Had to stop in a get some gloves, so glad I did. Very large assortment of gloves. This is overall a really great store. Super friendly and helpful staff. I got two pair of gloves, light duty and heavy duty. Both are great and a great price

Great store. Good prices on feed & farming needs. Great prices on posts and hardware is free with purchase. Knowledgeable employees & kickbacks when you spend X amount of money. It all adds up. Has a little bit of everything. Beats big box stores.

Employees are kinda rude. A customer was grabbing chicks because there weren't any signs saying to ask an employee and the "to-go" boxes were just sitting there. Eventually an employee showed up and started with an attitude that the employees needed to do that. He acted as if we all new that and continued how he can't hire someone to stand there. That's not how you talk to customers. You don't give them sas. Period.

I would like to give these guys and gals 5 stars for unlocking the doors and allowing my family and I into the store during a tornado warning. It was scary as it came on all of a sudden on our way to Branson. My wife was hysterical and taking cover behind the pallets of concrete or something in the front of the store. A big thank you from the Naas family!!!!!

I'd give this store a zero if I could this is the 4th time I've come in here to shop, Everytime I get a electric cart (I'm hand capped ) they're always dead tonight went in and there 2 carts sitting side by side not plugged in so thought ok they're charged up hell no one was completely dead and he other got me about 30 ft in a d died . Ask for manger and they didn't call her up to the front won't ever shoo here again and will not recommend it to anyone

I was there for over 1.5hrs looking for a new pair of boots. Not a single employee offered to help but multiple walked by. The cashier was very rude at checkout and felt like she didn't care about the customers at all. All in all your staff needs to be retrained on customer service

Friendly, personal service like Sam Walton used to practice in the old days. Bentonville took the key cutters out of Wally World and put in robots that cut keys for 6 bucks. How about “no?”

Do not place an online order! They don't check their computer for online orders regularly. Twice I've had the order not be ready, and once they were out of my dogfood even though their website showed they had 7 bags! Such a hassle. I have to find someplace reliable to order from now.

Tried to arrange for pick up and warranty on a mower. Used them last year. No problems at all.This year. Not great.Didn’t show ,twice, to pick up. Last time. Manager said she called. iPhone tells a different story. I have no confidence that thinks that they can say that and get away with it!Going to a store in N Springfield.

I couldn't have had a better experience here with my family. I will always stop by every time I'm in the Branson area.We came in needing boots and shortly after arriving, we were greeted by Tyler who gave us a lot of information about brands, sizes, and helped us find boots that fit us perfectly. I ended up leaving with more than I came in for, but it was well worth it. The prices here are great and the help we received finding what we needed was even better than the great prices.Danny (one of the managers I believe) also stopped by to make sure we were getting what we needed and I had a great conversation with him.Everyone in the store was great and I'd like to thank Tyler and Danny for helping us get what we needed!- Eric

Some are high priced but for a good reason.... lifetime warranties. Best local place to shop for my girl.11/25/2023I purchased a noble outfitters vest that was supposed to be 25% off on Black Friday. It rang up full price and when I said there shouldn't have been a25% off sign if it wasn't on sale they just said sorry they couldn't fix it. Very disappointed.

Neat, clean store with a massive selection that goes way beyond what the name suggests. Great shoe department for the whole family, unique gifts, throwback snacks and bottled sodas. Fun just to stroll through or a good stop off if you need something. Nearly anything.
