Store is organized and we found everything that we were looking for within the store. Also enjoy talking with the Associates there everyone is kind and well-educated on items that are needed within the store. Store was busy today but everything seemed to be maintained pretty well and customers seemed happy.

One of many associates was helpful.Going into a WalMart is like being around energy vampires.If i must self check out, which well over 90 percent of the time, then those who self check out should have a discount applied.

Grocery shopping. Had list made in order of aisles. Not too busy on this day. Shopping was quick and easy. No self checkout on this day. Had to many items and I didn't want to spend time doing it all. Associates were as always helpful and friendly. My checkout girl was effectient and friendly. Great 👍 job!

I brag about how great employees are at my home town walmart. The pharmacy always went over and beon when my husband was going through cancer, helping with insurance problems and so patient. I love the self checkout. It's quick and easy to use. The prices are much lower than most of the other stores.

It’s a Walmart Supercenter. It’s pretty typical. The location of this Walmart in particular is convenient for those traveling on Hwy 65 to Branson. Their produce section is large, always fresh. The thing about Walmart is...you found a new salsa you like? They stop carrying it. They have what they have.Staff is always friendly here, they seem exceptionally patient so I think the store is run pretty well. The store itself is very clean. The building looks basically new. The Asian and Hispanic sections are limited.Walmart has stepped up their organic and natural market product game lately. For instance you can find natural bars of soap for $.88. At natural food store you’d pay 4x that for the same product.

At least this walmart has registers open & only a few self ones. The cashier was great & pleasant too.Happy to use them again.

I would not go here even for a few items. The manager and staff is terrible. Employees did damage to my vehicle on Walmart property, took a month plus to get a call back after we made a police report and the employees still work there harassing my whole family. The manager Sam and Roger were awful and did not help the situation regardless of video and police evidence. I wouldn’t go there for anything.

I have ordered several custom cakes from the bakery at Wal-Mart in Ozark and I am impressed every time. I love to order the whipped icing instead of buttercream because it's so fluffy and light, and guests always ask where I got the cake from. I could only find a few pics, but I want to share how much I appreciate their attention to what I've asked for! Kind and helpful, always.

Walmart has started an epidemic of laziness. Today is had to get out of my car to move a shopping cart 10 feet (or less) to the cart corral, just so i could park! You've seen the people who get overweight & lose their bone structure on the Pixar movie "WALLe".... Well.... That's it's in a decade or so if we keep this lazy lifestyle, just sayin!

Had to get cat "meds" this trip. It took a while to find help to unlock the case. The phones are now used for this, but our girls phone didn't recognize her password. I've had the problem myself before, but it didn't take 20 mins to resolve.

Pretty much the same as any other Walmart. This store does still run a couple of registers with actual cashiers if you don't want to use self checkout. The employees picking online orders will absolutely be in your way constantly with their giant carts, and they do not care.

Don't use the grocery pickup unless you're okay with it being delayed every single time (I wish I was exaggerating). Every single time they say, "we're really busy". It'd make a lot more sense to not over schedule themselves instead of making excuses.

Had a hair appointment inside for my wife . Wearing the mask we entered into the one way sheep entrance. My personal opinion this is a joke. Proven mask do not help. Anyway she got hair done while I looked around. Upon leaving we made it out door and I stopped and ask door checker if he knew of a good restaurant and his answer wasn't to enthusiastic. I guess after checking as many people as he has probably lost his zill.

Debbie in the bakery is amazing... She has now made 3 different items for us and everytime we are very satisfied!!! Even though the book only had 1 dino idea, she took the time and found something different and knocked it out of the ball park... Thank you Debbie!

Great food! Lot's of choices. They do need more employee's in the electronics & tools area. Prices are still better than most other stores. Don't care for the self checkout.

Selection is terrible. Frequently out of items. Narrowed isles. Fewer checkers, more self-checkout. Sale produce spoils quickly. Prices are high like everywhere else. Pharmacy is always terribly busy. Personal shoppers for online orders are constantly in the way with their huge multi-tier carts and are not courteous to shoppers. There are still some courteous employees, but the younger employees have much to learn about customer service. I just don't have many nice things to say.

Came here to shop and park for the night like I do once a week at different walmarts. Stock up and be set for the week.. but they do not let semis part over night. Even told them only had 10 min left on clock and delivery to the disruption plants all the time.. they said no and pretty much who cares addutude. Well return my 200 buck of stuff and move on.. with out truckers Walmart be close just fyi.. n with huge lot I didn't see why not

The usual. No checkers. 2 registers open. 4 associates on the self checkouts. Making sure no one is stealing the merchandise. Very few associates on the floor, except for those filling lazy on line shoppers orders and blocking the isles with their carts. Prices up and service down. Things are normal at Wal-Mart.

Not sure if it was just the day, but shelves were not stocked. When we asked an employee, we were told that they didn't sell a product, but the tag for it was on the shelf. Ended up having to drive an hour to another store.

Frequently out of stock on items and I often wait for over 25 minutes for my pickup orders because they only have a few employees brining out groceries. I do pickup for convenience and it’s to the point it’s faster to go inside and shop myself.

I've been shopping this store ever since it opened and now do ALL of my grocery shopping and almost ALL of my on line shopping at this store. It is exceptionally clean, well stocked, and the ladies managing the self checkout registers are extremely friendly. I normally get there about 7:00 or so and there are only a few customers at that time.

Do not use the tire center unless you want to pay for service not needed. I was charged for lifetime rotation and balance and when I refused the service. I was told they don't balance a tire when they install them and that they would go take the weights off the car. Even though the sign clearly states that the lifetime balance and rotation is an additional service. I was then belittled by a service manager that obviously knew nothing of tires.

They are usually pretty helpful. The only problem I have is that they still mislead you by making you believe that you can still use their gift cards for gas at Murphy's but then you find out it's not true. You just end up being out more money. I found out they didn't renew their contract with that gas station so they KNOW you can't use those cards for their gas. People don't have money to waste and that is exactly what they are making you do. Someone could get stranded that way if that's all they have for gas.

This Walmart does a pretty good job of having good stock on the shelves, despite the ever-dwindling variety of items offered. Pretty responsive employees who are generally friendly and eager to help. More than once, though, I've spoken up to help another customer find something when the employee doesn't know.
