We have used Caroline's for 10 years now. Debbie who is the manager is Great and Haley also. Lexi loves it so much that when we turn off the highway she barks the whole time until we pull in and park the car. Now she is in the senior section and still loves going! She walks in goes right past the girls and wants in right away to play. Give them a try!

Boarded my sweet 11 year old chihuahua there for 2 nights. He seemed happy and content when I picked him up. Even gave me a thank you kiss. Thank you Carolines for taking good care of my baby.

My dog Bailey has been going there for 6 years. (Her whole life). Previously I have had other dogs and they have all gone there. I can always count on my pets being well taken care of. They get to interact with the staff and other dogs. Bailey is always happy to go but glad to see us when we pick her up. I really appreciate all the staff. They are kind and caring.

Caroline's Pet Motel is THE BEST boarding experience I've ever had as a lifetime dog owner/lover! I never worry for their care, safety, health or happiness when leaving them! No cages...actual rooms, which is fabulous for our 3, who stay in a family room together! Can't recommend enough!!!!

The staff is amazing and they care for your fur babies as if they were their own. My dogs come home so tired and worn out from all the playing, and Lisa makes them pretty and smell good! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. I highly recommend Caroline's!!!

A very safe and caring environment for our two Brittanies. They are active dogs and the staff there makes sure they have plenty of play time with others. When we can't take Gunner and Charlie with us, we always feel comfortable leaving them at Caroline's Papmered Pets. Highly recommend if you are in the Ozark Missouri area.

The staff at Caroline's is just the best! They love my dog like he is there own, and he LOVES his play days there. When I need to board him, Caroline's is my first call because I know I can trust them to care for my dog the way I would.

This is a great place to take your dog for daycare! But if your dog has special needs and or prescription medicines, i would go elsewhere that way you get better communication from the staff. I would definitely be precise on what your dogs needs and or can't have because they will do things with your dog without telling you, and or sign off on prescription medicine that they never gave your dog when they should have. Kirk the owner was very apologetic which was very much appreciated. I think the employees need more training and not just be there for a paycheck.

I have been taking my dogs to Caroline's for many years and have always found the staff welcoming, accommodating and kind. I have two American Bullies who can be a lot to handle sometimes but the staff have always taken great care of both my girls Rebel and Juma and previous pups (Tito and Veda). I would highly recommend anyone with bullbreeds to bring their babies here. They will be treated like the big babies they are.

I have been taking my dogs to Caroline’s for over a decade. Even with the ownership change my fur-babies can’t wait to go when we say “gonna go to Caroiines and play with my friends” . They are boxers and can be stubborn, but the staff has always been great. Buddy and Spud give them 5 stars for sure.

I want to give five stars but I’m a little frustrated. I picked my two dogs up tonight. They seem great, the staff was nice, the boarding experience seems to have gone well on both ends. My frustration is with the lack of information. The final bill came out quite a bit higher than I expected. I asked about the charges because I was a little confused as to why it was so much higher. The receptionist was nice and explained the charges, 2 nights and meds. My dogs only stayed one night, I did pick up in the evening. I asked if they charge per day instead of per night which has been my experience with most places. She informed me that because they stayed past 11 today that I was charged for two nights. She said that check out is at 11 and if they stay past that it is considered another day. No one had explained this to me and there were many opportunities to do so. This is my first experience here and the staff was aware of this as they gave me a discount for my first boarding appointment which is great. But when I scheduled the appointment and when I dropped off I was asked “will you be picking up in the morning or afternoon?” Both times I said afternoon and just assumed they wanted to make note of it. It would have been super simple to say at either, or both of those times, “just so you know that will be considered an additional full day because check out is at 11.” Then I would have known what to expect. I did not see anything about this posted on the website or in the lobby. I could have missed it but even if it’s posted I feel it should be mentioned as a courtesy to clients. I am happy with the care my dogs received and will be using their services again as they seem knowledgeable about dog behavior and my girls seem to be well cared for during their stay. I just wish there had been a little more communication with me especially since I am a new client.

This was the second time my 11 year old cat, Ellie, stayed at Caroline's and I am so pleased with how things went for her. I trust the folks who cared for her and she looked wonderful after staying there for 2 weeks. It's hard to leave your beloved pet for that long but I felt she was in excellent hands. I love that they post a picture of their guests on Facebook so we can see our baby's. Knowing that Ellie had a two room kitty condo and has play and exercise time also helped me feel confident in the care she received. I feel like the folks there have a real heart for the pets in their care. Caroline's will always be my go to place to board my pets.

The facility is very accommodating. The staff is kind, helpful and loves pets. The service is consistently good. Taking our dog to Caroline's is always a joy because our dog loves it....everytime!

I suggest taking a tour of the entire day"care" before bringing your dog and money here. It seems more like a jail, between not being able to see the sky and grass outside to the dogs being screamed at and dragged by their collars. There were dogs stepping in pee and poop that had been just left on the floor. Dogs are not allowed toys and the workers seemed to just sit around instead of interacting with them.

We have used other boarding facilities in the past, but we found our selves in a position of not being able to use them. We decided to give Caroline's a try and we are sooooo glad we did!!We were a bit worried as we were leaving for 11 days BUT when I went to pick them up they wanted to stay lolVery very happy with this place! Highly recommend!

I’ve been bringing my pups here for a couple of years now. I have always loved them but I just picked my dogs up after a 5 day stay and they reek of urine. I understand that they may not come home smelling like roses after playing with other dogs all day, but the stench of urine on my dogs is very concerning. I’m not sure that we will use Caroline’s any longer.

My dog loves this Caroline's and I am pretty confident they love my dog. It is a great place for him to go during some rainy days to burn some energy! I never feel like I need to worry about him when he is there!!The Staff is awesome!

Left my 2 kitties for 4 days. Picked them up and noticed they kept panting. My cats have never pant. I had to drive home quickly to feed them and give them water. This is a perfect place for dogs but not cats. I know many think cats can be left alone for hours but not like this. Not without water and food. When I got home, that is when I realized the food container I gave them to feed them wasn’t even half empty. My cats were starved…Please believe the low rating reviews. They only upload 1 picture of them on Facebook and show their nice facilities.

I have never wrote a review before today.I Have been taking my dogs here for years. Since the new ownership over the past year I have noticed some changes… and not good ones. I picked up my dogs today only for me to notice once they were in the car that they were covered in pee and had skin breakdown from laying in urine. Which I have noticed from earlier reviews my dogs are not the first that this has happened to. So as I notice the smell of urine and breakdown spots on the ride home, I call to get their side of things on what’s going on. It’s past 11 so I get no answer. So I leave a review explaining how I was disappointed, knowing I could change the review for the better at a later time once it was addressed. I soon get a call from the owner who called me a “coward” for not talking to him before I posted my review. Also at this time he stated he would “publicly attack” me since “that is what I did to him and his business.” I was very thrown off by the whole phone call and did not think I would ever get treated this way by someone who owns a business and wants to bring in more clientele. I was just hoping to get this addressed, change my review and not have to worry about my dogs while we’re on vacation. I wanted to give them another chance even though friends and family do not bring their pets here for the same reason. Instead I was told the reason they were smelling of urine and had sores was due to my “poor training”and “training them to pee on each other.” Also stated that my dogs come in smelling of urine and with sores, which I find ironic due to them having baths before they were boarded. Instead of the problem being fixed it was turned into everything I had done wrong as a paying customer. I would never expect this from a business owner (to be publicly attacked.) I guess writing a $500 dollar check will only get you unprofessionalism, defended neglect and “publicly attacked.” We will not be coming back. Would not recommend taking your pets here, the neglect your pets experience will be defended by the owner. The customer is not always right at Caroline’s, as you can see from earlier comments on customer reviews.

I would highly recommend this place! I started taking my dog here as soon as she was vaccinated and she LOVES it. She was a very small and usually shy Italian greyhound and she has gained so much independence and bravery since she started going.

We’ve been taking Blue to them since she was a puppy. They have always been so good to her. Everyone is so nice and the facility is clean. She always smells amazing after a bath there, too! 5 stars for sure!

We will no longer take our dogs to Caroline's. Since changing hands it's not the same. Less communication, much less, if any, photos of our dogs and the last visit they reeked of urine. I accept they will be a little smelly but it was WAY beyond that. They went from the car and straight to the bathroom for a bath. It was literally that bad. We leave them in their care believing they are being cared for but we were let down.

Hands down one of the best-run facilities I've ever seen! They took care of our Rooney while we were away for a week. He wasn't well-socialized with other dogs just by nature of where we live. However, they worked with him, followed his lead and kept him with a small group to start. As he became more comfortable, they graduated him to the next level. This exceeded my expectations!We called almost daily and they provided clear and concise updates on how he was doing. The pictures they posted were great as it shows the dogs just being themselves...no posed pics! Our pup looked happy and healthy!He came back tired, but that is to be expected. I would strongly recommend Caroline's to anyone looking for high quality boarding that doesn't just limit the dogs to a crate. Caroline's gets a 10 out of 10!
