind people picking up prescriptions. Now the third appointment time has come and gone, still waiting for the shot.

This Walgreens is awful and the people are useless. It’s always disorganized, the workers just stand around and are lazy. Came in with a FedEx shipment with the QR code stating this Walgreens as the drop off location and stating no printing necessary Walgreens will provide the label. They just stared at me with no idea what to do. Even though the FedEx sign says they are full service they insisted they have no printing capabilities. right….

I’m not sure where the other reviews are coming from, but I’ve always had a great experience here. It’s busy sometimes but it’s COVID and the lines usually go pretty fast. They keep my card on file to pay easier, pharmacists always talk to me like they aren’t in a rush asking sincerely if I have questions and they’ve always been kind. They’re open until like 8pm; they’ve helped me in line after 8 with no complaints when I’ve been waiting and the time passed 8pm. Been using them for almost 2 years.

They didn’t fill my cough suppressant script because I’ve had it a couple times this year already…..? I told them I had been ran over before and have badly damaged lungs and I get a cough couple times a year. They denied Medication a Dr prescribed to me….how can they do this? My chest still hurts I still can’t sleep and I missed another day of barber school because they didn’t fill my script! Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. I feel violated as an American and my rights have been taken away. My chest hurts a dr prescribed me help and Walgreens is like nope!? Make it make sense. Just because there are a few bad apples out there doesn’t mean everyone is . I almost died my chest hurts when I cough you guys “Walgreens” are causing a fellow American pain because you want to regulate a small dose of cough suppressant. ? Congratulations you’re the worst pharmacy out there. I suggest no one uses this Walgreens or anyone for that matter.

This is a terrible pharmacy. Everyone I’ve come into contact with here is surly and not at all helpful. I have even scheduled a vaccine appointment only to be told when I arrived that they couldn’t administer it. She said, “our scheduler is supposed to be turned off.” I understand mistakes happen, but no apology was offered— not even a hint of care. I have put up with this place for too long due to its proximity to my house. No longer.

Pharmacy department is perpetually short-staffed, lines are long, service slow. Tonight I waited several minutes as the second in line while the pharmacist and the sole assistant were both busy at their computers. Im fine with waiting my turn, they were obviously busy. But a car pulls into the drive-through and the assistant immediately drops what she’s doing to serve the drive-through customer. I left.

A drugstore should be a dependable store that you can go to get your prescriptions during reasonable open hours- not in Parkville! This pharmacy has its own rules when it comes to being open and we, the consumers, are at a loss to know when it will be open. As it’s the only Walgreens in the area it is usually very inconvenient for me to go to that part of Parkville but It seems each time I go out of my way to make it there- the pharmacy finds a reason to be closed. Today 10/23 - phones and computers are down? Ok… sure. Other excuses are that they have no employees to work the pharmacy. Covid happened and other pharmacies are adapting- why aren’t they? My assessment is that this is a poorly ran Walgreens and that no one wants to work there. I’m going to CVS from now on.

I tried to refill a prescription via phone and online portal yesterday but the system kept trying to transfer me to a pharmacist and online portal does not list my prescriptions, the pharmacy was closed for new years so it kept looping me back. Today at 9 am when the store opened I called to refill the prescription, our roads are super bad so I drove the 15 minute drive to the store and when I spoke to the pharmacist named Lana she said it would be 1.5 hours before rx would be ready. I told her I was already at the location and the roads where very bad so I didn't want to have to return and she said I was taking up her time and she had several customers waiting on her that I was keeping from helping because of my call. When I arrived to the location and again asked her to make an exception due to the weather and the system not allowing me to refill yesterday for today she said no and didn't care if I transferred my prescription somewhere else. She also had no one waiting for her in the store or drive through so I felt she lied. I have now transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy that can actually offer prompt and efficient service to the customer.

I wish I would have looked at these poor reviews. It would have saved me a lot of heartache! If it’s an in and out, you’re fine. Otherwise, you’ll get nothing but unapologetic rudeness, while insulting your integrity and showing their lack of it. Three people telling me the dr didn’t contact them, but the dr telling me he spoke directly to the pharmacist? The dr called another Walgreens (3rd time) and I got my prescription filled at another Walgreens 15 minutes before they closed. That Walgreens told me that they have a lot of problems at the Lewis Dr. location in Parkville, Missouri.

I scheduled a Covid booster mid afternoon and was told the pharmacist could not give me a shot due to a system issue. She said to come back anytime between 4pm and 8pm. I made an appointment for 7:15 pm, and received an online confirmation at 7:09pm. When I arrived at 7:15 pm, the pharmacist told me I was too late and refused to provide a shot. I will never go back to this place

I am currently sick and my mom was so sweet and tried to order me some stuff online through this Walgreens. After promised delivery of 2-3 hours of ordering, I did not receive anything. POOR SERVICE. I called and asked what the status of my order was. They transferred me like three times, finally someone said “oh sorry, it was canceled due to no carrier” but neither my mom or I was notified and they did have her phone number as it was on the order. No comment about being sorry about what happened or refunds or explanations. We will be complaining further, this is absolutely insane, especially if it was something someone needed in an emergency. Very disappointed. Poor poor service.
