Over-priced for how low quality everything is. Staff has an attitude before you even walk up to them. No one on the floor acknowledges you or offers to help you locate anything. This store looks like what the internet tells me Dollar General looks like. Disappointed.

Had an issue with a sale price and the guy helping me get a tree ( artificial ) found one for me after much looking. Made me feel what I needed was as important as him finding something for me! Great job and thanks! The tree is finished and now my grandkids have a tree when they come. Turned out really nice! I guess my old one waited for me to finish before going coputs! LolIt's what Grandpa's do! First time I ever had to put up one, take it down and put up another! Worth it all for my grandsons!

They had everything except gift cards like Visa Stam or XBox. They do have gift cards for only their stores. We shop each year for families in need of help with Christmas such as food & toys for children 17 and under & Big Lots is a good store for that.

Large variety of gift items that you don't typically find at other local stores. Good prices overall.Updated 3/23 for shopping experience on 2/14/23This location now has a very nice variety of ladies name brand clothes. Some Under Armour, but mostly clothes for office casual wear. Not only a large variety, but at a very reasonable price. I also purchased Polo Ralph Lauren towels and wash cloths that are very thick and have washed very well. I have not shoped at this store for awhile so I was rather surprised by the items that I found on this trip.Damian was very professional and courteous at the register. Very helpful as I purchased more than I originally anticipated. I will definitely be back to shop here again!

Most of the time they ha e what I go to get and got a cute dress, sometimes it's a surprise what find. Just wish the rewards points actually worked on next purchase. I never have money for a large purchase on specific weekends. All around good store.. like the foods.

Very good store but returns are sketchy. If no receipt, you only get 80 percent back of what you paid. Even when you have a value card, they can't find when you purchased an item and have you stand there looking for a receipt on your phone which is nearly impossible with all the email ads they send you.

This is such a special place! A bargain bonanza! Wonderfully friendly and super helpful employees. You'd think that they actually own a piece of this store. Their customers oriented concern is extraordinary! You'll miss a prime opportunity for great seasonal savings if you don't make a stop at this special place. They are packed to the rim and well organized to provide customers easy access to their merchandize. Well done Big Lots!

Bought a large TV stand. The employee wheeled it to my car and loaded it. I just tied the trunk down. And they asked me to check my emails for their discount. I got 20% off my purchase . They are great!

Service was slow but 2 ladies in front of me had large orders. Cashiers were very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and I would shop thee again.

I wish I could select 0 stars. I ran in to this store as I was in town. The store has very limited amount of items, and what was there looks as if it has been there a while. The store is not clean. What was disturbing was the fact that the manager was at the front of the store yelling out orders to the cashier and other employee. The cashier could not interact with me during the transaction as she was being bombarded by the manager. I was embarrassed for ther employees. I was embarrassed for the manager. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I wont be going back to that store. Why is it so hard to be respectful and professional?

I always enjoy my shopping experience here at this big lots. Always well stocked. I can manage to find many items that are unavailable in most stores around here. Prices are very low. And the staff here is always helpful and very polite. Honestly never had a bad shopping trip here. Thanks 😊

This place has very good service and wonderful people working there. They do there best to help you even if they don't know what your talking about. The checkout process is also very fast I've never had a problem here. Keep it up!

This is one of my favorite Big Lots locations. I like Big Lots in general because of the nice prices and interesting items that are different than other places. This one is clean, well organized, and the staff are generally friendly.

A nice store but not the Big Lots that I used to know. I know prices are crazy right now, but there is a certain irony that one of the recent ads for Big Lots shows a "billionaire" shopper, as prices were disturbingly high.

Always find what Im looking for, can get things cheaper here than Wal Mart and they're the same items. Employees are really nice and helpful for the most part, there are a few employees who never smile and are rude. Other wise the deals here a nice

Easy parking, right off the interstate. Easy access parking with hand cap entrance. I love shopping at Big Lots. I will shop for pillows, pet products and garden supplies. I also shop for special food items like chocolates, crackers, specialty salts, oils, nuts and other things I can use in gift baskets. I also love sopping for seasonal items. There are always beautiful things to choice from. For our campsite at the lake there were cute flip signs, pillows, sea shells, and lawn cushions. I found flotation devices for the kids and the big kids. They have a beautiful selection of lawn furniture for the outdoor living room and the beach house. They have a selection of furniture for the living room bedroom and office. Great selection of storage items from file cabinets, book case, baskets and bins. So visit Big Lots and have fun. Great place to start shopping for that college student.
