Come here often for the water refill because Walmart water is tap water. The store is pretty organized and the associates have been helpful when I ask for help with items or ringing items up at self checkout. There is also a Starbucks at the store for whoever purchases Starbucks products.

We love the variety of items we can get in the deli. The produce department is amazing. Watch the expiration dates on some of the organic foods. Cranberries had mushy berries in several packages.

Good all-around grocery store. They have a good deli and a very good organic/vegan/natural food section. Meat department and produce is usually good. Nice beer, wine, and alcohol selection. Decent bakery and good florist, last I saw. Starbucks inside, too. They cover all the bases well. Prices aren't out-of-line in general and you can get some fine deals shopping the sales.

I've been working here for about 4 months. I think we have the nicest cashier's who sincerely do our best to make our customers feel welcomed. I talk to everyone & do my best to bring smiles or laughter to their day.

Bad sushi. Not expired. Was VERY bitter in it. Called to try to let them know so they could find out what was wrong. Got transferred and person in Deli just said it comes from another company and they can’t do anything about it.Very disappointed that noone including Cust Service really cared either.Told them I would not be back buying it again and will let others know to be aware. Don’t want anyone getting sick from whatever it is in it.

I was disappointed with the service received. I placed an order at the meat counter, and when I returned to pick it up, it wasn't ready, I actually was told someone started it but "something" happened and it isn't done.

Best customer service I've experienced in years! I called in a custom order from out of state and Amanda went above and beyond to make it happen. I can not express enough how enamored I am with her thoughtfulness and willingness to go out of her way. Five stars for Amanda!

Very friendly folks. We shopped there for many years and the prices are a bit high on some things but better on others. Not as big as Walmart which is nice and they know you by name I like the personal mess.

It convenient for me because me gym is one block away so I can grab a energy drink like a ghost and there's flavors. I've never seen anywhere else which is awesome

No cut prices here at all. So disappointed. If it wasn't so late in the day and I wasn't too tired, I'd have walked out and hit Walmart ! LoL a small watermelon for $7.99 ? No thanks. Produce was old and not fresh. Very disappointed and frustrated with the high pricing and lack of available products. Aisles are not laid out for easy shopping. Too bad. 😥

Our cashier did not seem to be please with his current life situation, during our exchange at the checkout; however, the facility was a pleasant atmosphere. It appeared clean and well arranged. The interior was not as large as it appeared to be, from the look of the exterior. Though, there was still a decent selection. I would say their in house Starbucks must be great cause they were slammed!

I always like how when I walk into this Price Cutter it is clean, has friendly employees, and is always looking for ways to improve. The Starbucks inside is fast, has more merchandise to choose from and is always courteous. The deli section is large and hosts a conglomeration of many different kinds of meats and cheeses as well as ready made salads available. The bakery hosts a small but still comparable amount of cakes and pastries and has fresh baked bread out on the shelves often. With the addition of self checkouts the space is efficiently used and has a sizable health food section which houses many products that I often find at Mama Jean's. This location is one of the better Price Cutter's in the area.

Absolutely PATHETIC Customer Service! We called and asked if they could fill up balloons for our Son’s 1st Birthday today in which they relied they could. When I got there there was not an employee over 25 years old and they were AWFUL! Standing around talking and would not ask me if I needed any help. When I finally walked up and asked them for help they told me to wait at floral. 10 minutes later I walked over and asked for more help to which the young man who was in charge replied “we ain’t gonna mess with balloons today.” This is not the way Country Mart and Price Cutter do business. I am VERY VERY disappointed. Now I am running to Springfield and will be late to my son’s birthday. All because Price Cutter’s employees told me “they ain’t messin’ with it today.” As I was walking out the young man in charge was mouthing me for some reason. If you don’t want to help people don’t work in Customer Service! The young man in glasses that was in charge needs to be fired!!!

This place is great. Never had a bad experience with any of the employees yet and then have a decent selection. They are missing some specialty things, so if you're looking for organic or fairly unique items, this place doesn't usually have a big selection in that regard. But for 99% of your grocery needs, they've got it covered. Plus they have a few aisles of non food items, so if you need simple baby, dog, car or other things, they're got that too.

I like shopping here bc they have so much variety. All flavors of capri suns and so on. The store is kept very clean compared to other pice cutters iv seen. This one has a good sized floral dept too cute things in that section. The best part is they sell school wear.

Came to do curbside pickup for a relative who can't get around anymore. We pulled up where we were supposed to and called the number posted on the window and on the sign for the curbside pickup. The phone rang repeatedly, and then sent us to voicemail. This happened everytime we called. So we tried customer service and it was the same thing. Why even offer curbside pickup if you're just going to ignore the people that use it?

Management has done an excellent job of upgrading this store in last year. Cleaner, well stocked and glad it's in the North end of Ozark. Easy access and they have pickup service. Flower service is some of freshest ... end of January Anniversary and they are still beautiful ...never had flowers so worth the giving. Thankyou.

Was told I was "lucky to have been given a cash payout from a ticket (Keno) because she had it in the drawer." It really wasn't what she said but the tone used was a bit much. Not really used to being treated as such in this store. I will bet she would feel "lucky" to have a job if all the customers went elsewhere because of her attitude. Other than that, it's a good place to shop. There is better customer service at King Cash Saver the next exit down. This, of course, is the only situation of someone being overtly rude. I have shopped at this store numerous times. Overall, the customer service is usually pretty good, for the most part.
