The store was clean. Selection wasn't bad. Staff was amazing and helpful. I really appreciated the level of patience they showed while dealing with my purchase when I had an issue with one of my cards. They bent over backwards to help me.The best part of finding County Market in Palmyra is that I DON'T HAVE TO SHOP AT WALMART ANYMORE!!!!!

They don't take goodrx, they don't do what is needed to help. Do not recommend it would be cheaper and quicker to drive anywhere else.

When in Palmyra, MO; whether one lives there or is passing through.. there is only one choice for groceries - County Market.Luckily, the selection is great and so are the brands. The workers are polite and enjoyable. It's got a bit of a small town feel to both the size and atmosphere, which can be nice for some. The only reason I'm not giving this location 5 stars is because occasionally, the meats have been near expiration and the prices are a bit high (even with a max card).Overall, this is a pretty good grocery store, and you should give it your patronage if you're in town.

I echo most complaints already stated. I've bought moldy seedless grapes & rock-hard cantalopes & the grapes I got this week were really tough. For an area that's maybe 20x20' you'd think they'd have time to check every grape individually.The meat department isn't the greatest.They do not have shields for safety, nor do they disinfect between each customer - maybe once at shift-change, but those two items are untrue. No staff - even in the pharmacy wear masks, require them of customer, or disinfect things like even the shopping carts everyone uses.It's OK - but it IS the only game in town - except for Dollar General. So I generally get everything I can at DG & then go to County Market for the rest.

This is where we do a great deal of our shopping. Their meat its always fresh as is all their products. They have an amazing selection of foods and a new pet section. Their prices are fair. I recommend County Market for your shopping needs.

This place is amazing! Great service!. The bathrooms are clean and the people are friendly. It's location is simple and by the mall if you want to go shopping. The town of quincy in general is a wonderful town. We love coming here for a weekend trip!!

Everything you need under 1 roof. Produce was exceptional. Deli was clean and food fresh isles were clean and food easy to reach. Did not have enough soda in stock for what I wanted and had to go to register to find help to check on soda

Put in my phone number to get the penny pincher coupons and my total didn't change. I asked the cashier if my coupons went through and he just stared at me and said no I would have to scan everything again and then continued to stare at me. This is not the first time this has happened. I just paid for it and left since there was a line behind us and he didn't seem like he cared enough to fix it or call someone over to fix it.

My go to store. They are a little higher than Walmart but if you want fresh neat and produce this is the store. We shop there at twice once a week. They also have an array of whole foods and diabetic gourds. I love this store!

Staff are very friendly & helpful including in the pharmacy. LOVE the people that work there. The fried chicken in the deli is a huge hit at home. Buuuuut..... you ALWAYS have check expiration dates, even on pet food, because they miss a LOT. Also, ever since C&R closed the produce has gotten terrible. Half of the fruit is always moldy & the veggies look old with lots of brown spots. The meat is ok but it's a very limited selection. If you have the time to, I suggest going to Hyvee for all your meat & produce. Theirs is way better quality with a much larger selection.

Gotten out dated produce, as well as snacks. Store hours to 11pm are false so dont waste your time they close at 10 supposedly. And why update online hours when we can post them on the door was what I was told. Fantastic customer service, not.

TIP: Closely check the sell by dates on everything, check that the sale price is what actually rings up. If it is in their ad, there is a good chance they don't have any to sell. But only place in town to buy groceries.

Always getting overcharged for groceries that are on sale. A friend of mine says it happens to him also. They fill your prescriptions for three months, even when you don't ask. Then you are stunned by the price. I am on a set income, so can't afford 3 months at a time.
