The staff went above and beyond to make my larger, sometimes intimidating dog feel comfortable. Both the assistant and the doctor got on the floor to ease his stress. They even followed up after the visit to check on him. While prices are higher, the excellent service makes it worth it. I'll definitely be returning.

I have taken many animals to this VET and everytime, I am 100% pleased with the visit.Anything from overall appearance of lobby, exam rooms, friendliness of staff, knowledge of Vets and vet techs.They really take the time to understand what's going on with your pet friend and how you are doing with the situation.10/10 would recommend

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Best Friends Animal Hospital when our beloved dog, Ranger, was suffering from severe allergies. From the moment we called, they went above and beyond to accommodate us promptly.First and foremost, their ability to get Ranger in for an appointment as soon as possible was truly remarkable. We were concerned about his discomfort, and their responsiveness and willingness to prioritize his well-being were incredibly reassuring.Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. Their compassion and understanding immediately put us at ease. The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, which further instilled confidence in the quality of care we could expect.The veterinarian who attended to Ranger was not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also displayed a deep passion for animals. Their expertise was evident as they explained the diagnosis and treatment options to us in a clear and understandable manner.Thanks to the outstanding care provided by Best Friends Animal Hospital, Ranger's allergies have significantly improved, and he is back to his happy and energetic self. This place is a blessing to our house hold and to our fur babies. We have a st.bernard/German shepherd mix and beagle. Our big girls had issues at other vets bc of their size, and we was worried they didn't want to get near them. This place loves on them and cares for them as much as they can.the ladies live our beagle boy Charlie. We appreciate the phone call updates on our babies. When we have a issues they will try their best to get them in asap, and we appreciate it soon much, this family is sticking around. I know people worry about prices but at the end of the day, what are you gonna do??

We have had a really difficult time finding a nice veterinarian that we click with. I recently Tagged along with my mom and her dog to Best Friends (because she was also wanted a new vet and it was their first appointment) and I loved it. The lobby was big and clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms were big and they get you back right a way. I made an appointment that day to get my animals seen. The first appointment for animal #1 was last week and everything went great. The vet was also very kind and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all my questions. Another thing I like is that it is easy to get ahold of someone on the phone.

Hi there, my name is Diesel and I am a four-legged chocolate lab. I come here for my regular check-ups with Doctor Carmen and I feel like I am a regular even though I don’t come in regularly, the staff all know me and think I am adorable! If you ask me, I am pretty stinkin’ cute, so that fits but these people are true animal lovers.They do a good job of taking care of me and I am always happy to go get my check-up. Doctor Carmen and her staff make the medical shots/thermometer probing bearable with all the tasty snacks and belly tickles that distract me!The facility is always clean and the staff always has a permanent smile on their faces with all the patients! To say that I am spoiled here and feel that my medical care is top notch is an understatement! My people drive thirty minutes to this place and pass several other doggy docs along the way because of how awesome this one is. Hey all you furry friends…want you to know this is where you want to go for all your medical needs. They made me feel like a rock star when I was there and took excellent care of me. They desk humans are the best and the humans that operated on me were top notch. Didn’t feel a thing..and I was back to my normal shenanigans in days! I heard my human tell someone they were quick to get me in too. So go to Best Friends and tell them Birdie sent ya🐶

I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else and owning 2 elderly dogs (16 and 17 year olds) we are at the vets frequently. Every employee here cares about my dogs. The Vets are all knowledgeable and have been able to quickly resolve any health issues my dogs have had. They never push me to spend money and attempt to do unnecessary treatment.I love that the staff all are super helpful and nice to work with. I know that they are all true animal lovers and treat my old men like their own.

I won't take my babies anywhere else. Yes I drive a good stretch to get there but it is completely worth it. I wouldn't take my children to just any doctor and the same goes for my fur babies. I have a service dog with anxiety and special dietary needs. I know with confidence and trust that EVERYONE here is going to take the best care of my loves. I know they will treat them as if they are their own. 110% worth the drive and the money. Thank you all for all you do ❤

My dachshund was at the end of his life.... they had seen both before.... these people are professional and they truly care not only about your pet but about you as well. I have never had such good care both at the time of treatment as well as after.My oldest dachshund passed away on the way to their clinic.. they were so passionate with us then and sent a sweet condolences card after. I would recommend this wonderful clinic to every single person that I talk to. The photo is of our lost family member.

Great service! We were in a bind being new to the area and needed to get our pup in quickly. They got us in and our service was exceptional! Everyone was very friendly and caring, also all had a smile on their faces! We also made a follow up appointment for another dog we have for grooming, picked him up today and he looks great! Would definitely highly recommend!

Due to unfortunate circumstances, after 25 years I was faced with finding a new vet clinic to care for my furry friends. I am that crazy dog momma that holds their medical care to the same standard as my own. After our first visit, I found peace and comfort knowing that I found a place that will fulfill those needs. I absolutely dislike this establishment because I took my kitten here and they said she just had diarrhea but no, 2 weeks later she became unable to walk and do anything for herself, And me and my daughter are scared she might pass. So please get better nurses or doctors or give out true information about sick animals. We will never be coming back here again!!

Update: Still an amazing place for your fur family! Best staff around!!The staff here is the best there is. I had my beagle for 4 years with another Vet, who didn't understand what her seizures were all about. I tried Best Friends in Ozark, and the first visit they had her diagnosed and on treatment the same visit. They go above and beyond on the care of your fur kid. They actually care!

I have been bringing my fur babies to BF since I moved to Missouri 10 yrs ago. I have loved the service and the people here. I just love Dr. Carmen and Dr. Sean and when I get a chance to see Dr. Jack, it’s always fun. Kelly has been a constant since I’ve been here, and I just love her. Very helpful and kind. This staff has cared for all my animals, and that’s a lot. They care and want to make their patients and their owners as comfortable as possible.I’ve never had a single complaint. Even when I’ve had to put babies down, the care and kindness I have felt has been comforting. I truly can not say enough good about this place. Thank you Best Friends Ozark!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place, but I'm going to try. My family has been taking our dogs to this place since May 2018. In this small amount of time our family got a new dog and we have taken my older dog here. We have taken them here for shots, check-ups, kenneling, nail clipping, spaying and unfortunately to euthanize my older dog. Every time I have brought in my dog(s) I was always greeted with a friendly face. Every time I go in, I am there no longer than 20 minutes. I have seen 2 of the 3 vets there and they have been great with explaining what they think is going on and/or what they will be doing and what to expect. The vets helpers are always friendly and always gentle with the dog(s). They have also been helpful when it comes to my kids. When we got our puppy spayed, my daughter had an allergic reaction to something that was used on the dog (this is absolutely not the vets fault in any way), I went up there and asked if I could get a sample of what they used and I would pay, but Dr. Shawn gave it to me free of charge. I will continue bringing my dog and any other animals in the future here. They go above and beyond and I couldn't appreciate them more.

Willing to listen and very knowledgeable and easy to understand when it comes to your animals care and needs! This was our first visit and we found the Veterinarian and staff to be extremely friendly. They were gentle with our old and grumpy dog. She doesn't like strangers but they were able to work with her and get her to let them examine her without any fuss. The Vet was very understanding about our desire not to do anything invasive or unnecessarily expensive considering Holly is in her golden years and it is our desire to keep her comfortable, happy, and loved. She was given a Rx to help with nerve pain and inflammation at our visit. I was pleasantly surprised when a staff member called us a couple of days later to check on Holly and see how she was tolerating the medication. A huge step up from our previous vet clinic! I definitely recommend this facility to all pet owners.
