It so nice to walk in and get exceptionally great customer service. I had a few questions finding items I needed. Peggy was attentive and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. The staff of always kind and helpful.

My wife is currently at home after an outpatient surgery. Her pain medication has worn off. CVS has had the prescription since 11a. I am in the parking lot and it's approaching 6p. They told me it would be an hour at 5p and I just got back to my car after being told it was going to be another 45 minutes. I would recommend Walgreens in Union or Eureka over this place. The extra drive time is easily less than the time spent sitting here... waiting... and waiting.... and waiting.

Pharmacy is chronically understaffed which is not necessarily their fault however it has provided a massive barrier to getting my medications. I will get a text that my medications are ready then go wait in a line almost out the door that leads to the pharmacy that takes an hour or sit in my car in the drive thru if it is open after work for an hour…as soon as I am done with refills from this location I am transferring them to another pharmacy.. Also some of the newer or different techs have scared me a little as they will say an incorrect dose or strength or quantity and I have to correct them. I think everyone there is trying hard but it is clearly not working and I would recommend everyone transfer medications to the Medicine Shoppe next door if your insurance carries it, Wal Mart in Eureka, or Walgreens in Eureka. Nothing against the people working there it is just an all around bad situation if you need to get your medication in a timely manner. Also watch your refill dates, and stay on top as the CVS app doesn’t seem to work. Always shows prescription in process. It is a shame since it is the main pharmacy in town but if they can’t run it due to lack of people…

Rude and unprofessional staff member in the pharmacy. Did not know how to accept a CVS Flu voucher. Told me it was wrong, not her, and that I needed to go to my doctor's office. The voucher was valid and I was able to reach customer support to help her do her job. Won't go back. And yes, she was even more rude after I found someone to help her help me.

I called to set up a flu appointment for my 90 year old grandma. Now I understand that now is a busy time but we were told by a pharmacist that walk ins would be available this week. Didn’t mention to go online to set up an appointment. I called today just to make sure and was informed they were booked, and when I mentioned that we were told something else she told me that appointments take priority which I understand. It was a little frustrating but miscommunication does happen. What upset me the most was when I was trying to make an appointment I was treated like a hindrance at the end. I told her that it was difficult without my grandma being there so I would call back and make an appointment later. This is where she got really rude and said “well I’m sorry and I can’t really control that everyone wants to get a flu shot right now.” I tried to say I understood and I wasn’t meaning to imply that she was difficult I just don’t know my grandmothers full schedule right now, but wasn’t able to get a word in because she abruptly went from to “so yeah you can either schedule an appointment later or find somewhere else” and then hung up. I typically go here all the time for prescriptions and medications for my grandma, but I’m really considering changing after this.

Unprofessional !!!!The pharmacy used to be very good. The supervisor now is not friendly and has no customer service skills. My main complaint is you'll get a text that informs you your prescription is ready or the automated system tells you it is and it is not ready for pickup. This happened with my wife,kids and my medication and it took them days to refill heart medication that was supposed to be ready. If you ask to speak to the supervisor after this has happened your wasting your time. We are people you're not running a veterinary RX or clinic. My veterinarian treats animals better than the way the supervisor treats people!!!

Myself and my daughter n law went there for a prescription refill that we called in early morning and was told it was ready for pick up! We go through the drive-through in the afternoon (12:30 ish). We were told they lost the prescription, they had it done but couldn’t find it, told me to drive around the building and come back and they will have it ready. I do that, wait behind someone else for 10 min only to be told They still couldn’t find it, come to find out they somehow had gotten it confused with the original prescription the doctor had called in that we picked up 2 weeks ago!! They thought they filled it, couldn’t find numbers on the prescription, the whole thing was very confusing for us, and ridiculous!! They couldn’t find where we had signed for the original prescription!! We were then told to come back an hour and a half later and they would have it done. We do that, go through the drive-through again, the “lady” if you call it that, hands the prescription out and shuts the window, doesn’t say a word! My daughter-in-law asked if we were finished or if there was anything else we needed to do, she yells, GO!!! GO!! So we do. I have never experienced anything like this for just a prescription refill that a doctor calls in!!! We were yelled at, told so many different stories why our prescription wasn’t found, It was ridiculous!! And these people are suppose to be professionals!! We will never ever be back!! I don’t trust people that don’t know what they’re doing, especially with your prescriptions!!! The whole horrible experience lasted over 3 hours And for a refill that was called in early in the morning, and should have been ready with no problems whatsoever!

This is the Smallest CVS Pharmacy I have ever visited. Friendly employees. They have a minute clinic too. I love to come again. Recommended to everyone.

I have never experienced the poorest customer service from any company I’ve ever came into n contact with than from this place. I work in the medical field and I personally would be embarrassed to refer patients to this pharmacy. It was 6:30pm mind you the pharmacy closes at 8 pm and they tell me that the prescription that has been filled there many months prior needed a prior authorization…. The first young girl told me that I could use a coupon and pay cash and they would get it ready…….I was just going to pay cash for it because it was actually for my sister who was told it was in the process of being filled … she is a single mom struggling to raise 2 girls on her own much less have time to be jerked around by this pharmacy and at 6:30pm they tell me it wouldn’t be ready until in the morning. Seriously…. If you hate your job so much (middle aged women with glasses that was rude to me this evening) then get a new job!!!!!!

Pharmacy use to be good n everyone was very nice. But now it's ridiculous. I've wait over a week for my heart meds. Was constantly told it was due to wait to hear from my Dr. When I found out it was on order this entire time (yes the did send request ask if Dr wanted to change meds) I was never told it was on order. I could have called other pharmacy for this fill. Instead I was but into withdrawal of the medicine n am now back at square one starting over. When I spoke with manager n explained I was very upset I was not told each time I called she started talking to me like a child n actually blamed me for waiting so long. They proceeded to treat me like I'm a was stupid. I contacted corporate n place a complete. They r go to kill or cause severe issues if they do this with ppls needed medication. This pharmacy is a nightmare. They push for the 90-day supply, but come up with excuse after excuse as to why they can't fill for 90 days. It is a problem with the doctor's office they say. It is a problem with the insurance they say. They are happy to charge the 90-day price for a 30-day supply though. Every few months, there is some new 15-year-old pharmacist trying to say the 30-day supply is really meant for 50 days. All that time and effort in school and they can’t even follow a written instruction from a real doctor. It is pathetic when corporate has to correct the issue, then it happens the next time the RX is filled. Finally got fed up with having go to back in 3 or 4 times to get a RX filled and switched to home delivery from an online pharmacy. I could not be happier! !! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!

The nurse practitioner, Lindsey Taylor's, treatment of the patient was the rudest I have ever seen. She was more concerned with herself and regulations than the care of the patient. She said she could lose her license for writing a prescription for antibiotics due to the nationwide overuse. How this applies to a patient that has not taken an antibiotic for years is a mystery to me. Gave antibiotic for one day. What?! I have never heard of such a thing. When the patient was confused and called CVS, he was told that he could come back to discuss. As soon as he walked in the door Lindsey was on the attack, sicked her manager on us, and had no intention of having any discussion or addressing any questions. How dare we question anything she had to say. Both the nurse practitioner and manager were rude and very unprofessional. There was no concern given for our care or feelings. Do not rely on this CVS for any personal care or compassion.

We recently transferred from the CVS in Eureka to Pacific, all I can say is WOW! The staff in Pacific are so sweet, friendly, and despite being busy they always have a smile on their face, wish we would have made the switch sooner.

(Edit 06-21-2022) I went to a Doctor with my questions about my prescription, and it turns out the Nurse was wrong in what she prescribed me, and that there was infact a mistake that could have led to very serious health issues! My questions were in fact very valid. Please do not go to this Minute Clinic for anything at all, the service I received was unbelievably bad.I went in to the minute clinic, and the Nurse Practitioner named Lindsey was my care giver. I had some questions during my appointment that were answered. When I went home I didn't fully understand everything, and had more questions about the dosage of my prescription, so I called the pharmacy to ask a few questions about my prescription. They told me to drive up and discuss everything in person with The Nurse, so I did. When I got there I didn't even get to finish asking my question before she began insulting me for having the question, implying that my symptoms were imaginary, and saying that my questions were irrational. I tried my very best to be respectful and re-explain my question, in case I wasn't saying something right, but I was again cut off and spoken to by a now very hateful and angry Nurse. She acted as if my questions were somehow undermining her, she was so arrogant and was happy to inform me that I was incompetent because I had no degree in medicine. She doesn't seem to be able to accept any type of request from patients, and that is just not good in healthcare. I was dismissed before i even got to ask my questions. I don't feel like she had any interest in my personal health at all, and I would not recommend this care to anyone.I am a very calm, kind person, and I was respectful the entire time even while I was being insulted, and yelled at. She then went to the manager who came over and was simply hateful. She told me I was practically evil for coming up there to ask the questions I had (after I was instructed to come up and ask the questions). The manager also had no interest in my well being. I left without any answer, and am honestly just very saddened to see such angry, mean people working in healthcare. I rarely speak this strongly of anyone, but they simply do not belong in healthcare.I encourage any readers to use a different healthcare provider, or at a minimum be very cautious. I would give less than zero stars if I could.

Very rude and unprofessional. Tried to have prescriptions transferred there and I gave them 2 hours with my insurance card to put it in the system and run it. When I went to pick up they tried to argue that my insurance is only for covid vaccinations. And that it does not cover any prescriptions. I've had this insurance all year and I take meds daily. This place is a joke. Rudest customer service ever. And not too bright. They do not deserve one star.

I've NEVER had a bad experience with Pacific CVS! Our lives are busy of course and most demand instant gratification for their needs. Maybe some should take a breath, give a little; could be there's a good reason for delay. I find the Management and Staff to be polite, helpful, friendly, and efficient!!

The minute clinic says it accepts walk-ins, but will get rudely pushed away at the mention of it. Cancelled my appointment 2 minutes late, and would not see me, with 0 patients in the lobby. Very lazy and unprofessional. Don't schedule covid testing here.

I was seen by Alicia three weeks ago and the problem did not go away via the medicine she gave so I made an additional appointment to try and get something different but because I was six minutes late due to a 10 minute train in town she refused me from being seen. She stated that it would push all of her patients 10 minutes behind although she has an hour and a half lunch that she couldn’t cut short by 10 minutes today? Now I have to drive 45 minutes to another CVS while I already took off this morning of work for the appointment. Beyond ridiculous.

I had a really terrible experience on July 7 with this Pharmacy at W Osage St. I came over for my job interview, driving 20 miles to get there and was waiting by consultation window 5 min & curly hair pharmacist had eye contact with me but didn’t even say that he’s willing to help me. I’m at a loss moved to the waiting line and when it was my turn, the technician with a short hair walked away to her station not even mention that she will be right with me. She had also eye contact with me and kept doing her job. I had to wait another 5 minutes & no one came to serve me. Such total disregard struck me. Very unfriendly and careless employees! Terrible customer service. I’m Very disappointed!

I had a really terrible experience attempting to get tested for covid. I was unable to schedule an appointment and I spoke to three different people who were unable to help me. They never once mentioned that there was an at home test option. I finally came in and bought that. I had no other option but to come in. Luckily I don’t feel that bad, or this would have been impossible to do. I sat for two hours attempting to get an appointment. Online there were no appointments available. They should have mentioned to me the other options available and it could have saved me two hours of my life.

We recently started coming to this pharmacy & I’ve only ever gone through the drive-thru. It’s very busy & there’s usually a line of cars, that being said it is worth the wait bc we have experienced great customer service every time, through the drive-thru & over the phone. I’m grateful we made the switch from Schnucks Eureka Pharmacy to this one.

Got my COVID vaccine here, and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, and I did not see anyone without a mask. It was also convenient to grab a couple snacks. The parking lot was short on spaces, though.

Not a big online reviewer, but I consistently have poor experiences at this store so I fee compelled to share. Today, 6 people were working in the pharmacy area, took several minutes for someone to help me, no other customers in sight. Tried the drive through first but waited 5+ minutes there, behind one car that was just parked at the window so decided to go in. When I mentioned this, the person who had finally helped me at the counter said well we are COVID testing. So what is the COVID testing shack out front for??? CVS must be be making money hand over fist from this testing to put it before their prescription customers. I heard there is a Medicine Shoppe down the road, might be time to switch.

This CVS store has the most helpful employees who are always willing to assist you. They treat you with kindness and respect. The pharmacy staff are experienced and willing to answer whatever questions you have. By far, my favorite pharmacy as everyone is kind, courtesy and helpful!

Drive to Washington or Eureka to get the service your deserve. I give this CVS a 1 STAR rating but deserves a no star rating. Don't let the new building fool you. The way pharmacy customer service handles prescriptions is terrible. They take forever to fill a prescription and offer a delivery service that does not deliver unless they feel like it. My mother has given them chance after chance since they are in our community, but she will not anymore. We will gladly pay the extra gas to go to a different town and bigger chain, where they are able to fill the prescriptions in a timely manner. Nobody should have to wait five days to have a prescription filled or have them tell you they will call the doctor, and then they finally do it five days later. Places like this are why people do not shop in our little community.
