This place is by far the best! All around customer experience is amazing. My dog Jake is a 10 year old Afghan Hound and he's been going there for years. This is the one place i can take him to and know he never is anxious to be there. Hes so excited to see his people. The ladies that run it are amazing not only with the dogs but with customers. They are always so pleasant, and willing to work with whatever to fit in my schedule. If any dog is an example to their cutting talents, it’s definitely my long haired goofy dog. They always do an outstanding job on his fur, leaving him coming out refreshed looking and feeling. I appreciate this small grooming business more than ever and highly recommend it.

Like I have said before, she and the lady that works for her does an AWESOME job!!! Her shop is VERY clean, and she cares about your pet, and the owner's very much. The pens are VERY VERY clean, the wash station is VERY clean, her table where she grooms is VERY clean, EVERYTHING is VERY clean. Our pet to us is like our kid, and we are VERY picky about who he goes to, Sonja has been taking care of him for YEAR'S, so that should tell you something. We never worry about him from the minute we drop him off, till the minute we pick him up. Give her a call, you won't be sorry. Please give me a like if you like and find my reviews helpful, so I know if you want me to write more honest reviews on places I visit, and no I am not paid in anyway to write reviews. I write them because like you, I read reviews before I go or try out new places, and want honest reviews on places myself.

DO NOT TAKE YOU DOG HERE! My dog came back skittish and with bloodshot swollen eyes. When I asked about it she just said he was crazy. A professional would call the owner and say she cannot deal with the dogs energy. Instead I got a dog that was partially groomed and in pain from what I can only assume is choking for $60. Take you pet at your own risk.

Very easy to work with, kind, and does a great job! Her team grooms both of our dogs (a Chihuahua/Yorkie mix and a Lab/Poodle mix). They always leave refreshed and looking great plus the little seasonal bandannas are a nice addition! She has very reasonable prices, is local, and we have continued to support her for the past year now.

I've used a couple different groomers from big chain to mom & pop style and these women exceeded my expectations. They did an amazing job on both of my babies and my dogs came home happy, which has not been a previous experience at other places. They did a great job & took their time with my elderly dog. I am beyond impressed. They are the best in Christian county. We will definitely be back 😊

She did amazing!! I have referred her to my friends and family. I had my dog "Odin" at another salon for a seasonal coat shampooing and the basics. Being my first time seeing a groomer for my dog I wasn't sure what to expect after his appointment. I took him to Sonjas the second time, and his coat looked way better than I was at the last groomers. I will be coming back! Thank you so much!

We thought we had found a great place to take our sweet babies. On our 2nd visit husband was helping with our other dog in the crate and the groomer put our 14 year old shorkie (15lbs) in the crate. Well she got out on the groomer but instead of picking her up she grabbed her by her collar/ leash and dragged her acrossed the floor and then put in the crate. We will NOT be going back to her.

I've been taking my dog to Sonja for a year now, he use to be extremely hard to work with in the past, but since seeing Sonja it's a breeze and no issues. It's great! She treated him as her own and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.THANK YOU SONJA.

This is a picture of my mom's dog's eye. He went last week to Sonja's Pet Grooming in Ozark, MO to get a haircut. Instead, he came back with his hair looking the same. Yes, I know he is older and he does have some patches of hair where he has scratched it off. But when I dropped him off I specifically told the groomer to even it out. So that didn't happen. Then this with his eye. It is a scratch on the cornea......more like a gash. His eye was not like that when I dropped him off but my son noticed it right away when he was picked up.I called Sonja to simply ask if there was a reason why he didn't get his hair cut and if maybe she has a new groomer but she didn't even let me get that far. She talked down to me then hung up on me. She will not get one more penny of my money and I beg anyone that currently uses this groomer will do the same.His eye will heal but it will take a long time. I just think that since she moved her shop that her quality has decreased and she doesn't care enough to take care of the situation. But hey....when someone calls let's just hang up on them that's the real adult thing to do.Edit: to clarify the green is dye the vet used to see the scratch

I called spontaneously and she had us in within the hour, even though she had a full schedule for the day. She has a very, clean shop that is inviting. This is, by far, the best groomer I have ever been to! It was an exceptional experience!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Saved for 3 monthe to have my show westie groomed Sonjas shaved him bald and made him look like a schnauzer She needs to start grooming dogs the way she used to.Quality is extremely poor
