I just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service I received today from a young man named Daniel I believe, he cut some new extra keys for me and was very helpful! This was my first visit to the Ace and it’s a very nice store that had everything I needed for today’s trip! I will definitely remember to stop in on my next need for anything outdoors or home related they pretty much have it all!

Very nice people and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me resolve my unique problem. Then helped me load up my purchase. I was in and out in no time at all. The store was clean and well organized. They had a good stock of seasonal items and lots of lumber. Parking was easy, and I was pulling a trailer but still easy to maneuver.

Very helpful staff. When I arrived I thought the item I wanted was sold out, this very nice lady offered to help. She indicated that if they were indeed sold out she'd have one on the next truck! A nice selection of handy man/ home improvement/ gardening supplies. I will definitely shop there again

Ace's prices may be slightly higher than the bigger stores but you get great customer service without having to search for it. They have a friendly staff that's always willing to help you find the things you need.

They have a ton of weird fasteners and parts in the last couple of aisles.They are expensive!! - So if it's too pricey, you may want to try going to Quincy & get it somewhere else cheaper.

They have grade 1 lumber. Did not have to dig through boards to find good ones. Awesome people and always someone to help.

Saves you from running to the big box hardware. Prices could be better but still equivalent to the cost of fuel for the added distance
