I have taken my dog there to be groomed for three years and they are always very good to my pup. She has never had a bad haircut! They are friendly, easy to work with and treat all the animals so kindly. They’ve even done a little photo after a hair cut- they go above and beyond!

We've been taking our little dogs here for awhile now and are always happy with the experience. Our dogs always leave happy and comfortable. The seasonal bandanas they have are so adorable, I'm always excited to see what kind they'll be wearing when I pick them up.Also, they recommended we get my senior dog checked out for arthritis (which we already have) but she suggested getting a second opinion and referred us to a specific vet, Galloway Village. We went to there this week and surely enough he has arthritis throughout his body. It's nice that they are so knowledgeable about pets - you are definitely getting much more than a groom!

Today was Marvin’s first haircut. We could not be more pleased with the service and cut. I don’t know how with all the animals- the place is clean and smells so clean. Five star all the way.

This was the best groom our Marley has ever had! He’s a golden doodle but mostly golden and they made him look so handsome and fresh. His ears don’t smell AT ALL and he smells great all around, even a few days later! 10/10 recommend!

Elsie is simply the best! She made my poodle look and smell amazing! I am so pleased with how quickly she got my girl done and so glad I decided to give The Puppy Plaza a chance! I’ve been taking my German Shepherds here for a couple years and they always do a great job! Today I took my 100+lb big baby Brady there today. He is a large shepherd and intimidating but he is a huge baby there was another shepherd there and Brady was terrified of him or being at groomer or both! The woman that took him back made this a 5star experience I’ve never seen someone comfort a dog so well and wait let him calm down instead of trying to drag him to a kennel to wait for his bath! Thank you I used you guys because you have a reasonable price for a bath lol but I will never be going some where else because I know you all are taking care of our babies well and they are treated like family!’ Thank you so much you guys! Made my day seeing that today

I have been there once on Valentine's Day. I was EXTREMELY happy that I got my dog, Cody in for a groom and he was done in 1-2 hours. He looked beautiful and I was VERY PLEASED!!! On top of that the ladies there gave me a special gift. I received a paw print of Cody's paw. That was so neat and very thoughtful. Prices are very reasonable and all in all the 1st experience I had with this particular place was AWESOME. I definitely will be bringing Cody back..

The girls at the puppy plaza were so sweet to my adult golden retriever that I had newly adopted. She hadn’t been groomed in awhile and I wasn’t sure how she would do. They took things slow and did a great job with her. She came out looking and smelling fantastic. Found my new groomers for sure! Highly recommend!!!

Took my 2 year old golden doodle Ash in last week. He is a rescue that hadn't been taken care of properly. They did and amazing job shaving him for a fresh start but leaving him with some style with some chops and a Mohawk and a ball on his tail. Definitely recommend and Ash will be back regularly to keep him fresh. Thank you for you hard work.

My dogs LOVE to go see Elsie for their pampering. Elsie is amazing with my dogs. Her grooming skills and abilities were far beyond my expectations. I will never take my dogs to any other groomer. Elsie is by far the best groomer my puppies have ever been to.

My dog has blood in her eye! She just went to this groomer for the first time today and when I picked her up her eye has a bunch of blood in it and now I have to take her to the vet and hope it isn’t serious. The employee tried to tell me it’s normal from stress but this has never happened before so it’s certainly NOT normal and I’m very concerned. They didn’t offer to help in any way and still charged me the normal rate. Plus I had already paid and tipped them before I noticed.

Took the rottweiler puppy in for a nail trim. He peed on the groomer and the shop but the groomer was very cool about it. Fee was very good. Nails were perfect. Greatly appreciate it. Wouldn't be able to do thisat home.

They do not accept out of state rabies tags even when they come from the licensed vet clinic. Tried to tell me it had to be 6 numbers long. But I have taken my dog to other places and they all accepted the rabies tag.This is in reply to their response. I sent the first record of shots, apologized it said male and had it fixed and resent it. Mistakes happen when stuff is getting put in a system. They asksd once for my Vets phone number not multiple times which I would have gladly give, in fact its BV vet clinic Storm Lake Iowa. Even when I showed up as I was already there. I talked to a lady and I said I talked to my vet, still she did not ask me for my vets phone number. The only thing they asked me for was my dogs rabies tag number which I provided. Never once asked me for the records. I called my vet and got the rabies number as they asked me to do and service was still denied. I told them the Vet sent me the vaccine paperwork and they did not ask to see it.If I knew how to post a picture on here I would post a snapshot of the conversation we had.

I just recently took my Boston here to get a bath and nails trimmed and they did a fantastic job and I thought I loved it until I found fleas on her. I am pretty aggravated because she has never had fleas until I took her here.

Waited 3 weeks for the appointment. The day of the appointment they called to cancel due to groomer calling out. Now I'm looking a month out for the next appointment. No alternative scheduling offered. Extremely inconvenient very disappointed unlikely to use this groomer.

I love taking my three dogs there..2 labs and a german shephard/husky..they do such a great job at blowing them out and they come home smelling clean and looking happy from the spa day. Definitely a 10/10 in my books.
