I have a small cleaning business over the last 10 years. I've spent a lot of money on vacuums. I now try to find them when I can at thrift stores.Came across this beauty today.Not only was it a donated item?They're choosing to sell it for 75.00 and don't even have the decency to dump it nor clean it.I've shopped at goodwill for years. I think drifting is fun. I will find somewhere else to go. They are overpriced and disgusting.

The remodel is nice, the prices are absolutely ridiculous!!! Ross's and Walmart and definitely 5 below are cheaper. It was a complete let down. The fact the prices are so high for used things they should be ashamed!!! Won't go back!!

Poppin tags! 🕺 Most items were 4.83, then they have color tag sales at 50% discount. Got some super cute work clothes and skirts to pair with t-shirts this summer ☀️ and scored a formal dress for an event this weekend! Happy with my experience

Super clean and nice, but prices are absolutely ridiculous!! Anything that is remotely a good brand is marked up. I saw super old and pilled up clothing that was marked up just because it was deemed a good brand. Poor people probably would like nicer brands to wear as well. Maybe they aren’t able to afford them cause they are all marked up.I stopped by again today (Nov 2023) and prices are even more ridiculous. I don’t even bother going to red racks or goodwills anymore in Springfield. The locally owned places are far more reasonable.

I used to love to shop at this place. I will not be returning after the experience I had last week. I was trying to exchange a halloween wig that had never been opened and that I had a receipt for. When the manager scanned the item the bar code did not match so she would not exchange the item. I was not even trying to get a refund but an exchange to use toward my $32 purchase. They would not refund or exchange it because my receipt did not match.So-fine- I spent $32 on my items on Thursday 11/3. I returned 3 of those items on Saturday, 11/5. However, instead of refunding my items of $20.62 JESSICA charged my card AGAIN. When I called to ask about it today on 11/8 JESSICA answered the phone and asked if I could call back tomorrow after noon because the other manager would be there.Goodwill's prices continue to go up and their employees continue to get less helpful. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

My Fiance and I had a terrible experience with the staff at this goodwill and not just today but it's everytime we go there. The lady's who work Here are lazy and seem to just not care AT ALL. The red haired girl who checked us out was rude and after she handed our change back my fiance and I looked at each other confused...the lady had already gone about doing something else ....I mean seriously ? Not a "If you want a bag they are at the end of the counter" or " would you like your receipt "? Or "Have a nice day!" Just Nothing. But that's just like most businesses these days , people with no common sense or people who could just care less and probably shouldn't be doing anything more than being a greeter or cart pusher at walmart.

Love this place. Has some of the nicest items used, that you would think we're new. The prices are cheap. Unbelievable, what you can get for only ten dollars. I have redone walls with themes in two rooms now, for less than $20.I would have paid new over, $200.00 easy. Love, Love

I used to LOVE this store. But now, the prices are so high, they’re unreasonable! As an example, a 7 ft. Christmas tree, was $115! A brand new one at Walmart is $99. One stem of standard flower decor - $7.03 (not new, btw)??? What’s going on, Goodwill?? Every single item is DONATED. If your overhead for this “non-profit” is so high that your prices no longer serve your community, you’re doing it wrong!! Won’t be shopping there nor donating any more.

This store deserves more than 5 stars. I would give them 10 if I could. I always find the most beautiful clothes there for my granddaughter and myself. Good selection of furnishings and art. I've picked up quite a few pairs of shoes at great prices. The staff is phenomenal. I'm always greeted with a smile when I go in and they're always working hard on the floor. The store is always clean and well organized. The bathrooms are clean and stocked. This is my favorite store out of all the Goodwills in the area. Great job guys!

Goodwill has gone ridiculously expensive for the things they sell overall, but this one in particular is has bad customer service to boot. Line of 10 being helped by a single slow cashier.There are better places to spend your money at.

I don’t understand for the life of me how they have the nerve to charge 4.79 for a used Walmart brand t shirt that was donated to them. Prices have gotten ridiculous for abandoned/used items that they do not even allow you to try on before buying. People who are thrift shopping are taking a chance. The item may have flaws, may not fit, and is certainly dirty and used. Thrift shoppers can’t afford $5 a shirt. This adds up far too much for only half the items to even work.

I love this goodwill, yet they have very nice people working there; as well as plenty of cool items!!! And yk even though it's a little smaller than some goodwills, it still has plenty in store...ESPECIALLY with halloween being right around the corner!!! (30 days away)Anyway yeah this is a great place to pass the time with shopping for clothes at good prices (mostly!)

Very high prices. Goodwill in general has prices that are barely “thrift” prices but this store has some crazy high priced donated goods. A pair of shoes, used, $33. A camo coin purse, $4.57…every item in over priced.

I love this store! They have the CUTEST clothes. I finally found a thrift store that carries smaller sizes for women that's not just junior style. They have a great selection of every size in every category. They also have really great sales. When I went they were doing 75% off of anything red tag. I would just recommend that they somehow separate the toddler sizes better and carry more stuff for toddlers. I will be going to this thrift store as much as possible!!!

A friend took a backpack to the register. It had a blue tag,which was 50% off. The scan bar part of the ticket was missing so they had to get a new ticket. When they brought it out it had the current week tag on it. It was no longer 50 % off.Also.. the new price increase is outrageous! It's sad when you see a thrift store try to sell something for what you could buy it new.After the response from Goodwill I need to clarify what happened. The item was clearly marked with a blue tag attached. Someone tore off the scan bar. When it returned to her at the register it had the current week color on it. She did not get the 50%off.She is elderly and didn't want to create a scene. The lines were long. Out of courtesy for others She did not want to hold the other customers up.

We liked the store and didn't think it was priced too high. Men's pants are all 3.00 and 4.00 dollars, tees 2.00, blouses and shirts 3.00. Could use a bigger selection of used furniture though. Not a lot of housewares and what they have is poor quality, but that is apparently what is being donated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean. Ample parking.

I got some really nice clothes. Goodwill like everything else has gone up on some things but overall it's a great store. Clean and well organized. Goodwill no longer furnishes bags so bring your own.

Always a pleasant experience when I shop here. With the employees and women's Jean selection mainly. I mean, the wife likes these jeans that are from $100 to $200 a pair. I got her 6 nice pair today (yes she approved them after trying on) for $35. And Gentlemen, if youre looking for jeans here...........good luck cuz ive gotten 1 pair and have been coming here for 2yrs. Guess its my tall skinny build.

Had just a few minutes to spare and wow they have a lot of name brand items for almost nothing. Did get door knobs not opened for 3.00 a piece and I needed 4 so it was worth going for just that!!! Saved a lot of cash that I thought was going to be spent at Lowe's.

Good employees whom are very helpful. Nice clean store that's very easy to navigate. Abundance of affordable items that everyone can enjoy. You can find everything from necessities to entertainment. Wish the parking lot was a little bigger though sometimes it gets pretty full. 😊

We love the shop! Top quality resale. And special sale of 75% off on many items every Friday and Saturday! That allows the ones hurting more financially than others to purchase better quality resale that they otherwise couldnt afford. I'm sure it helps clear out excess inventory too. The team that's running the Ozark MO shop are doing a fantastic job! They know what they are doing, they are committed to their work and it shows! Someone is constantly straightening and organizing, which helps customers find the best deals, thereby increasing their sales. Good job on the displays too! And keeping prices and multiples on product and clearly visable. They watch closely for anyone ready to check out, and I have never seen a rude or impatient clerk yet! Always a smile and kindness! Wish you could give them all a bonus, lol! Maybe I'll make some brownies for them next time I visit!E Moore

good will wasn’t as good as i’ve seen in a long time. limited in the items in there. that store used to be so full of great things. needed things. n the most affordable things. since on line goodwill. the good will store has gone way way down i like to get out n shop. the girl at the counter told me to go to online goodwill. great things are on there. almost like she didn’t want to have interaction w people. just virtual. sad to me. n i wish to return someday n see it better than ever instore

Mostly clothes. The store is clean and the staff is nice but there's just not much else there. A few isles of housewares like dishes and knick knacks and a shelf of old kitchen appliances. It's not like the ones in larger cities but it's a good looking store.

Looks like the fitting rooms are still closed due to COVID which makes ZERO sense considering every other retailer is open. I can bring my item home and try it on and return it, to me that's even more exposure to the store. And no one wipes down Carts at all anymore.. Also this location has switched its pricing structure again. I struggle to understand where they get their pricing guidelines. Items from target and walmart are priced higher then I can but it new? I always donate items to area thrift stores but its becoming harder to find one that still prices things reasonable to want to donate to them. I can remember when thrift stores were thrift stores not department stores that sold used merchandise and based on their pricing it's getting ridiculous.....

Slightly smaller than most Goodwill stores that I've been to. Fitting size for Ozark! Huge selection of clothing, but rather thin on some other areas like furniture. Well organized, friendly staff, clean, and sanitizing with COVID procedures. Worth a stop!

This store was clean and organized. They have a bunch of Christmas items. The cashier seemed a little rude but nothing to bad I couldn't deal with.
