The store on east Osage is always out of stock, full carts in the way in front of what I need, associates are friendly, but stops there. In there today and out of stock, the other store on west Osage seems to be in stock better.

It was so nice and clean. Iles were clear had no problem getting around. Cudos to the young man who was very helpful and niceCompared to other DG who don't care or know how to help. Had a bad experience at the Washington store. I won't be back. Thank you very much.

Horrible..Horrible, Customer service! Walk in at 3:05pm the girl working greets me by saying we close at 4 🤔 So I look at my phone thinking to myself, Okay it’s 3:05!? Grab the 4 things I needed really fast and go to check out, the girl gives me my total and it’s for 13 items… I politely tell her what the screen says she rung up, which was 3xs one of the items and 2xs of two other items, she huffs and puffs at me like I’m the one that doesn’t know how to do her job (which btw I used to be a manager of DG in Jacksonville FL) She says “My Bad, the scanner gun scanned it too many times” so she tries to correct it again and I once again tell her politely there’s still an extra charge for an item I only have I’ve of! Now I’m not usually a “Karen” but when someone such as that girl herself huffs and puffs at customers for her doing her job wrong and a paying customer corrects her and she gets all bent out of shape, then proceeds to throw my receipt at me as if it’s my fault she can’t do her job correctly, then absolutely YES! I will be a “Karen” an leave a negative review because I didn’t stoop to her level and get ignorant with her until she threw my receipt I told her “She was the rudest b**ch to ever work that store, I was in disbelief “ NOW it makes sense why the other DG in town is always busy and the old one closes down at 4pm everyday but leaves their store hours on the door and online stating they close at 10pm. Employees are Rude, the Store is dirty, Boxes just set in isles, Shelves are bare I’m curious what they do to make a paycheck there?! I do know one thing is for certain I will not step foot back into that rats nest again! “EMILY” you should be ashamed of yourself for the sh*tty customer service you provide and might want to seek an education in business before putting yourself into the position to work in a business environment! People like you are why businesses can’t keep a good flow of people coming through to shop! I wish you well and good luck :)

Horrible. The staff was unfriendly. When asked for an I.f. I told them it was in my jeep. As I walked out another gal yelled at me to have my I.d. next time. As I waved in acknkogiment she told me f you with your hand waving.

Just came in found out they drove off my favorite worker Amanda!!!Between the district Manager(Tracy)who has no common sense and the poor 20 yr old Manager who doesn't kno what she's doing...good luck. I'd go to the next town over to shop, this stores gonna spend alot of time closed now that the 1 person who worked is gone.

This store used to be very clean, well kept and a pleasure to shop. NOW IT SUCKS. The store is dirty. There are carts with goods all over the place. Nothingn is put away. Te shelves are trashed. The people are not pleasant and finding someone to help you and/or check you out is tough. I don't know what changed but I definitely think twice about shopping there now.

There were boxes and merchandise blocking the aisles. I didn't appreciate having to listen to the 3 employees bashing another worker. When I checked out I wasn't greeted and had to get my bags off the turntable myself. I could understand doing that if they were busy working instead of gossiping.

The place was packed to the gills with lots of 'stuff.' That's what makes them fun. Having 2 cashiers try to figure something out on the register while no one could check out... Not so fun.

Staff is always friendly. Way off on their clearance aisle. They mark stuff down... They forget to hide the original price. Not a mark down when you put a % off and the clearance sticker is the same as original price.

This is one of my favorite dollar generals to shop at. However, it seems here for awhile Everytime I shop here there is way too much new product on the Gaylord's just everywhere. It makes shopping difficult not being able to see things on the shelves.

Dollar general always makes me nervous by virtue of the people who frequent it. This was no different as the help was not around and my first thought was I'd be a witness on the 6pm news. But he was there, bought my stuff and left. Not good, not bad, just a place to shop

This store is awful. (Upper management not the actual workers) You never know what time they will close. Could be anywhere between 6-10 pm. The aisles are always full of stuff to be stocked on shelf & they never stock enough of certain items.

Overworked employees seem overwhelmed. Store used to have friendly service, lately seems has not been same. Good selection of a little variety. Ok good to stop for forgotten needs.

What is up with this store? Every time I go there it looks like a bomb went off. Very unorganized and messy. It seems I leave empty handed more times than I leave making a purchase.The store on the other side of town is so much more organized.

They never really have anything stocked and are always out of product. The manager kalina seems like she always has an attitude as well. The other location in Pacific is way better!

I was just at Dollar General and a new cashier gave me back $20 too much change I gave it back to her because your character is what you do when no one is looking but I would like to say that is the nastiest store I've ever seen of Dollar General normally you can never get through every aisle but normally cashiers are very pleasant

The redneck Walmart has everything you could possibly want customer service quite nice the store was clean just there is no trash cans outside the parking lot needed plenty of cleaning up because there were no trash cans

All DG are basically the same. Same layout, look, etc. Consistent. But the people here are super-friendly and ask if you need help every time.

The entire store was filled with people without mass. When I asked the clerk at check out whether or not based off of required which is posted all over the doors and she was told by Leeanne the district manager not to engage with them and just continue to let them shop. Horrible

I only go to this location late at night when I need something and the closer location has already closed for the night. It's a dollar general. Can't say much. Everyone ones what they are like.
