I'm not sure what percentage of these items are Amazon customer returns, but it's high. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that. I've worked for Amazon for 22 years and many returns are perfectly good items. If you see a label that starts with LPN, that's an Amazon return. I've been told that returns are sold by the pallet load for pennies on the dollar, but I'm not seeing a ton of deep discounts on every item. That, and less than top notch organization are the only reason I knock a star off.

Their sign claims to have amazing deals on a lot of stuff. But no, it’s very expensive. Nothing is cheap here. Also with the reviews I’ve seen about the owner paired with the crazy prices, I will not be coming here anymore.

I have read many of the reviews and can refute many.....however there is two I will address. One I am family, true, but I love having worked here for the last five years with several other employees having been here longer than me. Obviously not a bad place to work if you are willing to actually work, and go by company policy....not hard.....all of us have to do it. Two, we are absolutely not racist. Our family is white, black Hispanic, and Porto Rican. I myself am married to an incredible woman who just so happens to be black.....and we have two teenage kids together. Don't believe the hype, come see for yourself.

Absolutely do not work here. If you don’t do things to Juanita’s perfect standards she will fire you. I just got fired because I called off 3 days for sick days the first day they just let me go without asking for anything. The second day they asked for a doctors note but I wasn’t going to go to the doctor when I knew what the problem was already, but she wouldn’t listen to that, and the 3rd time I had found out that I have back problems and I did bring in a note because she was threatening to fire me. Two days after I bring the note in I get fired for not having my phone in my locker. The highlighted sections are why I got fired. I may not be in the right here but I do not recommend any young people working there I am in the worst place I have ever been in and I’m hoping being fired from that hell they call a Christian discount store will help me.

Bought a hammock stand here and the welding on it snapped the first time we got to sit in it. Had it less than 12 hours. When we went in to talk to the staff we were told “ all sales are final, sorry”.

This place is unbelievable! Really remarkable as to what they have available! There are so many items in this store that it'd take me hours to list but some things you can find here..believe it or not are the following: furniture, household items & goods, food, pet food & items, appliances, clothing, cleaning supplies, yard work tools, etc. This is just to name a few of the things you'll find here. You truly need to check this place out for any of your needs. Also, the prices can't be beat anywhere; as far as I'm concerned.

This is a horrible place to shop. Came in with my 80 year old Ukrainian parents. One of them happened to open a package of a tablecloth they were going to buy just to check how big it was since they don’t really know english at all. Owner came up to us yelling and telling us accusing us of stealing trying to kick us out and recording us acting like a complete out of control child which was super embarrassing. We told her we were going to get it and pay and it was a misunderstanding. however she started to say racist things to us like “you russian” in a bad tone. For a Christian owned place i’m super disappointed. I told my parents that we should leave our stuff and just leave because she was being so disrespectful however she decided to call the police. When the police came you could tell they knew the whole situation already. The police were super nice and told us that the owner is completely nuts and we just shouldn’t come here again to avoid drama with her. They're obviously not doing very well because they're so worried if someone's going to steal one of their discounted items and completely forgot all about friendly customer service. my parents have previously loved going to this store but we won’t ever be going back and I recommend you don’t either unless you want your time wasted and to be completely dehumanized.

Such an assortment of random stuff! Clothing, furniture, electronics, shoes, decor! They do have 2 dressing rooms and things change every day! They usually have kids toys too!

This cool discount store has it all. A huge collection of priced to go furniture, and the biggest on sale shoe section I've seen in a store in a while, to trinkets, clothes, accessories, towels, dishes, you name it this place probably has something that goes with it for a decent price that doesn't rob ur bank. There's fitting rooms too if you wanna try on some of the clothes they have for sale. Something for everyone I swear!

Sad to have to give negative feedback but it was earned well. I in good conscience cannot recommend this store. The people who work here are very rude. The quality of the items is subpar. We experienced extreme racism which I don’t see often from the second we walked in. They wanted to let us know if they were watching us as if we were going to steal they claim to be Christians but don’t know the first thing about love or manners. My coworker was profiled heavily. She came up to him and to let him know she was watching him on camera. As if he was going to steal for being black. I thought America was past this. This lady isn’t. My coworker came in to buy in bulk for our company. He was treated like a suspect by this angry bitter lady. No respect here even for veterans. They need to learn how to run a business. They even have a sign saying that you are subject to search when you come in as if they’re the police. Very expensive too, Goodwill is best

I love this type of place so have been to many. This one is one of the best. They are organized, the items are better quality then most. The staff is very friendly and the deals range from good to excellent. If you want a unique gift, go here. If you feel like a treasure hunt, go here. If you are looking for something specific, try here first. You never know what they'll have.

I have been into this store a few times and this is the first time I have considered rating them.It was a very pleasant experience staff was very helpful when I had questions and she was very pleasant as well. Normally when I have been in there you are constantly getting followed around and asked every 2 min if there is something they can help you find. ( Very annoying, and overwhelming) it made me not like to go into that store. but this was a very different experience and I was very pleased. I will definitely go back to that store the next time I'm in town there.

My mom was kicked out of the store because of her service dog. When she tried to show them her Dr issued paper they said it didn't matter. I have read similar reviews about this store. Wish I had known that before showing her this place. We both loved this store but unfortunately will not be back. It's too bad because the last time I was there the owner told me about how people try to steal from the store. We are good honest people, but because of a 4 lb Yorkie service dog they prefer people who steal more than us.

Came here on my birthday with my 3 month old son, husband, and 80+yr old parents. Woman accused me in front of many people of opening, unscrewing, and sticking packages in my pocket. I tried to show the woman my sons bottle in my pocket because I thought that might be what she was concerned about. And I said “I wasn’t opening anything or stealing”. She then stated I “needed to get my smart mouth a$$ out of her face and out of her store”. I was trying to tell my parents and husband and the woman flipped out as they were coming around the corner. She got even madder when she saw my husband and the fact that he has many tattoos and made comments about it saying “she could discriminate against anyone that she wanted because it is America and that he looks uneducated”. When I told the lady she needed to stop and we were leaving and not coming back anyways she decided to call the cops telling me she had me on camera opening packages and stealing. I said ok and waited for the cops. While waiting for the cops the lady just continued talking hatefully. Even called her “brother” over to get in my face. Because I guess a 100lb tiny blonde girl saying I didn’t steal and waiting for the cops silently complying made her feel threatened. The woman also made sure to not say these things whenever we tried recording it and she saw that we were. Cops talked to me and basically said that they would suggest me not going back and that they are always getting calls and dealing with the owners acting like this and how ridicules it was. Cops were nice and polite toward me. Anyone who knows me would know I have served this community in Ozark and SF for over 10+yrs in healthcare and I am by far not this type of person. I hope this place gets shut down. I have seen multiple reviews similar to this. The store also has it to where you can’t review or comment on anything on FB or other social media so I assume they try and hide how bad they are. Included a picture of the person who said they were the owner doing this. It won’t let me upload a video.

Do not ever shop at this overpriced junk store that has some overpaid janitor who thinks he is Columbo and one daddy's girl who think she is a female Steven Segal who stomps her feet and says boo joo I am daddy's girl I will accuse you of idiotic things like the cop that we had to call because of her 3 year old temper tantrum for stealing a piece of gum and hiding the video of her temper tantrum and The police said he was always calling the police on idiotic things So unless you want to be falsely accused of being part of a drama that even the police are tired of this them unless you want to watch over paid employees are play out a drama because they are bored and lonely and bored and broke

Chambers is awesome! They always have new stuff pretty regularly so it's worth it to stop in and check it every few weeks. Prices on the items are always really good too and the staff is always really friendly and helpful. It's definitely a variety store because you can get anything from groceries to furniture and anything in between. It has a discount / flea market feel but in all the right ways! I highly recommend checking it out if you never have!

I purchased a pair of shoes for my 3 year old daughter Christmas eve they were a size to small. So I go into the store to simply swap them not thinking it would be an issue that's when wainita the manager says all sales are final now get out. I don't know a company that's operates or behaves this way.

went into this store with family, and while looking around the "owner" came up and accused my wife of stealing cuz she put my sons bottle in her pocket after he ate, and proceeded to harass us because of my tattoos and piercing, and called me uneducated. said she had us on camera and i said ok thats fine we didnt do anything. she continued to bring up the fact that i had tattoos. and that she was going to have her brother inlaw come up and kick us out of the store and that he had way more tattoos that i have ever seen in my life(he had like 2). and as i was leaving he came walking up in which i would assume is some form of chicken dance trying to intemidate my wife still badgered her saying she was stealing and was going to call the cops, we said thats ok call them. they came and laughed at her and told us she was being ridiculous. so i would stay way from this place if you have tattoos or piercings cus this lady discriminates aginst anyone who is. and she in her own words "doesnt care, and will discriminate aginst anyone she wants."

Not a bad store but very little stuff has a good discount. I know many of these stuff is target since I shop there a lot and the prices are pretty close to original price. I get better deals buying stuff from the other stores with a good return policy. (Many stuff here is non returnable, if not all) They really should consider changing their prices a bit, especially if it has some kind of damage on it.

Purchased an outdoor bench in a box from here. It was large, so I had to borrow a trailer to get it home. The next day, I opened the box and found that it was damaged. I called to see if I could arrange an exchange. They said if I could get it back to the store in the next 3 hours, they may consider an exchange, but also said it was “almost a definite NO. All sales are final”. Now I have an unusable bench, no way to get it back to the store, and have to go to work. This place is a scam that in more concerned with money than customers. If you MUST purchase from Chambers, demand to take all the boxes fully apart and inspect everything before paying for it.

The 80% off store gets different items every week or two interesting things! Including some electronics, I bought a movie projector that connects to my TV or laptop computer and plays movies on the wall it's a projector bought it for $60! They get good deals every week different products all the time come visit 80% off store call chambers! If you're in Branson come see Chambers trust me you'll be happy that you did! It's on Jackson Street behind the McDonald's in Ozark Missouri! 35 minutes down from Branson off of highway 65! Chambers 80% off store they sell everything from clothing furniture electronics lots of other things also food awesome place!

Probably one of the coolest "Discount" places I have been to. Huge selection of house hold appliances, furniture, clothing, and just about everything in-between. Never have I walked into a store saying "I don't need a microwave" then proceeded to walk out with a microwave cause the deal was way too good to pass up. About walked out with a ski ball machine too. Actual unbeatable prices.

Very rude staff!!!!!!! No customer service what so ever!!! The clerk laughed in my face. I will not bring them our business and will make sure everyone I know, will do the same! All of the produce is expired. Candy are hard. Chocolates are stale. Their items from target are the same price as I can buy on sale at the target store who on the other hand treat their customers with great service. They want same price for merchandise that is defective, broken or chipped as any big chain retailer. We bought a toaster from there paying $100 only to come home, turning it on realizing it doesn't work properly. They will not return or exchange anything, they just laugh in your face. I can not get over how rude and disrespectful the staff is at chambers. If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would!
