The only reason I am only giving 3 stars is because they are in the middle of switching from Orscheln to Tractor Supply, so some items are either low or no stock. The staff is always great.... knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help with finding anything you need. The switch over is going to be a slow process, so be kind and patient with the staff....they are doing their best with what they have

This is now a tractor supply. They have a good selection and friendly staff. I will say be careful driving in the parking lot, there are a lot of potholes.

Helpful and friendly staff that are always willing to help me find what I'm looking for. Everytime I go in I'm always greeted and almost always find what I need. During chick days they always have a great selection in stock!

Has most of the stuff my other stores don't have. And on other hand they run out quickly with some stuff. But it like going they are so friendly, kind most are smiling and willingness to help you find what your looking for. I'll see you soon. I've got their grow card. I can save more and don't have to worry about keeping track of the paper receipt; it keeps track of it for me!

Only 4 stars because they are pricey, but it's the only store around here I can get my dogs food. I have one allergic to chicken and all other places their selections have chicken or chicken byproduct.

Good store! Helpful friendly staff. I go there mostly for hardware. The floor could use a bit of a deep cleaning or new flooring altogether.

Friendly, helpful employees clean and organized store. Pet friendly too. I took a broken shower part in to see if I could replace it they didn't have the exact part but a gentleman helped me put together something that worked and was metal so it won't break. Love the ingenuity!

Place looks nice, didn't have what I needed. The employees tried to help as best they could. They did lead me to an rv place to get the right hitch pin I needed as my phone had no reception of any kind in this area. Thank you

They are a one-stop farm store. They carry a wide variety of tools, parts, and hardware. Plus clothing, livestock and pet related items, even baby chicks. They can, however, be a little pricey.

We called about a mower, to see if they had any in stock at the price we were looking for. They said they had 3 at $129. When we got down there they had the 3, but they were priced at $169. When I told them we just called, and we were quoted that price they knocked a very small amount and after taxes was still over $162. I'm very disappointed.

The prices are on the high side. The live stock food bags are generally only 40 pounds versus 50 pound bags at other fees suppliers. They do carry a good variety of items.

They are very helpful.today they didn't have what I needed they were out and didn't now if they were getting anymore in.i buy my wood pellets from them to heat my home.i bought my pellet stove from them.know I have no way to heat my home but with electric heaters

On our way home to Indiana, we broke down on I-44 just east of Rolla on June 17, 2016 when one of our utility trailer tires sheared the bolts and came off. It was after 5pm, and we tried the only places in Rolla that were still open, but had no luck finding the hub we needed with the wheel to fit it. Someone suggested trying Orscheln's but it was about 30 miles away. After researching Google and finding that they were the closest one that was open late enough for us to get there in time, we went for it. When we arrived, there was a gentleman up by the cash register that offered to help us. He went above and beyond (opening packages and finding tools to check precise sizing) to help us find what we needed. We made it back to the Interstate before dark, got the trailer fixed, and got back on the road. We never got the gentleman's name, but we would love to thank him for helping us get what we needed for repairs and get home.

The store is a mess. Shopping carts all over the parking lot. 2 cashiers standing at the checkstands visiting. Dog food spilt on the floor. And employees can't even say hello or do you need help?
