Our six year old beagle had a minor emergency in mid-July, and since we were too far away from our regular vet in St. Louis, we thought we'd try Tri-County Veterinary Service in Owensville, Mo. There were other options available, but Tri-County had really good online reviews, and it turned out the reviews were absolutely accurate.The vet who helped us very quickly diagnosed what was going on with Fowler, and set us up with what turned out to be an almost immediate cure. We were probably correct in that it was something he ate, but it wasn't our fear that he had eaten some plastic - thankfully. It was instead something that caused spasms in his lower bowel.The quick service, excellent diagnosis and treatment, and the friendly helpful staff were immediately reassuring, and we are most grateful for their help. Their surprisingly reasonable pricing was a welcome bonus!

I took my dog in after she had been having skin problems for about 8 months and the vet there was very kind and gentle with my very nervous German shepherd and after less than a week on her new medication she is 1000x better. Her skin is clearing up and she feels so much better. I’m very happy I took her in to this vet and they helped her.

We are out of towner's and our little dog got attacked by a momma car protecting her kitten and was clawed in the eye. Dr. Vince and his staff helped us with our emergency in such a calming and professional manner. He helped our dog and then calmed me as well. We cannot say thank you enough! We are considering changing vets due to these folks

Dr Taylor and Tracy have gone out of their way for our pers. Treated them and us very well. He had to put down my cat Garfield recently and was caring and compassionate about it. Tracy worked us in to their schedule and a few days later we got a sympathy card in the mail for the passing of Garfield. I am very happy with their service they don't lecture or judge they help. I take my animals to tri-county all the time they are great with them and friendly with the owners too. If you have an emergency day or night you can call them anytime and get service right away. They keep you updated on your babies too. They might give you a high estimate and when you get the bill it's lower sometimes than you thought. I have even used them for farm animals and fair animals for the kids and they were great.

Dr Vince is a good man ... I believe he has a true heart for us fur baby lovers....a journey it’s been since loosing my 2 g girl dogs......Toxicity mold spores is a Silent Killer. I hope our State becomes more knowledgeable...Lives forever changed . 😢🤧😷🤢

I chose this vet due to my living within 5 min of there. Upon meeting him, I liked him a lot. My dog is a rambunctious pitbull, and he was awesome with her. We had taken her to be spayed, and the surgery went well. My only issue is that they don't use dissolvable stitches, so I have to load the dog and four kids up for a five minute visit for the stitches to be taken out. This was not explained or mentioned to me when I made the original appointment. I was not informed of this at all orally. It was in the paperwork that we were sent home with. I felt that the post op instructions should have been told to us by someone, not read at a later time on a print out.

We were new to town. Our dog didnt have a local vet yet. I had all his prior records printed and saved. He chased a squirrel and broke a front toenail off at the quick but it was twisted and split sideways- still connected. We got a prompt appointment during the pandemic. We were both allowed in. All wore masks. They knocked him out in minutes and I told them to update his shots and do a heartworm test also. They removed the nail and did all the testes. They clipped all the front nails as well which was needed but they used a worn clipper and the tips of most nails were shredded. We got heartworm prevention for 2 years skipping more visits. He was fine a few hours later. I filed the nails.

There really good with your animal. My little miniature long hair datson Abby got into some kind of poison i have her cpr on the way n they saved her. She's her precarious self.
