Update: In my most humble opinion there’s an issue with how this location is handling the meat which is for me scary! Be honest with the situation at hand and stop paying bribes to make your store look better! Tell the truth about why the meat department is so concerning, this establishment is so greedy where they are not holding themselves accountable and for them to do what is right and fair and if someone explains the truth then it’s the truth!!!! Wow! Nasty smelly gray ground beef mixed in the center of nice fresh looking ground beef in the packages. Like they mixed old meat with fresh meat to make the ground beef.Really disgusting taking out of the package.Considering the reviews about the meat here, you really should look into this. I'm from out of town and didn't know better until I read the last review.

I love this store. It is always clean and well stocked, and everyone is extremely helpful. I am very disappointed to find out they will be changing their store hours and will now be closing at 10 pm. When you get off work at 10p.m. it leaves few options for a grocery store, and i have always been grateful they were open until 11.

BUYER BEWARE! Primarily shop at Costco, Sam's, and Hy-vee throughout the year and can count on one hand the number of times I've been into Price Chopper over the past few years! Get this, just yesterday I'm in the area and decide to drop in and buy dried peppers and get home and realize they're covered in mold! My question, who ultimate responsibility is it to ensure expired products/produce don't remain on store shelves?! Today I walk in and visit customer service and ask to speak with the manager who to know surprise seems to be surprised, but it is her this situation falls on! Seems management needs an overhaul, but not expecting one, therefore I will avoid Price Chopper from now on!

I shop here often since I live close, have everything I need. I wish the salad bar was more monitored though because of little kids putting their hands in the food and parents not parenting them.

Nice clean store. Friendly staff. But the prices in grocery stores are skyrocketing. Never imagined this being so dramatic in the USA. They do have some good sales (like this pork shoulder shown) but that’s waaaay offset by other high prices. I’d like to see more organic selections.

Nice new store. Naturally prices are higher. But it does have plenty of cashiers, so no need to scan & bag your own groceries, BIG PLUS!!!!

Need to the Midwest, so Price Chopper is new to me. I was pleasantly surprised. Clean and spacious, well laid out. Great produce section!

I hate living near this store. I have lost so much money buying things that are no good, rotten, or way out of date. I just threw away an unopened bag of lettuce I just bought two days ago, along with a loaf of bread that smelled bad and was stiff, all in one evening... I also bought an item in the fall that had a best by date- of June!!!! And CONSTANTLY find out out that items in their ad are not available ... Never have I had a worse experience at a grocery, nor lost so much money and had so many ruined dinners.....

This place is great for all of our grocery needs. The store is always clean and well kept, also their meat department doesn't smell awful like some location. The staff provide a great service and very friendly. I can usually get in an out pretty quickly, so usually don't have to wait in line at the checkout counters like at HyVee.

This store has everything you need in one stop. Dinner in a pinch, hot and ready.I use the Aburn pharmacy inside, also great.Butcher shop, bakery, liquor shop.

If you want HARASSMENT and to be COMPLETELY CREEPED OUT then go to this store! I would rather give my money to Hyvee or the price chopper on Englewood road then this location! They have the RUDEST employees ESPECIALLY behind customer service! Heaven forbit you try and return anything with a receipt you will be treated like a criminal, even with a UNOPENED PKG AND THE RECEIPT! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! The manager needs to do something about this, this store has really gone DOWNHILL since Kent Blair retired, the new manager needs to really STEP UP TO THE PLATE!

This is the nicest, cleanest, and friendliest grocery store I’ve been in my 50 years of being alive. Prices are better than other grocery stores in the area. Today, I had the best and freshest salad from their salad bar I’ve ever eaten in my life. I wish their manager would teach my local Price Chopper in Platte City on how to manage it so I wouldn’t have to drive to Parkville. But, It’s definitely worth the drive.

I've been a huge fan of this store since its inception replacing the old Apple Market. Unfortunately much like a lot of things, it's undeniably gone downhill as of late via pricing being completely astronomical. It held its ground for years beating out a great deal of competition in the area and now I find myself only shopping here for bakery items you can't get anywhere else. Essentially everything else one needs will be cheaper somewhere else. Kinda sad....

I bough some chicken Noodle soup and it was sold by weight 2 pounds was $15 which served about 2 when I asked the manager said it was not a mistake they just said it’s by weight weight but it’s a water-based product and just doesn’t seem fair if they did offer to refund my money but I had already gotten it out and didn’t want to be wasteful. Also the pricing on soup isn’t clear . Just sucks feeling ripped off.

I thought this was the Price Chopper chain. 🤯Its Not! This is McKeevers.Prices were so high I truncated my shopping list. Usually I can find some alternative brands on sale for most things. I didn't see ANYTHING on sale.I won't be back here again unless it's an emergency.

This is a very nice grocery store, fresh fruits and veggies are always top notch. The food court has a little something for everyone. Sweet alcohol section. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Love this store! Clean and the Produce Department is impeccable! All the fruit and veggies are top of the line and there's always plenty of everything! Hats off to the produce manager for making every shopping experience excellent.

We have traded here for years. The meat department and produce are dependable and offer more than the basics.I have been disappointed by lumpy cream that was not past the printed date more than once. Other area stores have the same issue so it must be from the dairy. At $9.00 a quart, that stings.
