Not friendly. No greeting or smile during visit. Owner/manager was gossiping very loudly with another woman. They were complaining about various customers asking questions and making fun of them. 😬 Big turn off when you’re a buyer and guest in store to hear management complain about other guests and buyers. Reeks of a complete lack of self-awareness and the business you’re in. They just sounded whiny and entitled. Then the manager/owner made a personal call and was also speaking very loudly. Would she let an employee do the same? Would she appreciate a customer doing the same? Probably not. A group of women came in after me and they didn’t receive a greeting either. They were interested in items sold up front but of course, the manager/owner was in the middle of her personal call, so not very approachable. Seems like an ongoing issue.

I was looking at a coat, just browsing and the lady snaps at me. “Don’t touch that coat! It’s expensive!” Yes, I realize. I was browsing she had no idea if I was gonna buy that. Overall unfriendly customer service.

Honestly they are amazing. They have such a variety of items, and the staff that works there is so nice. I go there almost every Monday with one other person, and every week there is new things. I highly recommend.

Not customer friendly. Not allowed to bring your purse in store(where I keep my money) Was told they "have to treat all the same" I really do not appreciate being treated like a thief. I have never been anywhere like that to shop. Get a security guard if you're that concerned about your shoppers!
