I was at the store on Thursday March 14th. I was looking at the keys and other items the employee and owner don't get onto their customers for touching the items. The location in my town gets onto their customers for looking at the keys blanks and putting them back on the same rack but in a different location on the rack. Also they get onto you for touching the expensive sunglasses.

Started going exclusively to this location for their dog food reward program (buy 10 get the 11th free). Exceptional customer service, not once have I walked into this store without someone asking me if I needed help finding anything, etc. highly recommend coming here.

Great customer service! I have been in this store several times for different things and have always been greeted at the door and asked how I could be helped finding something Recently, I went in looking for some machine screws and was promptly greeted and escorted to the right area. The employee stayed and helped me find the right sized machine screws and all the other matching sized items (washers, wing nuts, nuts and locking nuts). I had a great experience there and really appreciated the excellent customer service.

It's a great neighborhood hardware store. Sure beats running into one of the big box stores. They seem to have everything Lowe's has. The service used to be great. Had someone always right there to help, but lately, this seems to be less and less. It's still a great place to go. You can get the help you need, you just need to stand in the aisle, and someone will be around to help.

I enjoy shopping at this ACE, the staff is always so friendly, helpful, and quick. I frequently need help finding things and they always help me immediately. In other hardware stores I wonder around for a long time and have to find someone to ask for help. These guys are great!!

This long time family owned hardware store is so friendly & efficient! It's a breath of fresh air compared to the service of the big box stores where you're lucky to even being able to find a customer service employee anywhere except at the customer service desk. The store employees make you feel like you're the most important person in their store & they're always happy to answer questions, steer you in the right direction for your purchase & will carry your heavy items to the register & then to your car. I'm a woman, not a handyman, so I greatly appreciate the special services they provide me every time I'm in their wonderfully helpful store. 5 stars! I'm also an Ozark small business owner at Hardhatgear so I realize excellence in service.

We live in Springfield, but went to this Ace Hardware, because we were in the area. We just needed a couple of small cable clamps. We were offered service as soon as we walked in the door. The young man only found our item, and he offered to cut the cable that we had purchased at another store previously. We were very impressed!

Love these guys! Always ready to help you find what you need. They offer knife sharpening which is cool to watch. They also make replacement keys for almost any vehicle. They offer lawn care tools and service....the list goes on and on.

I had forgotten they were there! I found them again while doing an online search for UPS drop offs in my area. I was so glad! When I dropped off my pkg I browsed around the store and they have a very nice store with loads of items and they are super friendly people. I'm so glad I did that online search! I don't usually get over that way and it just slipped my mind that they were over there. Highly recommend!

I will come here over Lowes/Home Depot any day if I can: Genuinely friendly, but must importantly helpful. I'll gladly pay extra for something if the customer service is genuine and great, and this store has figured out that formula.
