I believe this place used to be very good, recently my dog got bit by a snake I called and talked to a secretary or assistant on the phone. She told me they were booked for the day they could not see me. I explained to her that I have been coming there for years and that this was an emergency it should be important enough to them to squeeze my dog in. I believe veterinarians are only out for the money now, they booked their self so tight and get every last dollar they can out of you. Sad to say they refused to squeeze me in that dayOnly gave me a phone number for some different places that wouldn't let me in either. I called an emergency vet in St Louis they wanted $800. I called my vet back and asked if I could at least talk to the doctor on the phone the lady refused and said I could call at 7:30 in the morning and they would see about first come first call. Needless to say my poor boy.suffered. from that snake bite I ended up having to Google it and take care of things on my own my vet wouldn't even get on the phone for 30 seconds to give me possibly some life-saving information. I will never bring my dogs to this veterinarian again they are greedy selfish only care about the money. Like my comment or not it's the truth.

We just moved to bonne terre from IL and we took our two German shepherds for their first visit, shots hart worm test the works. Our male is a bit reactive and anxious and our female is very anxious everyone that worked with us was amazing! Very helpful very knowledgeable and informative. We are so happy to have you all to us keep our babies healthy.

Super friendly and helpful aways treats my fur kids like their own. The staff send me a beautiful card after I lost 2 of my fur babies in a fire it was so touching and very appreciated it's good to know your vet loves your animals like you do.

They were very professional. treated us very good explained everything to detail.to us on what to expect.we had to have our chuwawa put down.i would recommend them to anyone.we checked out prices from st.louis to Cape Girardeau.. and they were cheaper than anyone..very professional.

Excellent group of people they are very passionate. After our dog got attacked by another dog they did everything they could to save him but a couple days after the surgery he turned for the worst and we lost him. They went above and beyond in making sure he was taken care even after he left us. An when we got him back it was very heart warming to us knowing they took care of him and returned him to us in such a caring way. Thank you!! Prayers!!

I would never again take an animal to these people. They turned my dying dog away (we was standing in the lobby so they could see she was struggling to breathe) because they said they were understaffed and when I let them know the next day my dog died the office manager was rude and when I was rude back it caused me to receive a letter saying I was disrespectful and can never come back with all my medical records attached. This place is a joke and the fact they thought I'd ever bring an animal back is laughable to say the least. From what I hear others have had similar experiences.There are also multiple lies in this letter I was not told the vet was on vacation and I was not offered numbers for any other clinic.

Staff was awesome, never been there before, and got an appt for the same day.Dr. Daniel's was great, very friendly and compassionate. Loved that staff got in floor with Brandy,our boxer, instead of putting her on a high counter, which is not good for her older body.. Will be transferring both dogs to Aniamal Medical Center of Park Hills.

Had a great experience with Dr. Daniels and her assistant. All their employees are excellent. Dr was very good with Buddy and took her time and explained everything to us. He has been there before and it was great. This was our first time that we went in with him. Glad we have found them. Thanks guys for all your care.

Love the ladies at the front desk. My cats are always taken care of. No worries when I leave them there. Highly recommend. Just wish there wasn't such a waiting list to get cats spayed and neutered but it's just that way everywhere.. still highly recommend them.

Nothing short of a miracle. Our dog for many years has been very good around our other pets. For some reason he became unusually aggressive and grabbed our cat named Cash by the leg and would not let go. He thrashed him around like a rag doll until we could stop it. Our cat had a dislocated hip socket as a result. We were able to get in immediately to have him looked at by the vets at the Animal Medical Center in Park Hills. We called three other vets and they were all too busy. The Vet was able to reset the hip joint and our cat is now walking on his back leg 2 days later. I can't say enough good things about this Center. They have always been accommodating us in any emergency when other did not. I love their new location and the staff is so helpful.

Animal Medical Center of Park Hills. I love this vet office, they treat everyone with the utmost respect. They take very good care of my baby girl. The only place to take your fur babies. I highly recommend them.

My dachshund Bailey needed a mass removed on her stomach . Dr. Daniels stated she could take care of it. And, she did. It was removed, Bailey is doing great ! Wonderful group of staff and Doctors. Thanks to each and everyone involved with her care

Very caring vets office filled with wonderful, knowledgeable doctors who make you and your fur babies health and concerns their first priority! They were even there for us with the passing of our first fur baby and they were very patient, sweet and courteous through the whole process and am very thankful for them. I’d recommend them to anyone! 😀

We went to this vet the day after one of our cats had a seizure, and they appeared to be a great facility. We were very impressed, and since we were new to the area we decided to make them our vet. However, when I attempted to make an appointment to get my kitten her shots they never called to remind me of the appointment. They then called me a few days later and stated they have a no-show charge of $50 that I would have to pay if I missed another appointment. I called them to get it scheduled for my new puppy to get his shots as well, and called back two days later to reschedule as there was a schedule conflict. I was informed that there was no appointment scheduled for my dog, which means I would have showed up and would have been turned away because they were too unorganized to put in my appointment date and time. I was also informed by a friend that at least one of the vets in this facility is very rude and did not even try to be gentle with her dog, which is why they stopped seeing this vet. Overall, I would not recommend.

Oh my goodness! I just took my grandkitten to this clinic today. I was so impressed! It was so clean and smelled amazing. Not at all what you'd expect. The front desk staff were absolute sweethearts and so patient as the phone was ringing off the hook. We waited a whole 30 seconds to be seen. Dr. Harding was great with my grandkitten. She barely noticed the vaccination shot.Honestly, I chose this clinic because it was the most affordable. I wasn't expecting a first-class experience. I highly recommend this clinic.

Kind, compassionate and helpful employees. Very informative and upfront about the prices, products and services. Clean waiting area.. rooms are also very clean. I also like how quickly they get to your pet so your pet doesn't have to endure unnecessary anxiety but if you do need additional time for whatever reason they will accommodate your needs and answer any questions you may have. Overall, great experience.

Been going here for years for my dogs, but the last few years they have really went down hill. If I could give zero stars I would. I usually don't give bad reviews, but they need it. It started with when I had to take one of my dogs to a neurologist. The neurologist discovered my dog was not actually having seizures, so he would have to be taken off of his Phenobarbital. She sent the info to this vet office letting them know that she was taken him off of that and on Gabapentin. We received calls after this was done for his blood work to be done to see if his Phenobarbital levels were fine. I told them he was taken off, but they still didn't listen. My husband went in for an appointment and they drew blood anyhow. I had to call then everything seemed like it was worked out. Then I go in for an appointment with another one of our dogs. Got the news while in there that he has a heart murmur. I was devastated. After getting this news, I went to pay the bill and didn't realize I had the wrong bill and flea and tick medication. They gave me someone else's dogs flea and tick preventative and bill. This is a breach of privacy, because I now have this other persons name, address and phone number. Called the next day, but the lady was rude and didn't believe that I had the Bravecto with me. Went up to talk to the lady and she kept us waiting for a long time, because she wouldn't talk to us and was putting all the calls and people coming into the office first. Waited for over 40 minutes to get things resolved. I asked if she was the only person we could talk to and she replied with a smile and said yes so it could be a while. She did not ask why we weren't happy and why we were moving to a different vet, just that it was our choice to move. Really, why would you not want to know why a long time client is not coming back?! It is the worst place ever!
