Rude staff and prefer to chit chat among themselves rather than help customers in a timely manner and almost always only uses 1 register which causes long wait times. Also, I have seen them let adults use the restroom here but they refused my child even when he CLEARLY had to go! I understand no public restroom but you absolutely NEVER refuse a child.

I was in the Osceola mo Dollar store on the 2nd, and spend $137.65 and one of the items I bought was a $10 hair dye off the clearance idle. And today I was going to put the dye in my hair and 2 of the 4 Items in the box are gone, the most important 2 the activator and the dye itself. I called this store today to see if I could bring my recipe and the box with missing items to exchange for what I intended to buy $10, and was told nothing could be done that I purchased it as is and left the store with it. I've never had this problem before and never checked anything to see if it was what the box said it was. I mean I have the recipe saying I spent $137.66 that day as well as the box with the missing items I'm not understanding why this is my fault I'm not asking for a refund I just want the complete $10 hair dye that i thought i was buying. The lady told me to bad all she could tell me was buy another box, so $20 for 1 box of hair dye? This is total bull I know its only $10 but I bet your rude employee that answered the phone call would feel differently if it was her. if your company changes your mind and make a valuable customer continue to be a customer.

One of the worst. Always dirty including staff. Always have to wait in line. Whole place is awful. Messy, merchandise open and unopened blocking aisles. Staff act like they are put out that they have to wait on you. I won't go there unless I have no other option

They need to have more than one register open. There was a line down one whole isle and only one cashier. When asked if the lady stocking could help she rudely refused and said she couldn't. People were walking into the store and seeing the line and walking back out. Very bad customer service!!

Very professional help! Store here in Osceola is a lot cleaner. Also it's not a cluttered up more room for carts.
