April 18,2024.I brought my 2 small dogs to be groomed.I made the request how I wanted my dogs groomed,Wanted hair on ears as short as the ears,hair on the butt no stays hair left because I can't shave it off.and tails short trim.It's my money and I have the right to request how I want it done!!!!!When I picked up my dogs I was told that I made alot of complaints when they were just requests.I made a comment about how everything is so high these days and was asked how much I spend on my hair cut.Beware!! will not come back there.They are very rude and take requests as insults.Very bad service.I will go else where!!!!!BEWARE if they can treat people like this.then I wonder about other things.leave it to you to decide about your pets.My advice go some where else.The dogs I have are my babies and they are pampered.Don't make any requests how you want your pets done,You don't know what happens after you leave.Any one who does your pets should have the choice on what you want done.And have a good relationship with you just like when go to your Dr. trust needs to be there.If there is any idea in that something isn't right go somewhere else.Go with your own feeling.If a customer isn't treated right Then I wonder about my pets there!!!!!!!!!!!!You choose but I will not go to someone I can't trust.You decide!!!

This was my first time and my cat tanners first time going here. (Yes he is wearing his sisters harness.) they are very nice, and make sure they meet your needs. I will for sure tell others about this place! My baby came back smelling good, and looking good. 100% recommend.

Our big girl was shedding bigtime. Being a white dog she was shedding short sharp hairs.Her 1st appt last week made an amazing difference. She came home so soft and smelling good.Our girl loves going to Paw Perfection! The 2nd time pulling in the parking lot she got so excited. That definitely made me feel good as it shows that she is getting good care while she is there.The ladies are all always very busy so if you are considering taking your best friend there I would recommend that you not wait until the last minute to schedule an appt.Our visits are a win win for all of us because she comes home so soft feeling good and there was barely any shedding.Our girl loves that she can play with other dogs while she is there.All of the ladies who work there always have a big smile and are very welcoming every time.Nice big facility that they are located in so the dogs can play

We had to find a new groomer when our last one continued to raise prices until we could no longer afford them (nothing against them - they did amazing work it was just out of our budget). I was nervous to take them somewhere new but Pawfection did amazing with them - and in half the time (and therefore) half the price as our previous groomers. Extremely satisfied with our experience. We have a Pyr and GSD/Akita mix, so a LOT of fur. It took about 4 hours and they look great, and weren’t stressed out at all when we picked them up. 😊

I've been taking my Japanese Chin and Toy Poodle for awhile now. The ladies are all very nice and professional. Prices are outstanding. But the most important thing for me is it's obvious they love dogs and do a wonderful job with grooming. I've never been disappointed with the cuts, and we'll be taking our third little guy there as soon as he's old enough for his first cut.

I brought my cat in to be groomed and bathed and was overcharged and they forgot my cats paperwork so he sat in the back terrified, I eventually went back up there because no one answered my calls, they said since they pretty much forgot my cat they'd take $10 off, my total was $10 more than originally quoted. Sorry to leave bad review but I was very disappointed and upset, definitely need to practice better organization.

I just got my two male Great Pyrenees groomed here! It was our first time, and I was a little nervous at how they would do. However, turns out they did amazing. I will definitely keep returning! My dogs seemed to like all the workers as well as they liked my boys! Not to mention, they look and smell so good! I have already received so many compliments on how good they look.

within 30 seconds after arriving she was already saying they might not do his nail trim. Groomer wouldn’t assist me in muzzling my dog. Or putting their harness on. She said I would have to do it. I couldn’t do both so I brought him back home. It appears she really didn’t want to do it. He is a big dog and gets nervous getting a trim. Lazy groomer. I won’t go back.

Becky and the team are amazing! My dog is always greeted as though he is her own dog. He is always excited to see her. The other gals treat him just as well. The haircuts and nail trimmings are always perfect to my liking. They take notes and reference them in case you forget how you like your dog cut. They treat all the animals with this VIP service. I am always impressed with how quickly they get the cuts done. You know they are in good hands so if you cannot make it back immediately they will surely keep a close eye on your fur baby. No one in the area does as good of a job as Pawfection!

So I don’t usually like to post poor reviews unless I’ve spoken with the company I’m reviewing, but there’s nothing they can change about how they groomed my dog, so I didn’t see a point in calling them. We have a golden retriever/lab mix and they shaved him without consulting us first. My husband dropped him off and asked them to cut him how they would cut his breed. He naturally has long hair like a golden retriever, not short hair like a lab. I was shocked when I picked him up and saw that they shaved our golden retriever. I’m really hoping his hair grows back correctly and healthily. There are numerous articles about never shaving a golden retriever. It’s very unsafe for their health and skin to shave them. I suppose we should have made it 100% clear that he’s a golden retriever and we did not want him shaved, just trimmed up. Just wanted to post this so people would be aware that they need to be very specific to the groomers on how they want their dog’s hair cut. The price was definitely reasonable compared to other groomers in the area, so that’s a positive for sure.

Awesome customer service! They were even able to get us in the day after we called! Prices were amazing as well. The puppies were groomed so well too! We are definitely going to be long term customers!
