Jessie, of customer service, was extremely helpful to me in answering the many questions I had before, during and after my order. Customer service is very important and seems to be lacking these days but not with KC Cattle Company. They have top notch people working with them. I also appreciated the 10% discount I received from them. That was very nice of them to do that. And, further, their shipping rate is reasonable, unlike some other beef companies. I cannot wait to try their products and when I do, I will be posting another positive review, I'm sure.Thanks again Jessie, and KC!

I ordered for the second time last week. I sent a note stating the post sale information for tracking was not very good at all. Within 10 min's, I received a phone call from Josh at KC Cattle to talk to me about my order and the status. Wow, very fast response. He said given the weather recently across the mid-west, things were a bit delayed and stated my order would make it to UPS that afternoon. He further asked if there was a time table for the delivery, I mentioned it was for my son's birthday and would like it to be delivered by the weekend. He adjusted the priority based on the end location and it was delivered the next day.Excellent customer service, thank you to the entire KC team.

The only time I had “their” ribeye steaks, it was white labeled meat (I guess they ran short and had to outsource after they had my money) that was rubbery and tasteless. Also, the owner is not a good person, to put it politely.I have made no changes to the prior sentences and there are no typos (never were any). If your response to delivering a bad product is to not be able to read a grammatically correct sentence and claim there are typos, that says a lot. Additionally, I won’t support a company that employees dishonorably discharged service members (or have in the past).

Whether it be the bratwurst, famous dogs, or my favorite the Chorizo, KC Cattle Company's meats always satisfies. Their customer service to there delivery is always timely and great. I have a BRCC/KC Cattle Co shirt, the shirt is one of my favorites. Where I'm going with this is I respect the company and love the meats. Always will they have a customer in Central Illinois 🙏.

I have ordered a bunch of steaks and cuts of beef from this company. I have never had such AMAZING steaks cooked at home EVER! This is restaurant quality beef shipped to your door! So far I have grilled the Filet mignon and flank steak... both just phenomenal... you can LITERALLY cut both cuts of steak with a plastic fork and knife. The marbling in the steaks are just beautiful and add to that amazing flavor and tenderness! All you need is a little salt and pepper.. and that’s it. I will only be getting my beef from this company from here on out! And a bonus it’s a veteran based company! Give them a try you will be hooked!1/19/2022 update review… I’ve been ordering steaks from this company for a few years now… this is the ONLY place I will get my steaks and other meats! Great service, great meat, great people. Plus SUPPORT OUR VETERANS! They are amazing people! And run a great business!

About 6 months ago I was just on my way to Parma woods, driving through town I seen their waygu hotdogs sign purchased one.Decided it was good enough I purchased some ham burger, and a brisket on my way home from the range.I'm going to say that's definitely the best brisket I've ever cooked.I would love to buy from them more often. Unfortunately, I'm 45 minutes out one way. And I now have my own private gun range. That's unfortunately about an hour the opposite way.I would really like to see you guys get another location closer to me. They were speaking of it. I see it hasn't happened yet.From the 3 guys, i meet all of them. Seemed like pretty nice guys. All ex military. I'm pretty sure that's a job requirement.Anyways, keep raising those beautiful moomoos

Very disappointed, great concept with the veterans. I truly wanted to support something positive.But felt very mislead when products were delivered. There are numbers under the item leading you to believe that would be number of items to receive. Example the tomahawk steak had a 2. They are $199.00. The filets had 5. The ribeye had a 6. Total cost 410.00 . I received 4 pieces of meat.

Wouldn’t recommend any 🏳️‍🌈 ally’s to stop here. It’s clear it’s clean cut red, white and blue. Sure if you’re a brother in arms they’ll support you. Pat you on the back, give you a beer. But if you have any other colors in your personality. How you served your country doesn’t matter. So if you want super expensive meat and the ole “You served brother” experience. Drop 120 and come in. Don’t tell them you’re gay tho is the point I’m making here.Support your veterans no matter who they love and what they do with their life.

I placed an order of 4 steaks from KCCC, after a few days I thought I would have received an email that my order was on its way but received nothing and was in need of my steaks for an upcoming weekend.I called KCCC and spoke with Josh who was able to look up order and see that something wasn’t quite right and my order didn’t go out in time.Josh was not only very apologetic he went above and beyond helping me and overnighted the steaks to me so that I would receive them on time. He was beyond professional and truly knows the meaning of customer service and has retained my future business to KCCC with out a doubt, thank you!

Several years ago my husband and I wasted $200+ for steaks that weren’t cooked to our preference. We haven’t made that mistake, since kc cattle came into existence. With a good meat thermometer and some salt and pepper, their steaks are as good or better and less expensive than going out! Don’t trust someone else to cook your steak, especially on Valentine’s Day! You’re welcome!
