Alarms sound, screen flashes saying I didn't scan but bagged. Woman come overs and checks, yes in fact it's all scanned. She says oh I'm not sure why it does that, it tells us people are stealing when they aren't all the time. I guess be very aware shopping here. Luckily we were just passing through because I wouldn't go back.

I worked overnights at Owensville, MO. Employees are lazy, put crushed cans and smashed boxes on shelves, whos buying that. Management is non existent, they hire people over 70 and then wonder why nothing gets done.Rodney, Mende, Heather, smoky Mel, the store manager Glenn, you all are a joke, creepy people with no accountability.

By far one of the best Walmart I have been in. Very organized, clean with well stocked shelves. In most of these stores there is stuff picked up from one department and dropped in another. Just random stuff. I did not see this here. Very nice place. Decent shopping carts. Large selection of fruits and vegetables. I would highly recommend this place to stop and shop for all your needs.

This store is ok. It's clean and mostly stocked. Don't buy something too often, or they will stop selling it. That has happened to me multiple times. We, the customers, don't get low enough prices to have to play cashier as they only have two lines with cashiers. The rest are self checkout. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the long-time employees there are awesome. Walmart used to price match...now that's gone. Then ordering online for a pickup was great. If they were out of a product they would sub something else for the same price. You guessed it they stopped that too. Do better Walmart do better.

The cashiers are great. But there always out of things or not well stocked. They seem to try to push you to use self check out! I HATE self check out and so do many people I talk to!!!! Bring back good customer service! Not robots!!!

We shop at the Union, Mo. Walmart..Stopped in for bird seed...need to feed the birds. Good supply nicely stocked!Close and convenient!!

Everyone was really friendly. I used to go to the Walmart in Maplewood Mo where it wasn’t really all that great. But at this one, it was the total opposite. Great service and very clean.

I went to Owensville Walmart today and the lady at the return counter said she couldn't do my return because she was going home and I asked if they could do it at the register and she said maybe so as it was ONLY 1 ITEM. I went up where 2 workers are standing at the register doing absolutely nothing and they said "Nope that has to be done at the service counter" in a snotty tone. I said I have recently done returns at this register before and they refused to help or even ask if it could be done cutting me off abruptly with a "NO". I said nothing and walked away but snapped this picture showing that there were no customers at that register and maybe 2 people on another one. Pure laziness makes me sick! They no longer even have to check out customers and refuse a single item of return that had the receipt and was simply a bag of charcoal I had gotten a week ago. Ridiculous!

Store was clean and well organised. Employees were very friendly and helpful.I called Customer Service after already shopping there this day and forgetting to get a battery for my boat. Tammy was very helpful. Alexis in Sporting Goods located and had the one I needed in stock. I went back to the store that evening and purchased the battery and other items. Destiny checked me out at Customer Service.I was surprised by how nice and friendly these employees were to me. It was much appreciated by me. Good job ladies!I hope your employer appreciates you as much as I do. It's hard to find and keep good help these days.

Pickup is available if you know how to use a computer, or smart phone. There is only one lane with a cashier. Self check is available and 1 employee is usually available to assist you.

This Walmart is like all other Walmarts, it neither bad not good. The time of day and the day of the week will usually determine the type of shoppers you will run into. Some, if not most, of the staff are friendly and willing to help.*** UPDATE ***They have a decent selection of clothes, and of course the clothing style is area based. Lots of things on sale at the beginning of the year, but like every Walmart the men's clothing doesn't have much on sale.

I had a great experience. Nice employees, clean and shelves were stocked.They have a whole new section in the hair department for all hair types; finally! I'm so happy to be able to shop for my girls hair at the Owensville Walmart.

The doctor's appointment was 25 days ago. I've been calling the doctor and they've sent over my script multiple times. You all have refused to fill my $22 simply because I'm self pay.... You're playing with people's lives here. I'm lucky I haven't needed to go to the hospital. You all are leaving yourselves open to lawsuits.

The best one I've shopped in a long time. The associates were very helpful and friendly. The lady at self checkout was an angel. She has been at the store 40 years. It shows. This was the way Sam Walton taught customer service.

Been having trouble the last 2 days with printing my Baby Shower Invitations. (150 invites) Everytime we tried they would come out wrong. After a stressful 2 days of running back and forth multiple times a day while being pregnant n emotional and just wanting this done I went in again today to try again. Tess in the Photos Department was AMAZING. She worked with me untill we finally got them fixed and figured out. Amazing job and absolutley made my day! Thank you Tess!

Actually, I didn't go in. I stayed in the car while my husband went in for some lunch meat, fruits, and veggies. When he came out he said the store was pretty normal for a walmart. But some people just were very slow going.

The staff here is trying their best. Many people refuse the masks offered to them ans the workers continue to be upbeat and do their best to enforce their policies. The store is clean and well stocked. One of the best staff I've encountered in this cross country trip.

I've been, like everyone, to numerous Walmart's. I've recently relocated to the Union/Washington area, and have been to this Walmart on numerous occasions. Everytime, I've gone to this Walmart, I have found the staff very friendly and helpful. That's a great thing, considering this is a store I'll be frequenting often. I would highly recommend shopping at this Walmart, and I think you'll find your shopping experience will be a pleasant one. Happy shopping!

The only place I can get PediaSure with fiber that is prescribed to my daughter who needs it to grow strong and healthy for weight gain. Always helpful at pharmacy and always politeness and very kind to myself and my daughter. Thank you.

Love shopping at the Owensville Walmart because they keep it stocked where Washington seems to be out of lots of items. What I don't like is there are only 2 lanes where Walmart employees check out my groceries. I hate using the self check lanes. What happens to the checkers that were there? For any of us that are forced to use these lanes, then we should receive a sizeable discount to do a job that a Walmart employee previously did.

Good prices friendly service. Pharmacy staff very helpful and caring. The thing that bothers me the most is that you can never get any help at the jewelry counter. There's no one there and you have to go to the customer service desk for help each time. Lots of sales and clearance items.

Shelves are almost bare in every section of grocery dept since early 2020. ( covid ) Two entire years. All food is slim pickings. Miss being able to plan a meal instead of trying to make do with what is available to customers. Also, 12 employees standing around self checkout but never any employees on floor for needed assistance.
